Good catch gabbehhh Here's my understanding of it all.... The trailer shows the setting for the campaign. The multiplayer should have the same setting as the campaign. They always introduce campaign mode first. The 10th image is the HUD from inside a flying vehicle. Possibly a command ship of some sort? From the ways the devs have talked up the new campaign mode, I think we'll be able to control any drone, vehicle, or soldier on the battlefield we want.

It's just an empty lot across the street from the Staples Center. Notice the windmills on top of the light post. Those haven't been installed yet either. If you look at the street signs (12th Street & Figueroa), and the surrounding area, this battle is happening right in front of the LA Convention Center and Staples Center in downtown Los Angeles. When I saved the gif, and imported it into After Effects, AE read it as 25 FPS

I believe the time code is set for 24 frames per second (standard for film). If I'm correct, then these two frames are sequential

Interesting to note, there is time code on the bottom of this one. I'm guessing the footage rolls at 24 frames per second (standard for film) So it starts on frame 00:00:03:23, and then the next frame starts at the 4 second mark, 00:00:04:00.
