cant say that if you played previous maps my friend In previous maps they were controlled, almost all of them, but in Mob of the Dead, and this map I don't believe they are controlled

No one is in control... Zombies roam freely without a controller, just as they did in Mob of the Dead, no one controls them.

Hi guys, I've been doing a lot of thinking, and I've had this on my mind since the release of MoTD, and I've got to tell the community about it. So basically we all remember the "Mend the Rift" scenario with Stulinger in Die Rise right? The voices tell him to mend the rift, and we were unsure of what he was saying, or what he meant. I've been doing a lot of thinking with the endings to the new easter eggs, and before I present my theory, I just want to explain what happens on both sides of the easter egg endings: If the other 4 players KILL Al Arlington, you "Continue the Cycle" If Al Arlington kills the rest of the 4 players, you "Break The Cycle" Now I was thinking for some time about this, because it was very interesting to me. How these 2 events can be chosen, and no matter which one you choose, the game ends. What if we're mending the rift in Mob of the Dead. What if somehow, us going to Alcatraz is to Mend the Rift, a rift we have yet much more to understand. What I mean is that, Richtofen tells Samuel to "Mend the Rift", and he doesn't know what he means. We thought it had to do with Die Rise, but I have a feeling that Mending the Rift is us trying to mend a rift in time, which was never mended. For further support, we can refer back to the voice logs in Mob of the Dead. The guard talks about how the 3 other members joined together and killed Al together. But what if this wasn't supposed to be? What if us "Mending the Rift" or fixing the rift is going back in time and fixing something that wasn't supposed to happen? In the voice logs, we hear the guard talking about how they joined to kill him, and that is what had originally happened. Therefore, at the end of the Egg, when you go to the GG Bridge and you KILL Al, you see "The Cycle Continues..." But when Al KILLS the other members, the cycle is broken.. Understand where I'm getting with this? What if whenever you kill Al, the cycle is continued, you go back to Alcatraz, this whole thing starts again, over and over, maybe is some sort of time loop/cycle back in time which played a major role in the Zombies storyline, and now us playing here is for us to "Mend" something that happened in time, to fix what happened here, or killing Al. Therefore when we see "The Cycle is Broken" we've basically just changed something in history "Mended" something, we don't know for the good or bad, but we have mended the rift which Richtofen has been speaking of. Sorry if this sounds really scattered and all over, I'll try and make this a lot more neater when I get home, I've been in a rush however so I wanted to get this out to you guys as soon as possible to see what you guys could come up with. The helicopter in the background is also interesting in the poster... The shadow could be a Vimana, which was discussed very thoroughly during the Shangri La era of CodZ. It would be a longshot to describe those shadows as a Vimana with no real evidence, but it could be, we'll just have to wait and see...

Are we really even negotiating whether this is real...? I thought we were past the fake image stage. This is not real, you don't need a theater mode to recognize that.

I was about to post this as well, I've lost the Barricade upgrade, and also the permanent quick revive perk on Tranzit. I just did the Easter Egg as well which was odd, because literally seconds after I had finished the Maxis side, I had lost Quick Revive and the Barricade upgrade. I never lost the Zombie Head upgrade though. Anyone know what happened?

The "Cross over 2 me" makes the most sense to me, sounds very plausible. Also, I've been doing some research regarded with the Aether to see if it had any connection to this, and only found some small information, but it could be worth something. I've bolded the points I found to be most important.

As many of you know, on a lot of the signs in Tranzit, letters are cut off in order to show some type of easter egg of some sort. For example, the diner was cut off into "NOW DIE" for Richtofen. Now, I was looking around in Theatre, and noticed this. The highway sign was partially distorted to reveal what looks to be a formula; DAY X/2 ME Now, I don't know if this has any importance, maybe if it were just put here for fun, or maybe it does have some significance, but I thought I'd point it out. Also, I researched a bit and couldn't find anything, but thought I'd share.

Remember how James C. Burns said Misty was Dempsey's daughter? So if the names up there have any relations, we have so far: Maxis > Samantha Dempsey > Abigail ? > Emelia Any ideas on what relation Emelia may have to the story?

There are voices in the shelter, just go up to it and knife it (In The Backyard of the house with the 3 burst pistol), and you'll hear voices. I don't think that there is an entire EE involved with it though, most likely just for fun :D

I don't think Treyarch understands how much amazing feedback this would get. This is an amazing idea, and definitely should be incorporated, maybe not with as much detail as stated, but this idea alone is great, and it should definitely be incorporated.

Including a Theater mode to zombies would be very difficult, but for those who have been asking how they will be incorporated, they will most likely split the games into parts, possibly in intervals of 10 minutes per part. So let's say I played a game on Trazit for 40 minutes, there would be 4 separate video parts to choose from, because going through a an hour long video, just to play it back would take hours just to watch some of it. Then to render? There would be tons of problems along with storage, capacity, and also I imagine there would be tons of issues regarding server issues along with Zombies, with everyone saving and storing videos.

The shape of the entire object looks almost identical to the round shaped top that we saw with Stamin Up. I can almost guarantee this is a perk, the shape of the entire structure is too identical. As for the tombstone, I think this maybe a possibility that this "Tombstone" may have some integration with the storyline. The structure looks very similar to a perk, but it's also a possibility that this could be some type of interaction with the storyline.

Simply amazing, just from the 40 seconds that we got. The blue eyes on the Zombies looks epic, the new strategies that will be involved with the bus, and the fact that Zombies can grapple onto the bus, and just the incredible details we've seen in tid bits of the map. Everything looks amazing, beyond what I could have ever expected, I also can't wait to see how the actual bus will incorporate into Zombies, and the aspects associated with it like new strategies. Also, the beginning scene where the bus drives into the town, looks very creative, and I can already tell we'll be playing this map for months without boredom :)

The nuketown Map is extended out of the original Nuketown MP map, it extends out towards the power lines that we saw in the background, this is Nuketown, judging from these powerlines, it has to be. I bet that's why they included this picture.

Guys, I think we're missing the fact that the file name is named "Power_on_v1.wav" This sounds exactly like the power turning on, most similar to that on COTD. Also, it's a .wav file, which is Audio for windows. Thought I'd point these things out. Also, did anyone else think that noise was badass :lol:

It's finally Tuesday, do we get to see a trailer today If you didn't guess from the power_on_1.wav title, this is the new sound of the power turning on. Also the quote about power, is triggered at the start of a game on Kino Der Toten, Richtofen shouts it out, referring to the fact that you must turn on the power. As towards the picture on the screen, it looks like a burned down and post apocalyptic scenario, but we can't be too sure. Why would they chose nuketown for a zombie map?

I think we're all forgetting that Nuketown Zombies is an addon that comes along with the game. I don't think we'll be seeing an entire Nuketown Zombies map, with Side Quests, and such, I think it'll be more positioned out as the 4z4 gametype they've been talking about, or some type of game mode they're incorporating into Zombies. Maybe we will see Firing Range, but recreated as a different map. -
