~The Germans unearthed the Well of the Worlds~ (Wormhole?)
MysteryMachineX replied to Electric Jesus's topic in Origins
wait, what?explain mate. Agartha can't be in the center of the Earth. There's just molten rock in the center of the Earth. The traditional explanation is that Argatha is just deep within the crust. Electric proposes that Agartha is within another reality accessed by going deep within the Earth, which allows the molten core to still exist. I'm not saying it is right, but it's not the worst idea in the world. It's interesting, and it makes you think. Besides, Maxis raised the ante for Agartha. I wouldn't be surprised if this was heavily related to it. -

Nice theory Electric. If Agartha were indeed in another dimension (wouldn't that make it synonymous with Aether?) then it would explain the conflicting reports of there being Agartha at the center of the Earth opposed to a molten core. -

Something I noticed in the intro: Richtofen looks back and forth after his puzzled look. It seems he is taking in his surroundings. In fact, he notices the robot before the others do. I don't know about you guys, but how many of you look STRAIGHT UP when trying to identify your surroundings?! Just thought it was interesting. -

Perhaps the zombie controller placed the STG-44 on the wall and they bought it off the wall. -
No, no, I'm for it. I think it is the most likely option presented thus far. However, I also said we have no data. It's merely a suggestion. No one is right to put their theory above anyone else's. Anything is possible at this moment, for all we know. I'm not shooting down people to be mean. I'm shooting down people to level the playing field, as I will not certainly be raising people up, including myself. But yes, if someone put a gun to my head and asked me what I think, it'd be time travel.

I suppose that is possible. We'll see. -
Dude, you need to chill, and I'm basing that on this and your other posts I've seen. Time Travel CAN be a reason, but it's just the easiest to think of. *Frozen* Happy? Anyway, I support InfestLithium. His points are right on the money, so to speak. That's exactly right. Who knows what answer we will be given with this map. But to say that it is definitely a certain thing, be it time travel or "not aging", is just downright wrong. I don't care how good your "theory" is, the amount of Origins evidence given to it is currently zero, as the map isn't even out yet. For the aging thing, a solitary strand of hair can be reanimated. What do you have then? A zombie hair. Not exactly revolutionary. People lose skin cells all the time. Well now they're losing living skin cells. Zombie skin cells. In fact, you could propose that the reason people who are not dead who get the side-effects of 115 are purely because the brain cells that should be dying are "stuck" in their heads. I don't think however that having zombie cells all over me will make me look "young". It'll make me look OLDER if anything.

Interesting. Perhaps the unsigned letters were from people of national origin besides America, Russian, Japan, and Germany? -
601 was a little easter egg and had a logo similar to 935. Nothing is known about it. It's a complete mystery. It may not even exist at all. *shrugs* Who's to say?

The Nazis were hypocrites. So it fits perfectly. -
As did I.?or maybe they died and were resurected at SNN/Der Riese(Im No expert)? You can't just call "time travel!" =_=
-
No, they were reanimated against their will. Or for it. Who knows. They were DEAD. A side-effect that you pulled out of your butt has no bearing on evidence whatsoever. Oh, it does. Paranoia, short-term memory loss, psychosis, and delusions. Those are the exact side-effects taken from actual evidence.

Reimagined Through The Eyes Of One's Future Self
MysteryMachineX replied to EvilHERONeos's topic in Origins
The phrase prologue to the epilogue is a contradiction in semantics and terms. It is literally impossible. A prologue to the epilogue is identical to saying a previous one to the subsequent one, i.e. the current one. But the current one is not a prologue, epilogue, previous, nor subsequent. So no matter what, it simply doesn't work. What you are thinking of is more of a re-imagining through the use of an alternate timeline. We do not know how this will unfold, but such a possibility would be the best, in my opinion. Therefore this is not just a prequel map but rather the future interfering to change the past. Therefore, the future never happened, but it is not without meaning, for without the original timeline the altered could not exist. -
I cut out parts in the quote because they served no purpose. Yeah, if immortality to you is becoming a zombie, have a great future of "not aging" i.e. ZOMBIFICATION. I mean, really. Use some common sense.

Btw, to everyone saying that Nikolai looks like Reznov, I just want to say that you have stumbled on the biggest hidden secret in all of Zombies; that two Russians both look.... Russian! Sarcasm aside, you probably look a lot like another person of your nationality to another nationality. -
Element 115 is the best anti-aging product out there 115 has NOT been shown to have ANY connection to aging WHATSOEVER. If you're going to come to that conclusion, at LEAST have the foresight to wait until the map comes out.

Is the seasons pass worth it?
MysteryMachineX replied to Your Dearest Sailor's topic in General Zombies Discussion
Yes, it is worth it. Every map is amazing. You'll miss out on a lot if you don't get it. You might say I'm biased. I disagree. -
It's the beard, man. Even when you're 80 you still get all the chicks, because dat beard. LOL, but It's possible though. I mean he did have this idea that Sophia was attracted to him but could of been all in his head so naturally he had a thing for young girls.....Okay not that young, say in early 20's Richtofen criticized Maxis for wasting time with her. So it seems apparent that she did in fact like him back. We were never given an age for her. Most people just assume a young female secretary to be in her 20's. To be honest, that's how I've always imagined Sophia. I don't want to imagine her dating a really old man nor her to be a really old woman herself. : /

I agree. No problem. I used to like Takeo the best until Shangri-La when we found he killed his family. He might've had a good reason. They could've been traitor Nazis for all we know... but then again they could've just made the rice wrong... who knows... Tank on the other hand, he killed innocent/relatively-innocent people, but it was for a good cause, right? So out of all the horrors, he's done the least. But my favorite will always go to Samantha. The only people she killed were murderers (Richtofen's gang). She was just a sweet, innocent child that got mixed up in all this. Even when she's corrupted, she's less wicked than them. It's why I'm so glad Samantha's back. I just wish the voice-acting was better. But I'll hold off my judgement on that until the map comes. -

Oh I see, so he probably committed a war crime is what you're saying because of his sort of war mongering personality? Makes sense, I suppose. Just read his biography. It screams war crime. -
Letters from the Field - Photos & Videos from Pre-Origins
MysteryMachineX replied to GRILL's topic in Origins
Wait wah? What war crimes did Tank commit? Specifically? Who knows? In fact, the term "war crime" was made only after World War II in retrospect because World War II was just that awful. So technically Tank didn't break a law. Typical war crimes are killing civilians, unarmed soldiers, surrendered soldiers, etc. -
Letters from the Field - Photos & Videos from Pre-Origins
MysteryMachineX replied to GRILL's topic in Origins
Tank actually committed atrocious war crimes in World War II that were overlooked by the government since it was "for America". But yeah, these characters evolved over time. Their eyes were opened to right and wrong as they fought zombies. It is why I am uneasy about going back to before then. And since this is before they ever got brainwashed... there's no telling what they're going to be like. -

Yes but it is still strange that Richtofen would have a conscience.

It's fine. I have a copy of it on my storyline. I just forgot about it. Thank you for reminding me. :)
