  1. I have no idea what you are referring to. What I said stands. He has shown incompetence. I don't know about you guys, but I don't trust incompetent people. And I CERTAINLY don't let them name an aspect of the game. And I CERTAINLY hate it when people make half-thought out videos over something they think just to be first to try to get naming rights, even though they don't know half the crap they are saying, especially when they steal.
  2. That's mainly what I'm simply curious about, I don't wish they would put EVERY single BO2 gun in zombies(though that would be boss) or that they shouldve done more per say...I simply wish the guns that made an appearance in BO1 and then made a retunr appearence in BO2 but with a new iteration(not just simply re-textured but re-designed as well) weren changed to the newer version for zombies... I do have to agree they were pretty lazy with the Ballistic Knife. You can't dual-wield it with other melee weapons in Black Ops II. :(
  3. If you watch the video he says you might have to farm QR a few times before it works. Who cares about naming rights? I don't get or like this post at all. Without that video many of us wouldn't have even realized that such a persistant upgrade was even possible. So, why so negative? I tried it dozens of times. Literally. I have over 1500 Perks drank. And like I said, this person IS NOT the first person to make this post. This has been posted before. He ripped off someone else's idea and made up a way to obtain it that only half works. The method of obtaining it was the only thing unknown, and guess what, it is STILL unknown. He doesn't DESERVE naming rights. Not to mention that this is NOT the first time he has done this kind of thing.
  4. Running a circle is the better strategy for one reason only. Camping is terminal. If you are choosing to camp, you are choosing to do a strategy that strains your resources more and more every Round. Running a circle can go for as long as your skill does. You don't die due to lack of resources. You die due to a mistake. The only argument for camping is in the early rounds or for fun.
  5. Just tested it. Didn't work. Ha. So apparently this guy NEITHER discovered it NOR figured it out. Therefore, he has NO naming rights. If anyone can TRULY figure out how to get this, please let me know and feel free to give it your own name. Don't be swindled by fakers.
  6. Why do people say orange? They are clearly yellow. They always have been. See? Yellow.
  7. He isn't the first person to discover it. That's been seen before. He is the first person to work out HOW it works. And I suppose that does give him naming rights. So, as of now we have: Juggernog Pro Insta-Kill Pro Carpenter Pro Barric-Aid Fast Revive Head Popper Cash Back Also, I don't believe that bit that one has to get 100 Perks drank. It just seems ridiculous, and he doesn't even bother proving it or saying how he came to that. And he doesn't exactly have a perfect track record. =_=
  8. Oh. I'm sorry. I didn't catch that. Thank you.
  9. Lol. I don't think that is fair. It depends on what you consider a "looping spot". There are safe places where you can run circles that are flat, but they may not be as time efficient as you would like.
  10. Please, one year of waiting for new zombies is already too much... And you still got to have the same feel as in waw, you just had to have the fourth dlc with the old maps! No. The maps should ideally be played in order. However, many people got into Black Ops and only found it was in World at War afterwards. Those people will never have the appreciation for the old ones like they should. And it is sad. It's why so many people don't like Nacht. "It's so simple." That's why it's great.
  11. how do you get dt2?? dt² is "with respect to time" however t is squared, that is to say the second derivative with respect to time. You would use it when dealing with differential calculus in higher time derivatives.
  12. I just got the motivation for a more in-depth reply to this post. Let me say outright: I do not agree. Not true. The Classic Maps had old guns and new guns. For those of us that got the game promptly, we had a mix of WaW and BO guns. Now EVERYONE can have a mix of BO and BOII guns. Isn't that what so many people wanted? Equality? Okay... Well it wasn't in the past, but it definitely had a '60's feel. There is logic to it. Box guns typically stay the same from map to map. Of course there are exceptions. You could get the Type 100 in Der Riese even though the Type 100 is from Japan. You could get the AK74u in Kino der Toten even though the gun hadn't been invented yet. General but not specifics are best when dealing with the logic of guns. That is simply your opinion. Some people like the gun they have. Some don't. Who are you to say what everyone SHOULD have? I like variety, so I would like both, but it didn't happen. Oh well. The FAL is the same as it was in Black Ops. Literally the only thing changed was the prefix of the name. Of course. What exactly is the problem? The Galil stayed because it had been the best bullet gun thus far ever. So Treyarch let us keep it. However, it has met its match with the futuristic weaponry. Stats aren't as simple as that. You can't just add in numbers willy-nilly. It loses balance when you do it. They have to go through a screening process of how many of which guns to use. Notice that there are never more than three LMGs in a level? Actually they do. The Hades is different than it was before, and the M14 has a new model. I am a fan of variety. I want AS MANY weapons as possible. I want lots and lots. It's so fun to have variety. You're looking at the glass half empty. You see it as the choice to include old weapons took the place of having more new weapons. You don't know that it. The actual choice may have been to have only new weapons versus having them as well as some old ones. They may have been NICE in giving you something, but you just want more. It's understandable, we all want more. But there's no reason to get all upset about it.
