  1. Great post Edward! But the thing is, you say your idea has its disadvantage with challenges. You're wrong! If you want to do a challenge, just play Custom Games. The Rounds you get in there don't even count! People who love challenges will not be penalized. Especially since their high rounds would be without challenges anyway. Your idea of doing average high rounds is probably the best thing I imagine there being. I do have to say however that I think there should be a minimum round limit so you can't play one game and have shotguns because the one game was good. Also, Grief games should not count because Grief encourages you to win early on rather than later on.
  2. Only when used by a Vril-Ya. Humans physiologically can't handle it.
  3. I don't think Nacht der Untoten is in Japan. I mean, it has Nazi Zombies. There could be an explanation around that. But there could be an explanation around anything. It is why in court you must dismiss "reasonable doubt". Each map in Zombies was based off of something. It is just design really. Nothing more. Nacht der Untaten = Airfield Verruckt = Asylum Shi No Numa = Makin Der Riese = Nightfire Kino der Toten = Downfall "Five" = Pentagon Ascension = Launch Call of the Dead = Discovery Shangri-La = Jungle Moon = Hangar 18 Nuketown = Nuketown Green Run = Black Ops in general
  4. Samantha is in another dimension, the Aether. Btw, thank you for being one of the few people to spell V-R11 correctly. I think Call of the Dead is in another dimension. However, at the same time I believe your first theory is incorrect but the second is correct. I think it is another dimension of time rather than space. What I mean by this is that they time traveled to the future and did stuff blah blah blah. But then time was changed, making the timeline branch off into another dimension. The V-R11 was most likely a 935 invention, since the location of Call of the Dead dates back to WWII. Although it was apparently inhabited briefly by the Soviets. As for Turned, I don't know what to tell you. I don't like to speculate on things that are going to be released in a matter of days. However, I can tell you that I am really questioning how seriously we can take Turned when it comes to the storyline. So many aspects of the game are changed to the point of, is it really canon?
  5. I hope Diner has Survival. If not, then it will be the first map not to have a Survival mode. And... I mean... come on. Some traditions need to stay.
  6. Wow. Great job guys! You deserve that high five.
  7. And now that we having a new map Die Rize, we have to decide... Do we wanna adventure on the map not knowing wheres Jug, where to train/camp,(that's how i like it!) or Should we wait for someone else do the dirty job and educate us how the new mechanics and strategy's work? ... the first one will affect negatively our k/d and this rank system has affect negatively how we enjoy playing zombies, and the attitude how we approach the game play itself. Well said.
  8. How did what get moved?
  9. That's ridiculous. If you have a lot of downs, it may mean you're bad, but it may also mean you're a team player. I can't tell you how many downs I've gotten through sacrificing myself for the team, especially in Grief. I think I'll instead shoot for a high Down ranking, rather than some stupid emblem.
  10. So if the box gives you a teddy, can you EMP it to make the teddy go back in and get another chance at a gun? Throwing an EMP grenade at the Box while it is doing the Teddy-moving animation will do nothing. However, if you throw the EMP grenade at the Box while it is still deciding what to give you, you can forestall it.
  11. Major errors: Richtofen is not teleported back to Der Riese from Shangri-La. Tank, Nikolai, and Takeo are not "super soldiers". Minor errors: Group 935 was not a Nazi organization, but it did work for the Nazis. Richtofen was not second-in-command but rather Maxis's assistant. Pyramid may be alien, but not extraterrestrial.
  12. It doesn't affect the Ray Gun. It only affects bullet-based weaponry.
  13. It is CODZL, not ZCODL. It stands for Call of Duty Zombie Labs. It was the division of the United States government employed in Area 51 and Griffin Station to analyze the technology and zombie infestation present on the Moon.
  14. The answer really is that Nacht der Untoten is not in Green Run. It is just a fort that looks like it. It's just an allusion, just like how the Tower of Babble is an allusion to Tower of Babel. All of that is correct. No, actually. Nacht der Untoten was just a fort where some Marines took refuge. In fact, Nacht der Untoten means "Night of the Undead". What makes that map significant is what happened. Where it happened was secondary. It was just some fort. Just like this is just some fort. 935 never had any plans on making an electric man. I think that it is a product unique to the USA. Just like the Gersch Device was unique to the USSR. This is correct. Although, it isn't non-canon. It just isn't the same thing. There is absolutely zero evidence that the plane had 115. In fact, most evidence contradicts that theory. Still though, we have no idea how the zombies got there. Well in WW2, they did acknowledge it via Intel. Yup! Spot on. In fact, the teleporter the Americans made in Griffin Station was quite sloppy. The MPD room used to have oxygen, but they drilled a hole through it; now it has none. Don't believe everything you hear, especially without proof. We already have Intel that tells us about why the Marines were at Nacht der Untoten. The Illuminati's role in things has been really minor. And besides Richtofen's involvement with them, we don't really know too much about them. Two is a coincidence. Three is a trend. InfestLithium is pretty right.
  15. Last I saw it was 60, unless that's already been beaten.
  16. Thank you BinSys. You are a very intelligent person. I look forward to your Grief statistics.
  17. yes, this would be fantastic. they could even 1 up that and create separate "zombie centric" clans (they could call them "hordes" or something ). You don't have to leave your Elite clan, they could exist side by side. "Most Denizens Killed" "Most Knives on Him" "Most Bus Rotations" "Most Rounds with No Perks" man the list goes on... Get on it 3arc! That would only be good if Elite would actually work reliably... Still haven't been able to join.
  18. I think it is hot, flesh, electricity.
  19. It's fun to play Grief when you don't have time for a long, in-depth game. It's also fun to play with 8 people. It's also fun to try to have friendly competition. It's also fun to actually WIN in Zombies for a change. Do I need to list more reasons?
  20. Great job! What do you mean by "all number of zombies is same"?
  21. Humorous. Some parts are a bit inaccurate, but overall it was good.
  22. Also, Infest: viewtopic.php?f=137&t=27498&p=266495&hilit=fire+window#p266495 This guy knows what he's talking about. I tried the Fire Window thing and it worked on the first try. You should try to talk to him to see if you guys could also work together or something.
  23. Some suggestions for aggressive playing Infest: The EMP grenade cancels out the effects of the Monkey Bomb. Three people lined up with a fourth for support can effectively blockade the Mystery Box in the bar on Town. Four people lined in a row can blockade it in both locations. Not only is it very effective if used early on, but it is quite hilarious. Also, having the house locked down on Grief on Farm from the start of the game can be detrimental. You simply need two blockers and two guarders. The two blockers block entry while the guarders watch their back. They can even rotate out so everyone (but the other team of course) can get guns and Juggernog. Also, I found the key to successfully dolphin diving on the opposition. You must make sure your pelvises make contact. That's the only way for you to go down together.
  24. This guy has a good point. It is because of what he said that most Zombie players aren't as good as they used to be, because they became so dependent on PhD Flopper.
