Strategies for Nuketown zombies using spawn control
MysteryMachineX replied to BinSys's topic in Nuketown
I've never seen a strategy utilizing the RPG. How long until ammo becomes an issue? -
I wouldn't consider ANY of those side quests but just things that you can do. Besides, "side quest" is an erroneous term. Side Mission is the correct term.

What is the new wonder weapon made of?
MysteryMachineX replied to TheBSZombie's topic in Mob of the Dead
I think the acid has a little bit of 115 in it because it attracts the zombies. -
It's a glitch. This goes back to the days of Kino where getting two Thunderguns with the right timing could bypass the one-per-team method.

Zombies Being Controlled by a Higher Being?
MysteryMachineX replied to Thief's topic in Mob of the Dead
A being ALTERNATIVE to Samantha and Richtofen. -
I just had the slow glitch happen to me while playing. But I didn't press X. I was actually knifing when it happened.

ricktofen's voice in mob of the dead?
MysteryMachineX replied to undeadarcademachine's topic in Mob of the Dead
People have claimed to hear Richtofen. I think those claims are false. People told me I would hear Richtofen laugh in the Easter Egg, when in reality it was Lucifer. I don't think he appears at all in this map. -
zombies, whats going on?
MysteryMachineX replied to itsallagame's topic in General Zombies Discussion
Nice to meet you, Dan. For future reference, try putting line breaks in your paragraphs. Makes it a bit easier to read. I think what you are referencing is simply breaking the fourth wall, an age-old drama tactic, but I don't think that has anything to do with the story of zombies. Also, I don't think Arlington is any worse than the other convicts. I think they are equally, morally to blame. You seem to have quite a few theories. I do have to disagree though with the frozen-in-time one. That applies to Alcatraz, sure. But I don't think so with the other maps. (Possibly Nacht der Untoten and Verruckt though.) -
Yes. The reason I recommend PhD is because it is an elevated narrow pathway. You're going to want to have no fall damage. The resistance to explosives is a bit less useful unless you want to hold a grenade in your hand or shoot an RPG. If a teammate below you goes down, you can clear the area in style by dolphin diving and exploding. :P

So I've been playing Grief. It's quite fun. My strategy is to get to the very top and steal everyone's kills. Of course PhD is recommended.

Since I am forced to admit Fluffy is not Cerberus, it may be worth pointing out that it may be the Fluffy was to Samantha as Cerberus was to Lucifer.
-
I still think they are from another time, the future. Notice how most of the Perks only phase when they are turned on, and you can't turn those ones on. It's as if, the phasing of their existence is only strained when they are activated.

can pop goes the weasel be done on easy?
MysteryMachineX replied to jameslieb1's topic in Mob of the Dead
They can be done on Custom Games. It makes it SOOOO much easier too. We had someone lag out like 15 times in our game. But he just joined right back in. It was funny that he only had about 500 points and a M1911 by the end of it. Doubt it works on Easy though. -
"Prisoner 101A, your number is up!" - Brutus (I think 101A is Weasel. Supports your theory Fated. Brutus is telling them the next step.)
-
To be honest, I don't think you should do a character from Zombies. Zombies is great, I get that. However, there are NO book sources. Not to mention that there are no or nearly no .org, .net, or .gov sources for Zombies. I think you'll get a better grade if you do a real person.

Grief - Cellblock Things I have seen/strategies
MysteryMachineX replied to kiranearitachi's topic in Grief
Yup, it is called the Meat Machine if I recall correctly. -
I would suggest that you look at this thread: viewtopic.php?f=100&t=18279 It's over a bunch of stuff, Maxis included. I will also strongly urge you to NOT use ANYTHING from the Call of Duty Wiki. It is a HORRIBLE source of information. Also, Maxis is a difficult one. Richtofen would be easy; we know him. However, the most mysterious thing about Maxis is his current agenda. (He's not dead; it turned out he survived.)

CoDz official Turned general feedback and first impressions
MysteryMachineX replied to MegaAfroMan's topic in Turned
I deem those people are crazy. -
The Vril-Ya were not evil. How do we know this? We are still breathing. They could've wiped us out with a swipe of the hand. Also, it is unlikely to be the Vril-Ya. This is because the Vril-Ya had to have been active (not in the Aether) up to sometime between 1871 and 1934. Meanwhile, this devil guy has been around for ages. They may have something to do with it. But Vril-Ya = Lucifer does not hold true. @oM Blitz: Well, it looks like Lucifer is winning. I'm sorry I didn't see that. The name, Mictlantecuhtil, should have been on this poll. But I see that name, just like Satan and Abaddon, as just names, inspired from this fellow. If it means anything though, your connection is still viable, even if that isn't what we end up calling him.

Sorry bagel. I was talking about Fated. I think Fated's theory is very well done. I think your corollary is good too. However, I'm on the fence about it. It is possible both ways. I don't think there's enough evidence to prove that the Warden and Brutus are the same character besides just gut really. And until then, I think they should be listed as two separate characters. Fated, I do not think any phrase backwards has any real significance. It's as clear as day. As really stormy, foggy, dark, humid, apocalyptic day.
-
@Beebop: Lol, I suppose. @FatedTitan: You have a good point. But we have to call him something. I don't care for the Demonic Announcer option either, but I put it there to give people the choice.

Picture of GG Bridge in warden's office.
MysteryMachineX replied to DeadMike's topic in Mob of the Dead
I don't think it would be odd to have a picture of a famous landmark that is nearby. The electricity though... I'd have to look at the image myself to comment on that. -
Thank you Rissole. I agree with what you have said. Really, any of them could work. Lucifer seems a good option.

Hello people. So, in the past few days, some storyline theorists and I have come to the conclusion (here, viewtopic.php?f=100&t=18279) that the controller of the zombies is... well... Let me give you a description of how I think of him: He is a purely malevolent and evil being that exists within the Aether. He was the original controller of the zombies. He is an evil being that inspired deities such as Satan, the Devil, Abaddon, and more. He is so evil that he inspired the personification of evil itself. So... the question is... what is his name? Satan, the Devil, Abaddon. Those are just names. None of them really do him justice. I consider this guy to be the truth behind the myth kind of thing. So, please. We need to decide on what to call this thing. Something consistent. Just for the sake of naming and clarity. Vote for however many you think deserve it.

First Impression on Mob of the Dead/Alcatraz Island?
MysteryMachineX replied to Tac's topic in Mob of the Dead
Well what is your definition of big? Atmosphere combined with light and large polygon counts of three-dimensional space? Or do you prefer the square footage of how far you can travel?
