  1. Tombstone is a Perk that cannot be taken at face value for real implications because it involves you dying and coming back to life. That is what I meant.
  2. It's not. It's just a joke. If you are going to take that literally, then are you going to suppose that by drinking this soda you gain the ability to commit suicide? The Zombies don't eat. They don't need to. They have no sense of self-preservation; their lives are limited by time.
  3. Zombies of "Zombies" are not your average Zombies of folklore. They have a different mythology, biology, and behaviorology. These zombies are reanimated bodies. 115 causes electrical stimulation that revives them. It only works once. Once the zombie is killed, it cannot become another zombie. Zombies have brains that barely function. They are only controlled by the being in Aether. They react to flashing lights, EMPS, and certain polka music. They have still-beating hearts, which explains why they can operate even without heads. They do not want brains. All they do is mortally wound. They let you slowly, painfully die. Their strange behaviors can be attributed to both Samantha and Richtofen, however they retained this behavior in some form before them entirely. Subject Two-Six was one Zombie that was very nearly controlled before someone killed him, forever halting the idea of controlling a zombie in any way other than Aether.
  4. Just downed my first team today. I found one guy down by the Box in the bar in Town. He had gotten down from the Zombie reaching through the window. I knifed the guy reviving him, preventing him from reviving. The Zombie then killed him. The next guy tried. He was smart enough to lay down. I then ran the Zombie over him. The fourth guy came and got one up and went down himself. I then ran a Zombie into the last guy. They were all down. Three of them quit. The last guy was nice, going "Ah! you got us." It was good game. :)
  5. I just wanted to updated that I tested and tested, but it is NOT possible to get all 6 Perks in TranZit. There is no mode of transportation in any fashion that will get you from Power to Town or from Town to Power within 45 seconds for this to work. I'm sorry, but I'm glad to have it resolved. 6 Perks in Town Survival. 5 Perks in TranZit. 4 Perks everywhere else.
  6. That doesn't prove anything. There might be a confounding variable involved.
  7. Yeah. I hiiiiighly doubt that. But show us the video and I can likely confirm that Mr. Dalek is wrong.
  8. EMPs are as much Wonder Weapons as are Molotov Cocktails.
  9. It ain't a wonder weapon buddy. Its just a very strong weapon (It's made out of a damn jet engine for petes sake!). The building the parts make it a method which is time consuming instead of burning tonnes of cash on the box to get a weapon with a long ass cooldown but unlimited ammo. IF it were in the box, it would be extremely rare. I honestly enjoy the building aspect of the game. It gives me an alternative (especially for the jet gun) instead of burning money. The only Wunder Weapon in the game is the Ray Gun as of now. Finally someone sees it. But you forgot the Monkey Bomb :P
  10. Do a light gray and just make sure Moon is a darker gray.
  11. Even without Hangar 18 specifically, there's this: "Hah, just like back in Roswell!" - John F. Kennedy From that, I deem the Roswell event an actual event in Zombies, so they could have gotten DNA from there. This basically debunks the idea that monkeys can't become that. I don't agree with it fully, but I will now consider it. Good fond OP. I figured the aliens from Roswell were brought to Hangar 18.
  12. Well my thread on it is gone with the Research Facility, but I still have the chart: http://i50.tinypic.com/eb68zq.png (It cuts off because of forum updates since I posted this) I don't remember my source. It's in the thread. I think it's the Farmer's Almanac, but I can't be sure. Anyway, I graphed out the time period for when "Five" could be. Kennedy said there was a storm that night, and it seemed to be a pretty heavy one, since he thought the Zombies' ruckus was the storm making a noise WITHIN the Pentagon. So I made this chart detailing the weather of the time period right above the Pentagon. We can immediately rule out any day that is not highlighted in a blue bar. These were the days with rain. Now you will notice a 3-day period with rain. That is the largest time period of precipiation out of them all, with November 7th being the epicenter. If you notice, the bottom line, which is wind speed, is rather high. Also, the other lines, which indicate varying temperatures are close together, indicate highly uniform temperature throughout the day, which is not normal. The rain, temperature, and wind highly indicates a heavy storm on November 7th, which was unmatched on any other day of this time period.
