RE: Leaked Gameplay - STAY AWAY
MysteryMachineX replied to tomwidd's topic in General Zombies Discussion
+5 Since the leaker has the hardened edition it would be cool to see some nuketown zombies, but from what you guys have said, I probably wouldn't be able to make anything out on a crappy cellphone video camera anyways. Guess I'll just have to wait and watch syndicate play it in two weeks. Why? There's so many better Youtube users out there. Like Tom852 or way2g00 or Superhands or ChopperNator or... -
RE: Leaked Gameplay - STAY AWAY

Regardless, it is still a leak. Justification is not only unnecessary but frivolous. Treyarch decided what we are going to see. To change that is humiliating them. Imagine winning an essay contest and planning to show your parents. You told them the title beforehand to give them a taste before you actually showed it to them. When you do show it, you come to find your friend already told them your introduction. They shrugged it off; it didn't tell them anything the title already didn't. But you had worded it carefully to give a "wow" effect like an effective introduction should. Now when you read it they just nod and say "It's nice." -
Who made the Pack a Punch?
MysteryMachineX replied to ShangriLa's topic in General Zombies Discussion
Magic is a term of ignorance. Where our scientific understanding stops, magic begins. So the Mystery Box and Power-Ups are "magical". Although they are in fact artifacts created in another dimension mixed with our own, Aether. That is where magical comes from. They grouped the "magical" items with the fictional weaponry under the title "Magic". That's how I spin it. Magic =/= Christiaity nor Satanism. In fact, using magic to support either would label you a heretic in some cultures. EDIT: I second Shooter's below post. Much better put than I. -
Who made the Pack a Punch?
MysteryMachineX replied to ShangriLa's topic in General Zombies Discussion
Yes, you are not. Supporters are multiple. Opposers are multiple. But quite frankly, I find it to be offensive to create my own thread denouncing a theory rather than creating my own. Thus there are many threads supporting it and unsurprisingly none revoking it, as typically threads are not created to revoke theories. The answer is that there are multiple Pack-A-Punches, just like Ray Guns. The one in Der Riese was the original. -
Who made the Pack a Punch?

It's not about believing you. It's about believing the theory. All theories on CoDz have supporters and opposers. Your Satan theory, as notorious as it is, is no different. -

Who made the Pack a Punch?
MysteryMachineX replied to ShangriLa's topic in General Zombies Discussion
Furthermore, to back Shooter up, the theory that Satan is pulling strings behind events in Zombies is just as valid as the theory that Satan is pulling strings in everyday life. References are present as you have shown, but they are not concrete. In short, even if there were a Devil here, he wouldn't do it himself. In fact, we have a CIA document, documenting achievements of 935, stating that they achieved upgrades via Pack-A-Punch, meaning, by whatever method by whomever, the Pack-A-Punch was a product of 935. I personally believe the Satanic references are merely Satanic allusions. Everyone's entitled to his or her opinion, but I wouldn't say such an intangible theory so definately like that. It's like saying string theory is the only possible answer. -

Not true, and in fact, illegal. I would still avoid them though. Many (not all) just want attention and will thus show the leaks. Also tom, re-read above ^. It's well known that many youtubers got there hands on both MW3 and Bops-1 early. I know its probably just rumour though, as its hard to believe anything at all, due to the amount of utter tosh that circulates. Yeah thanks MurderMachineX, I skipped over some of the comments, its already been pointed out about the upload dates... I must be blind sorry! I've never heard of that. I don't think those people get any special treatment. They have dozens of mindless fans. Not all of their fans are mindless. But they do have a LOT of mindless ones. And the mindless fans will put them up on pedestals and spread rumors like that. I've looked at the youtube income agreement, or whatever it is called. Posting videos of video gameplay breaches the copyright rules. If they are getting any money, it is by very definition, illegal. Btw, MixMasterNut, you said you saw it. : / Did it at least satiate you? Just hoping it may have spurred you more into Zombies. -

I have learned more about my phone in the last hour than the last many years. This is my first ringtone. I never knew how to add a ringtone to my phone. Could never figure it out. Well, this past hour I have finally figured it out just so that I could download this! Took me forever to find the driver. Thank you. -

*shakes head* Why do some people have to do that? Not only are you ruining the surprise for yourself and others, but you're humiliating Treyarch. They worked so hard on that game, and they wanted things a surprise for a reason; and you're just gonna spoil everything. *sigh* Thanks though for the warning. -
Well I think it is going to be evident that Perks will be available without the power. However, the balance comes in that which ones you can get will likely be limited in number and difficulty. However, on the other side, perspectively, the object for turning on the power will then be a much grander task. If the power still needs to be turned on, regardless of Perks, then that means that there are far greater things to be gotten with the power.

Conquering dynamics of zombies
MysteryMachineX replied to Mr. Jay's topic in General Zombies Discussion
That's not exactly the same thing. That's like saying a Marine is as knowledgeable as an astrophysicist. A Marine is adept in his hardcore skills; so could you say he is knowledgeable in what he does? Yes. Same for the scientist. However, they're two different things. The scientist has a database of information that he studies, while the Marine has a database of information that goes along well with the "second nature" Dunbarian was talking about. I know a lot about Zombies, but short of playing the game every waking moment for a long time, I will never be able to gain the knowledge of exactly the most efficient way to move about in Zombies like a pro can. -
Conquering dynamics of zombies
MysteryMachineX replied to Mr. Jay's topic in General Zombies Discussion
I disagree. It's a warm thought, but it doesn't seem to work. I've studied Zombies long and hard. See my storyline and my Zombies guide. I don't mean to sound conceited, but I honestly believe I know quite a lot about Zombies. However, I am not a pro when it comes to getting high Rounds. My highest is 48, which I consider to be "advanced", but not "pro". -

No problem my friend, your opinion is always welcomed and appreciated. I may not always agree with you, actually I find myself rarely fully agree with your thoughts, but I always sense a great deal of your apprehension to be well thought out and amicable to disagree. Although I do not always agree with your thoughts, I can certainly respect and feel immensely educated by your view. Thank you. That's the best way to disagree. :) -

Conquering dynamics of zombies
MysteryMachineX replied to Mr. Jay's topic in General Zombies Discussion
I'd have to same primarily instincts, however, I would not call them that. Instincts suggests that it is a value they were born with. That is quite the opposite of the truth. The truth is that they've played this game or shooter games in general to such an extent that they have conditioned their mind and body to react almost instantaneously in any situation in the game. This requires decision making, but they do it nearly instantaneously without even realizing it. Concentration can help, but it is hardly a big factor. When someone is good enough on "instinct" then they will often forsake concentration, although I personally wouldn't advise it. Luck is just that luck. It influences every game, but in an unpredictable fashion, be it for good or bad, but luck, as defined by probability, typically evens out in the long run. Attitude helps, but I see it on the same plane as concentration. Strategy is a big factor however. Most of the big players can't go on without SOME type of strategy to live up to 50-100's. However, lesser players like myself much more heavily rely on strategy just to get to the 50's. I say that because some players can just goof around on Kino der Toten and still go into high Rounds. I'm going to refrain from voting however, as I don't think instincts deserves the vote, and I can't vote for anything else.
