  1. This thread is a thread about the information leading up to Black Ops 2's release. I think adding that stuff would turn it into something else entirely.
  2. The rare earth elements are a set of elements in the periodic table ranging from atomic number of 21 to 71. They are NOT elements that are simply rare. It's a classification. Element 115 isn't in any classification.
  3. I'd just like to say that I'm looking at the thread now, I believe heavily edited at this point, and I think it looks quite nice. But I'll still refrain from input since I think it too early to tell.
  4. In your maps section, why do you not have Nuketown Zombies?
  5. Okay, the word H*llhound does not literally mean dog from the Underworld, although it did once, and mythologically, that is correct. What I meant is the more casual definition, large, snarly, demonic-looking, beasts that can set on fire. They have no connection to anything religious. They are just a freak accident that spawned a whole population. They're essentially a unique breed of dog that shares many similarities with Zombies. But my main point is that that freak accident is different from a zombification process, which is unique to primates thus far.
  6. Did you REALLY have to black out "Hell"...? Plus, Zombieofthedead has a point. How do you know if they're Zombies or not? Hm? Apes wouldn't make any sense either, since normal Primates have been shown to become Zombie like too. (Ascension Monkeys, Shangri-La Monkeys) I am still right. H*llhounds are literally what they are called. They are demonic dogs that came about by a teleportation accident concerning 115. 115 also made the Zombies, thus they have many similarities. Your logic that something made by 115 must be a Zombie is as absurd as saying that the Wunderwaffe DG-2 is a Zombie. The H*llhounds were a freak accident. Meanwhile, many primates (what I meant to say instead of apes) are able to become Zombies just by being (dead) around 115. All evidence points to H*llhounds as being descendents from Fluffy. Therefore, their traits are hereditary, not contagious. And yes, I have a moral obligation to never curse.
  7. H*llhounds aren't dogs turned into Zombies. If a dog comes into contact with a H*llhound, the H*llhound will kill the dog. That's it. H*llhounds are simply a new breed of dog descended rom a dog mutated with Zombie-like qualities. The zombie plague itself is only seen to be transferrable between apes.
  8. As it stands, rats can't turn into Zombies. Only apes can thus far. But who knows if that will change? But I find it unlikely that they'd be humanoid. What I find much more likely is just for it to be a jungle mutant variant of a human zombie.
  9. It has nothing to do with Black Ops 2, therefore it is the wrong section.
  10. This shouldn't be in the Black Ops 2 section.
  11. Poo... I guess it'll be like Call of the Dead. "Helloooo? There's a drunk Russian stuck on the Moon. Help us out!"
  12. I would like to see evidence that the old maps and characters will be back.
  13. Well I suppose it can be seen as offensive... Perhaps it was a bit harsh. But I agree with the idea.
  14. Are you trying to say that one must always praise other posters' antics when one posts? Now that is ridiculous. He believes that the "I called it" phrases are juvenile, and he made the point without flaming or spamming.
  15. Look at the achievements. "In [blank], [do this]". That's how they all are. Just like in the old game, just like maps. Green Run is parallel to it. Which means, Green Run is an alternative of Tranzit. Therefore, whatever they are is not clear.
  16. The grammatically correct way to say it is Perks-A-Cola. Btw, OP, I don't know if you know about the Moon Easter Egg, but at the end of it, all of the Zombies' eyes turned blue.
  17. Another thread? We don't even know whether Tranzit is a game mode or a map, or something in between yet.
  18. Come on guys. We're going to see the old characters. Treyarch wouldn't ignore the community's love for them. I know no proof has been given, but Treyarch wouldn't do that.
  19. Pft. Don't you just hate ordinary citizens? jk
  20. Humans look a lot alike. It's more likely a custom character. Just because you find a picture of a guy with a beard and glasses means nothing.
  21. It is not something that you ride. If you look at the image where she is holding it, you can see that her pelvis is in front of the weapon, the notable part being the dangling part of the belt. If she were riding it, the weapon would be in between her pelvis, in front of that belt loop.
  22. I think it unlikely Hawaii would have the resources that seemed to be available in the trailer. But I agree it is probably in the US. Just look at how the characters were dressed.
  23. So apparently this is in the future. You know what that means? 1962-1968 Zombies overran Area 51. 1968-2025 Area 51 is banned from the public BECAUSE IT IS OVERRUN BY ZOMBIES AND IS BEING CONTAINED. 2025 Moon happens. Apocalypse. Obviously, that is just a generalization. But it looks convincing to me. The only problem is the conflict between the campaign's "WWIII" and the Zombie apocalypse. Which means, where I said 2025, it may actually be even farther in the future, or worse, an alternate timeline.
  24. I hope each of the stops on the campaign is a playable level. It all seems really cool. I can't wait to find every custom weapon. The new characters seem interesting. Playing as CDC agents? That also seems pretty cool.
  25. @both: No. ... Hardly enough to say either of those things just yet.
