Personally, I choose co-op because it is more fun. When playing solo, you get 3 downs (in most maps), and THAT'S IT. Done. Finished. In co-op, however, you get an infinite number of downs, provided one person is up at any given time. So I always do better in co-op. I'm not one of those people who can do 100-round games solo. It honestly is a nearly innate skill that cannot easily be learned. So I prefer to play co-op when I can. It also means I don't have to waste my money on Quick Revive. The bad thing though is that you can't pause. But honestly, I think "oh well" with that.

Is Extinction the future of codz forum?
MysteryMachineX replied to Z0M3IE_SLAYA_115's topic in Extinction Mode
I am just giving you a warning about how to present yourself. Publicly calling your own belief a bandwagon rumor is inadvisable, especially about something so trivial. You might want to consider making motions to avoid such action in the future. There is nothing that indicates this mode will be anything really, aliens, zombies, terrorists, or otherwise. Rumors only cause turmoil. So it is purposeless to worry about them. Don't waste your breath. -
Is Extinction the future of codz forum?
MysteryMachineX replied to Z0M3IE_SLAYA_115's topic in Extinction Mode
That is not true. You are not detailing rumors nor beliefs of others. You made a post saying electric fences cannot exist without something along the lines of aliens or zombies, and you insert your own personal beliefs. If you are going to detail the erroneous stupidity that is rumors surrounding a Call of Duty game, make sure to separate them from your own personal beliefs, as nothing good will come of that mistake, for now you have made it clear in one post that the idea is a mere rumor and in another that it is your own belief. Your words are incongruous. -
Is Extinction the future of codz forum?
MysteryMachineX replied to Z0M3IE_SLAYA_115's topic in Extinction Mode
see that's what I'm saying. something as stupid as a zombie, or as unfamiliar as an Alien might fall for such things. it's hard for me to believe that a terrorist would run full on into an electric fence. No, I completely disagree. This is real. This is NOT. This is NOT. In Real Life, electric fences are real. Zombies and aliens are not real. Therefore, saying electric fences cannot exist without aliens or zombies is inherently false. To argue that in any shape or form that electric fences are purposeless against a human threat that dominates real life (where aliens and zombies do not exist) is false. I don't believe I can make my point any clearer. -
[Non-serious answer disclaimer] To survive in the Crazy Place, you must: Run and scream. Anyway, that's how I do it.

It could be like a real-life electric fence, as we don't have either zombies or aliens in real life, yet electric fences still exist. =_= -

It's rumor. Any talk of "logic" or "evidence" is forbidden. (Sarcasm, of course) -

Micro Transactions Proof?? Shangri La

But those events did happen. Nova-6 was still developed. The Soviet Union still came. Buffy the Vampire Slayer was produced. Therefore, they were contained. Otherwise society wouldn't have survived, but it did. -

The World at War, Black Ops, Black Ops II, and Zombies storyline are inextricably linked together. Peleliu is where Tank was. Steiner is practically a 935 member. Tian is a zombie. Your example doesn't work, Nathan. -
Micro Transactions Proof?? Shangri La

NONE of the Call of Duty games are "modern", for the word "modern" means current or recent past. Not future. In fact, the only thing ever really modern in Call of Duty was Call of the Dead, for it was 2011 in 2011. Simple technicalities like this is what makes court cases a wash. -
Micro Transactions Proof?? Shangri La

It isn't easy. That's the point. Someone would have to go out of their way. The only thing is... it is POSSIBLE. Therefore you can't out-rule that it is a fake. This is evidence for pro-maps. The question however is if the evidence is true or not. In a court case, that can make or break the verdict, and it basically boils down to an argument of belief. Belief of legitimacy. In our day in age, believe none of what you read and half of what you see. How hard is it to overlay a static image on a moving video? Click of a button if you have Nuke, a $5000 dollar program. How hard is it to mod it? Simple button-pressing and scripting, if you have a quality education of the matter. In the end, the evidence is compelling. Its legitimacy... is not. -

Cautiously optimistic. Could be fake, but it'd have to be a really well-done fake. Anyone making a fake like that has way too much time on their hands. -
Is Extinction the future of codz forum?
MysteryMachineX replied to Z0M3IE_SLAYA_115's topic in Extinction Mode
No. Treyarch used multiplayer maps as a based but they always heavily edited and changed them. They never just left them as they were. Nacht der Untoten is very different from Airfield. Quarry-Asian-Modern-Terror-Place-Field-23-MW3 is nearly exactly the same as Quarry-Asian-Modern-Terror-Place-Field-23-MW3-Survival -

Infinity Ward, I understand you're trying to combat Zombies, and good for you for trying. I wish you luck. However, that will not make me jump ship on Zombies. Good luck being a competitor, but I'll stay with my Coke as opposed to your Pepsi. -
Jimmy Z Tweets - Explaining Rank
MysteryMachineX replied to yourmapper's topic in General Zombies Discussion
Yeah, and so if you have a certain amount of downs on your account, short of you getting to Round 1 Billion, you will never rank up. -
He didn't die until afterwards. If he died on Tuesday you cannot say he is dead on Monday. Purgatory is a belief, a motif. It is NOT literal. This place is as much purgatory as it is for me to wait at the dentist's office. When Christians are faced with a devilish being, they will assume they are in in a Christian bad place. If we were playing as Greeks, they might say we are trapped in Hades. Separate faith from facts or we will never get anywhere. If this place is purgatory, then so is Die Rise when Richtofen makes them repeat over and over again. That must mean that Misty and Co. are dead. Meaning the end of the world never happened nor got fixed. And... Well I can go all day on beliefs, faiths, and half-truths. “...supernatural explanations always mean the end of inquiry: that’s the way God wants it, end of story. Science, on the other hand, is never satisfied: our studies of the universe will continue until humans go extinct.”
-
I explain it via time travel. No, PINNAZ. Mob of the Dead has a singular ending. For they are trapped there in a never-ending cycle. Even if you "complete" it by killing Weasel, the cycle keeps going. The ONLY way it ends is for Weasel to kill the other three. THAT is the ending of Mob of the Dead. For any other ending brings you right back to the beginning.

~How-it-Works Theories~ The Pack-a-Punch
MysteryMachineX replied to Naitrax's topic in General Zombies Discussion
The answer is that they didn't. -
I disagree. When you complete the easter egg, you literally end the lives of the other three, yet not him. Therefore, he lives.

Do you make anything of the fact that the Space Monkeys have tails? Or do you think that was an oversight by Treyarch? -
~How-it-Works Theories~ The Pack-a-Punch
MysteryMachineX replied to Naitrax's topic in General Zombies Discussion
I think you're close, but not spot on. For example, if I Pack-A-Punch the MP40, the MP40 goes to 1940 and spontaneously shoots lasers and is then sent back to me? The Pack-A-Punch is too small to do the things it does. This we can see with the Death Machine. So I do think that the opening is a portal, but rather a portal to the Aether. The Aether happens to be the place that the controller inhabits. And since the camos change often with the controller (satanic camo with a satanic controller, for example), I think that Aether is a likely candidate. Once in the Aether, it then becomes "Pack-A-Punched", and gets sent back to the device from which it came. The Pack-A-Punch itself seems to waver into existence because of its 115 properties, but I think that's a separate mechanism altogether. -
The idea is to place the Zombie Shield next to Juggernog to make an ultimate defense spot, so that you don't have to run all over the map to avoid taking damage.
