~Wonder Weapon Analysis~
MysteryMachineX replied to Electric Jesus's topic in General Zombies Discussion
I disagree with some points in this thread. You should not have separated the Winter's Howl and Ray Gun from the other Wonder Weapons. Your reasoning for doing so is fallible because the Scavenger does not deal infinite damage. When determining which weapons are better solely based on killing capacity, you get: 1. Sliquifier 2. The Fractalizer 3. Porter's X2 Zap Gun Dual Wield / Max Wave Gun 4. Zeus Cannon 5. Wunderwaffe DG-3 JZ 6. V-R11 Lazarus 7. Hyena Infra-Dead 8. Winter's Fury 9. Porter's X2 Ray Gun As for the grenades, the Gersch Device and Monkey Bomb are in their right place. However, the Quantum Entanglement Device far exceeds the use of Matryoshka Dolls. Matryoshka Dolls bounce around seemingly randomly, creating chaos. The QED's benefits far outweigh its drawbacks. Btw, the QED NEVER kills you immediately. If someone told you that, it was a lie. If that happened to yourself, you were disillusioned. Also, Monkey Bombs are VERY lethal to zombies, capable of creating crawlers even in the 30's in Rounds.Think about it this way. Stielhandgranates did 1,400 damage. Monkey Bombs did 30,000. -
There's a Wii U version of Black Ops II?

What is the SDC's symbol? PINNAZ, I doubt Treyarch would be sloppy enough to leave a numeric date in there. Well the storyline of Nuketown 2025... Well if Nuketown does take place in the future. Maybe Nuketown 2025 was a side-by-side comparison? See if the original would be as good as modern technology with a retrofuturistic twist? I agree that Green Run was simply abandoned. EDIT: Btw, my thoughts on this are expressed in my link in my signature.
-
Thanks, but Nuketown is based on... Nuketown. Nuketown 2025 is just a fun map with nearly no story relevance whatsoever really.
-
Well technically, just wanted to point out. That cluster of red dots is actually 115 deposits. Griffin Station was constructed on top of / near them.

I agree with you. However, I think it's post-2025. That way it eliminates any and all confusion with paradoxes of the campaign.

Die Rise Solo - fastet way to build trample steam

Very clever! I also thought it was humorous at the end. I expected you to demonstrate it, but you dolphin dived off with it. Funny, unexpected, and informative. Great job. :) -
Clark S. Nova and the music easter eggs
MysteryMachineX replied to MNM1995's topic in Story Discussion
Lullaby for a Dead Man was written before the character of Samantha was even invented. The song is about teamwork and being forsaken. It is talking about the Marines trying to survive. Father means priest. It's called Lullaby of a Dead Man. It's a song about four Marines doomed to die. "I know you will never give up and die." It's one teammate talking to another. The One? Seriously? "Wondering what I'm going to eat." "Your heart's not beating anymore." "You skin tastes like chocolate." Is it not obvious? The song is about "the one". The one person that is destined to relieve the zombies' of their suffering by killing them, releasing their soul. Beauty of Annihilation is about the four characters surviving in Der Riese. They are surrounded. This is especially true when we had once thought that they all died there. In fact, the first few lines are references to the four characters. "All of my atrocities come to play my reciprocity." Tank was forgiven for his war crimes. "I'm chewing the bones of my own reprieve." Richtofen is killing his former coworkers. "Death be my dignity. Execute at mach velocity." Takeo is prided by his honor over everything else. "Poison fills the cup of the carpenter." Nikolai was a carpenter, and he drinks poison, a.k.a. vodka. -
Easter Egg decision in Die Rise will affect the next map?
MysteryMachineX replied to JuggerWicho's topic in Die Rise
With Richtofen, you make the balls stick. You can't get them back out. You can play another game though and switch to Maxis. However, if you do Maxis, you could theoretically put the balls back in and help Richtofen. I'm going to test this and let you know if it works. -
Lol. You're welcome. The songs in each map are Easter Eggs. However, there are much more complex things in the maps than that. For example, in TranZit you can find a pylon in the cornfield and power it up.

"Biblical" Vril-ya or "Scientific" Vril-ya?
MysteryMachineX replied to Mattzs's topic in General Zombies Discussion
I think that there are our closest relative, but in a metaphorical since, alien. We were once the same species, but now they are a different subspecies. They lived under the Earth, and they allowed us to live on when they reached space travel, blissfully unaware of their presence. However, they aren't really good or bad. More along the lines of neutral. They don't want to help us whatsoever. They think we are inferior. However, they have for some reason decided to let us live. -
EE stands for Easter Eggs. Easter Eggs are things inserted into video games that have little purpose but to be amusing secretive finds. The Easter Eggs in Zombies grew to be more and more complex. Nowadays, they aren't really Easter Eggs but rather Side Quests. However, most people still call them Easter Eggs out of stubbornness.

Clark S. Nova and the music easter eggs
MysteryMachineX replied to MNM1995's topic in Story Discussion
Really? Just ignore my post? Lullaby for a Dead Man is from the Marines' point of view. The One is from the zombies' point of view. Beauty of Annihilation is from the characters' point of view. -

Giant Zombie and Where is Gersch!
MysteryMachineX replied to HypeRedemption's topic in Story Discussion
I agree that the noise at the end of the game means something. What? I don't have any idea. :( -
The ones at Der Riese were mostly killed by zombies. But there were some that made it past that. But yeah, Richtofen and Maxis are the only survivors, if you consider them "surviving".

Lullaby for a Dead Man was from the Marines' point of view. The One was from the zombies' point of view. Beauty of Annihilation was from the characters' point of view. Btw, I hate all this heavy metal crap. Did you know Black Ops II has no zombie songs? It just has NOISE. >: ( -
They're called Jumping Jacks, btw. But yes, man became zombie. Zombie became Gas Zombie. Gas Zombie became Phasing Zombie. Phasing Zombie became Jumping Jack. How did this occur? We don't know. However they came to be, Richtofen seems to have taken a liking to them, even replacing his precious puppies with them.
-
That's what I called them. But I guess your name is now official... I think it's kinda corny though. How is Chinese Phasing Zombie the official name ?. Did you see Telixion's post ?. There called Jumping Jack. Even the characters in the game call them that. Did you even read my post?
