  1. The bus is NOT called XP 79. It is a license plate NUMBER. That would be like saying the car I drive is 19G G82 or whatever its license plate reads, rather than a word like TRUCK or CAR or BUS. It is a bus. I'm telling you, you guys are looking far too much into this. The only results you'll find are the results you want to find.
  2. I think Treyarch needs to stick to what we have now. If it didn't work, we wouldn't be here. Changing it is only going to make people upset. Treyarch themselves said that they weren't going to change the base of their formula for Zombies. They've taken leniancy with that, so let's just see if they keep to their word.
  3. Actually, Moon took place between 1962 and 1968. viewtopic.php?f=53&t=22997
  4. I think the trailer was cool, and I quite anticipate the game's reveal.
  5. The idea that strategies will be revolved around the bus is folly. When running circles, it is often best for players to choose specific parts of the map. We have no idea what these parts will be. It may be the bus, but it is more likely that it won't be and it'll be somewhere else.
  6. You called the thread "Big things I noticed in the zombie trailer" and listed those things. You're very presumptuous. It is not like you called the thread "Big things I think I saw in the zombie trailer".
  7. I think a slight advantage would be okay. Or an alteration, as in, something given that doesn't give an advantage but still tweaks gameplay without any overhauls.
  8. I think the leveling would, but I think the way that mod does it is actually more damaging to the game than a conservative leveling system.
  9. MixMasterNut, a lot of the stuff you post is good, but that particular thread... was mostly nothing but images and videos. I can't say for most people, but for me I simply don't use my time by watching several videos from various sources that go wayyyy off-topic from anything Zombies related. What I like in a thread is for it to be both summarized and extrapolated. That way I can see what it is about and then look further in if I feel it credible. If I watched every youtube video they people post on here... well I'd have wasted a lot of time, especially since many theories I think delve too deep (not this one though).
  10. Thanks stop mocking me. Scoop, I wasn't talking about a mod, and I barely understood what you said.
  11. I know that is what he meant. The computer chip is exposed. So? How does that mean it is unfinished? It's no different than most of the equipment present in Five. The backing looks no different from a server. An unfinished Winter's Howl is found in the level. The one you use is finished. It's an electronic weapon. The Wave Gun can kill 792 Zombies upgraded. The 31-79 JGb215 can kill 1172 Zombies upgraded.
  12. I think it would make sense for them to include all the past maps. BO2 Zombies is using the Multiplayer engine. In Multiplayer: Call of Duty had 16 maps. Call of Duty 2 had 22 maps, where 13 were non-DLC. Call of Duty 3 had 20 maps, where 10 were non-DLC. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare had 21 maps, where 17 were non-DLC. Call of Duty: World at War had 23 maps, where 13 were non-DLC. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 had 26 maps, where 16 were non-DLC. Call of Duty: Black Ops had 26 maps, where 14 were non-DLC. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 had 43 maps, where 16 were non-DLC. So we have a fairly regular pattern here. Ignoring DLC maps for now since we are more concerned with the immediate game, since Zombies is going to be running on a Multiplayer engine, it is quite likely to be a part of this set. And the number of maps for Zombies Multiplayer would be at a mean of 14.375 maps, ranging from 10 to 17. I HIGHLY doubt that they made 10 to 17 new maps. What I think is more likely however, is that they take the previous 10 maps, the new map, the Nuketown map, and maybe another, to get the predicted 14. Of course I don't know this for certain, but I find it likely. Even if I am a bit biased... I really want the old maps to return...
  13. I doubt that. And I hope I'm right. I don't know how they will work that detail out, but I definately hope not that. Treyarch historically blends its campaign and zombie modes together. WWII and Der Riese. Steiner and Gas Zombies. I think it logical for them to do the same this time. And since it is in the future, 2025, I am rather looking forward to it, should it turn out I am right.
  14. It wasn't unfinished. It just didn't meet your expectations. Not every weapon can be a killing machine. It's not the deadliest, but it is certainly much better than the average weapons. The Wave Gun kills less Zombies than the 31-79 JGb215... It's a handheld digital Russian air cannon. How is that not original? With all the negativity, I was surprised you liked this one. This is the most underestimated Wonder Weapon, tied with the Winter's Howl. All of the Wonder Weapon Grenades can backfire. Monkey Bomb can hurt you. Matryoshka Dolls can hurt you. Gersch Device can teleport you to a bad spot. And QEDs are less likely to hurt you than a Matryoshka Doll is to splash damage you. I'm just sticking up for the Wonder Weapons.
  15. I think your logic of not getting Prestige is fallable. "Anyone can get it if they play long enough" In response, I say anyone can have skill if they're good enough. I think that hardcore players that stay around with the game and play it a lot deserve to be rewarded just as much as a player who is really good. If I've played this game long enough, I feel deserving of a little reward. I know your argument "It's not fair to let other players miss out on something just because they don't have enough time to play to get it." It's a fair argument if it were something major, like an entire map. But if it is something simple, something aesthetic, why NOT? Why NOT reward the players that put the time into it? Disclaimer: I'm not supporting Prestige in the traditional format of having to start the leveling system over again and losing everything you've earned. That is stupid. But rewarding players for playing a long time I think is a reward of not boredom but dedication.
  16. NO. That is the WRONG way to do it. As you level up, the idea would be to access new features, primarily aesthetic, with a few game-tweaking features. Do NOT give people what I consider "free gimmies": those things simply give free stuff to make the game easier, not more enjoyable.
  17. Zombies is action, horror, science, history, and humor combined. Listen to half of what the characters say and then try to Zombies isn't humorous.
  18. I think levels would be okay as long as they were only partial of the Zombies, i.e. the Zombie modes don't all have them and things aren't too "radicalized". I like it classic, but a level system I don't think would be all bad.
  19. I thought Moon was funny.
  20. No harm no foul. Lol, I agree.
  21. Did you read the first post? Why are you posting a Der Riese trailer so early?
  22. I think they should re-used some of the old ones occasionally though. I mean, I like new Wonder Weapons, but at this rate I feel like they'll eventually outnumber regular weapons.
  23. That sounds nifty, but I think this is a higher quality version of the Nacht der Untoten Trailer: OvdoNXQANrA
  24. I hope they will return in the maps they come from. Otherwise, most probably won't.
  25. Lol. Well there are a few things that are confirmed. - We will have Nuketown Zombies. - There will be a bus on a map. - Zombies have blue eyes.