  13. We have Abigail, Emilia, and Samantha, three little girls brought to their dads' work at Kino because they didn't want to leave them at home. We have Abigail "Misty" Briarton, who is a young southern woman in the western United States.
  14. The video doesn't work for me. The thing is... that is possible... but I don't know... I think the genetic engineering theory covers better. But I suppose this is possible. In fact, if you consider Hangar 18 canonical, then we know the United States had access to alien DNA.
  15. Tac, sorry this is unrelated, but I was looking at my storyline the other day and I noticed I had a date tht you did not. I don't know if you remember, but I once pinned the exact day of "Five" to have most likely occurred on November 7th. It's not certain, but it is highly likely. Even if you don't agree with it, I think it deserves a mention.
  16. To be fair, we have already been introduced to an Abigail. This is the second Abigail we know of. Unless strong evidence to say that there are the same Abigail appears, it is very unlikely that they are. I just wanted to make that clear.
  17. I think it's an interesting post Tac. Good job. (I had already read part of it earlier, hence how I made this post so fast.)
  18. With some names, especially foreign names, there is more than one way to spell them. At least, that's the mannerful way to explain Treyarch's spelling errors. @MegaAfroMan: You are correct.
  19. I transcribed it myself on my 67 inch HD flat screen TV. I'm certain they are W's. I can understand the difficulty, but you'll just have to trust me. Considering mine is only 52, I will trust you Thank you. I appreciate that. I realize the V's look a lot like W's, but I was able to look at the W in Ludwig and see the differences between that and the V in Vozrozdeniya. You can just barely see the little bump that indicates a W.
  20. MMS SLDGE HAMR! /owned Ummm... I don't think you can get a MMS SLDG HAMR. I'm not going to say you're lying, but I tried it MANY times and never got it. Tom852 did as well. EDIT: @guy above me: It stays in there forever apparently. However, note that anything you store (bank/fridge) online can only be accessed online. Same works for offline. Anything you story offline can only be accessed offline.
  21. The Fire Sale appears on some maps, and it doesn't appear on others. It hasn't appeared that time. I don't think there's much meaning behind it. Richtofen didn't feel like giving anyone a Fire Sale at this time. I honestly think it's because the boxes are to spread out like that other guy said...though we could be over thinking it i guess. But if the Death Machine became a box weapon it would have to be nerfed as hell. Or just only given out at high high rounds...if they even would take the time to make certain weapons available only at certain rounds to make it more challenging. I was talking story-wise. Although on a game mechanic note, that is a possibility, but not a certainty. It would've aided players to have a Fire Sale, that is certain. However, perhaps it made the game too easy, so it was removed. On small maps the Fire Sale is not as valuable, because you can just run to the Box at any time.
  22. I transcribed it myself on my 67 inch HD flat screen TV. I'm certain they are W's. I can understand the difficulty, but you'll just have to trust me.
  23. CIA files state Ludwig. Maxis's first name is Ludvig, also spelled Ludwig, just like Gersch's name is also spelled Gersh. I think Maxis is German. However if you want to delve into his heritage, I think it is likely he might technically be part Scandinavian. But he lived in Germany and worked for Germans and had what seems like to most players as a German accent.
  24. Er. Lets see. The tower stuff is really just theorizing that base on the Jackass Flats radio, we learned there was a large tower by the name of BREN. The Tower of Babel EE we are dealing with now gives us the idea that it's the battle of Towers for a while. That's all I know about towers involvement, and I think that's it so far. Hope this helped. Thanks. The talk of multiple towers and Nuketown was confusing me a bit. I appreciate it.