  13. Why are you not thanking Treyarch for keeping some old guns rather than berating them? I wish they had kept the MP40. It would've then been the only bullet gun to be in all three games. (The M1911 doesn't really count since the Colt M1911 Pack-A-Punched into something different.) I like it.
  14. False. No one needs to go down. Just check the other steps. Make sure you aren't getting ahead of yourself. Sometimes the quote can be said prematurely.
  15. Double-Tap Root Beer is a great Perk. Double-Tap Root Beer II is an amazing Perk. I always get II. However, there are circumstances where you actually would be better off without it. For example, if you are in the extremely high rounds, using a Wonder Weapon or a Special Weapon, bullets won't matter to you. You should consider getting something instead of Double Tap II since you won't be using it very much. For example, the Thrustodyne Aeronautics Model 23 is the main source of killing in the reeeeally high Rounds in TranZit. There's no need for Double Tap II then. However, I say get it when possible UNLESS in a situation such as that.
  16. It's cool you're doing weapon stats. I've been looking forward to hearing those from BinSys, but hey if you beat him to it. However I think you are incorrect. You say all these things that determine which weapons are better. The answer is the most damage when looping. The reason is because camping is inferior to looping. The reason is because the most damage dealt with a weapon determines which is better in the long run. If you want a gun that kills FASTER, then you will typically suffer in quality of damage. That is YOUR choice, but what makes a gun better is its Total Maximum Damage. If I have to choose between two guns, the best choice is to choose the gun that will in the end kill more zombies. That is the game's goal. If you have a secondary goal of doing it quickly, or only doing it via wall guns, that is your goal, not the primary goal. And whether a gun is a wall gun does not affect whether it is better. Comparing guns in respect to their Total Maximum Damage considers the weapon as it is given to you, regardless of how you obtain it. Sure, you could use a LMG, but ammo will run out eventually, and you'll be forced to use a wall gun, which is why wall guns are great. However, given a choice between a LMG and a wall gun, I will take the LMG, excepting maybe the AN-94 (since I don't know exactly where it ranks just yet). And quite often I TAKE that decision. Rather than using a bland wall gun all the time, I'll go the Box for my point guns just to spice it up a bit.
  17. My brother and father beat some Call of Duty game. I never cared for Call of Duty. Still don't. I never found the idea of shooting random people fun. I typically am fond of Nintendo instead. However, when I saw them playing a zombie level, I asked, what game is this? After watching them for two games I had to play myself. So my brother and I played Nacht der Untoten over and over again, progressively getting better. If it wasn't for Nacht der Untoten, I wouldn't have the skills I have playing first-person shooters. I remember us going, "Round 4! Awesome. Now let's aim for 5!" It just worked up from there.
  18. For the record, when this glitch occurs, you can't always CHOOSE which gun you have to Pack-A-Punch. Sometimes it will force your options down to 1. Buying Who's Who is a temporary fix only. It will simply happen again and again that game. The only true work-around is to Pack-A-Punch.
  19. If you can't Pack-A-Punch the gun you have, you'll have to get rid of it. You'll have to get a new gun and Pack-A-Punch it.
  20. Until it is fixed, Pack-A-Punching your weapon seems to fix the glitch in post.
  21. I think it would be good to have. It could be like the Classic Maps were in Black Ops. Which game do you want to play? "Hey, let's play Moon!" "Okay! Do you want Cold War weapons or Future Weapons! I've got both games!" I think it'd be awesome.
  22. Here is my take on the ending sequence in Die Rise:
  23. Why do that when you can restore the world back to when it wasn't infested with zombies, thus controlling them until they worship him as a God? He's done it before with the Vril-ya (Focusing Stone altar in Shangri-la). While it's a very sporadic concept and it's not necessarily 101% proven for that matter, you don't receive a shrine by just coming to visit. Influence was involved, and it just so happened to be in his favor. The Vril-Ya did not worship him. Those were local Asians. Vril-Ya were red-skinned. They were taller. They had mechanical wings. They were intelligent. They knew what a surface-dweller looked like. And by the 20th century, they could've evolved into what we consider to look like "aliens". The people that worshipped Richtofen were human, and nothing more.
  24. Have you tried recreating the scenario?
  25. Thanks I appreciate it. But there are good people out there. You just have to find them. :)
