  1. Yeah, that doesn't answer my question as to whether it is/was a limited time offer. Words would help.
  2. If I go out and buy the Season Pass today, can I get Nuketown Zombies?
  3. Awesome. EDIT: Although it IS still conjectural, not definitive. Seeing as it is Nuketown 2025, not the actual Nuketown. So I wouldn't say that is fullproof.
  4. I'd like to give it a wack. First of all, the Earth isn't "completely" destroyed, because people are still able to survive, at least in short-term. I don't think the zombies seen in the beginning of the game can be taken with any hidden meaning, because there does not seem to be any real meaning to it. I personally don't believe in the Hollow Earth theory in its fully effect. But there are some people here who do. I think if the Earth was completely hollow, it would've collapsed. However, I do think it is quite porous. Zombies are just dead, reanimated bodies due to Element 115. As for the "tunnels", I really think that's a gameplay mechanic. I don't think they come from Agartha. If they did, they would look a LOT different, since the Vril-Ya look quite different from our race. Maxis says he's been searching for survivors for decades, which means TranZit took place 20 years or more after the nukes.
  5. Custom Games only allows you to REMOVE things, with the exception of the H*llhounds. You cannot simply cast something aside as non-canonical without reason. In the story of Green Run, Richtofen never sent the H*llhounds. However, they do appear on the map, just only in a certain mode. H*llhounds are as present there game-wise as are the CIA, CDC, or "Him". However, Richtofen clearly shows in the game that he has control over the H*llhounds.
  6. No. It means that story-wise, Richtofen chose not to use them in Green Run. HOWEVER, he had the CAPABILITY. And game-mechanic-wise, they have appeared in Shi No Numa, Der Riese, Kino der Toten, Moon, and Green Run.
  7. Why did you put * in hellhounds ? Regards Yellow-card8 I always do that. It's against my morals to curse. And when forced to use that word, I am obligated to censor it. @FatedTitan: Custom Games
  8. H*llhounds are not regular Zombies. They are freak accidents. That is why their eyes don't glow. However, Richtofen still has control of them. However, they are more similar to hounds than mindless minions. Also, H*llhounds do appear in Green Run. In fact, the way in which they appear I think PROVES he has the ability to control them; he just chooses not to use them sometimes. Also, when one says he "controls" the zombies, it really means he directs them as a whole, or changes slight behaviors of them, and whatnot. When he "controls" the H*llhounds, he just sends them to literally "fetch their souls"; nothing more. Richtofen can't control where the H*llhound goes. He just chooses where to spawn them and let them go from there.
  9. I'm not too familiar with Multiplayer, but just from the name, the Orbital VSAT seems to be a satellite. Yeahhhhh a foot soldier will not be able to shoot that down.
  10. Ray Gun does not appear in the Grief mode at all.
  11. It's really frustrating that people sort glitches out to abuse them and become #1 on the leader boards. I know we'll never be 100% glitch free, but as a community we can expose the issues and hopefully in future DLC's and/or games these bugs will be ironed out. To be honest, i wouldn't be apposed to having some kind of "cheat enabler" in the game for "offline use only." I think this will allow those people who want to, say, turn on GOD mod and just kill zombies all day, to do so. what do you think? I don't think the cheater will change honestly. Having a cheat menu would be alright I guess. I don't think a cheat menu suits this game very well, but it might detract cheaters from cheating online.
  12. Well, on the idea of how fun it is, to each their own. I personally did not particularly enjoy it. I continued the game so I could upgraded random weapons. Also, Richtofen wasn't seriously giving you the option of working together. Thank you for the appreciation. Some friends of mine, whenever they get a part of more than 4, sometimes as much as 8, they play a co-op Grief so that they don't exclude people. Not my cup of tea, but eh.
  13. I've done it before. It's not that great. The game doesn't count. It's extremely easy. It's not as much fun. You can only revive half the team. The game is impossible to fail. Grief is meant to be 4 versus 4.
  14. I agree with you. I hate playing a match in Zombies and everyone's like "Dude! Wanna try this glitch I found out?" I go "No." And that act like I'm alien for not wanting to abuse this game.
  15. Congratulate them for doing it well. Anyone can pour cement. Few can do it well.
  16. Hey Tom. Just so you know, the upgraded Galil has the Reflex Sight on Black Ops II, not the Red Dot Sight anymore.
  17. There's no explanation in this. One shouldn't take the appearance of the zombie-turned-man so seriously. Are you to suppose that the zombies in scuba suits suddenly donned business suits upon turning into humans?
  18. I just want to add to what Tac is saying: Anyone with a teleporter can go through time IF THEY KNOW HOW. Richtofen is the only human that knows how to modify a teleporter to travel through time. The Wunderwaffe overloading the teleporter was Richtofen's epiphany. It's how he found out how to do it.
  19. Thank you Megaton. Could it be a subway of some sort? Subways had existed back then, although they were not common. Either way, it was probably for a not-so-nice purpose. Also, the Bus Driver references many many places that we are NOT at. One of them is the "underground". Perhaps this is what he was referencing? That there is an underground to where we are? Why put so much effort into one small sound effect though? Does Treyarch just want to mess with us?
  20. You both bring up good points. Death, while that is a good explanation, Fite's point does shed a bit of doubt. So I'll give the possibility that zombies eat you. But it is also possible they do not. For now, I say, "inconclusive". However, I can say with confidence: Zombies' primary method of attacking is to swing their arms at you. These Zombies do not spread via bites. In fact, they don't bite at all, excluding the possibility above of already dead flesh.
  21. Thanks guys. I would also like to add that Double-Tap Root Beer also increased the fire cap on semi-automatic weapons, increased pump-action speed, and increased the speed of using explosive equipment and grenades. I do not know, however, if Double-Tap Root Beer II also has these changes are not. I suspect not, but I am not sure.
  22. Congratz! Always better to get mentioned by someone, anyone, and actually be given credit! :D
  23. Thank you! I did this once but had no idea how to duplicate it. :D
  24. Double-Tap Root Beer= Rate of Fire x1.33 | Damage x1 Double-Tap Root Beer II= Rate of Fire x1.2 | Damage x2
  25. I have never heard this. Are you sure? I mean, I've spent a LOT of time in Town and never heard this...
