Official Ranking System Discussion and Theories
Ourobos replied to way2g00d's topic in General Zombies Discussion
Good post. I just wish they'd give a formula or likes similar to what you mentioned, they act like it's top secret. I play every game my best, just obviously my play style doesn't fit their equation properly, and I don't mind adjusting it, if I knew how. -
I don't care, as long as it's not a Turned map.

Official Ranking System Discussion and Theories
Ourobos replied to way2g00d's topic in General Zombies Discussion
Too many revives? How does me reviving people who need it effect it negatively? I never buy quick revive. I'm just a team player. Perhaps you're thinking revives means how many times I was revived, which is incorrect, it's how many times you REVIVE someone. And by downs, you're saying my K/D is too low? Cause look at how many kills I have, over a third of a million. -
Official Ranking System Discussion and Theories

I wish someone could enlighten me. I've compared to some of my friends with shotguns who have worse stats then me, like Way2go did above, I don't understand it. I think it's having some bad games then great games that ranks us up. Here's mine if anyone has any ideas, I'm still bowie / machete : Kills : 357,101 Downs : 2,811 (K/D = 127:1) Bullets Fired : 2,080,943 Revives : 4,232 Grenades : 47,741 Headshots 61,890 (17.3%) Deaths : 1,084 Perks : 6,325 Doors : 4,354 Hits : 1,534,451 (73.7% accuracy) Thoughts? -
4: Does the M2 have splash damage? - From when I had it, it seemed a no. I could shoot directly at my feet with no injury. It wasn't like the normal ray gun when I shot the zombie feet either, you really need to shoot at their chest or heads. SO I think NO splash damage.

Couldn't find it, thanks for the link.

Something odd happened to me.. I had an upgraded RPD on tranzit, and was able to pull it from the fridge in Die Rise... Then in Die Rise I stuck and upgrade AN94 in the fridge. When I went to Tranzit later, the fridge was EMPTY.. Thought I'd see a Lamination as mentioned above. Hopefully a fluke.

I've seen talk that the buried achievements are viewable? Mine aren't. Anyone have a list of them?

Pretty pink bunny.. :D

Not story line related that I could tell, just alot more chit chat.
-
Marlton in particular. Every since the update yesterday, I've heard him say dozens of things I hadn't heard in game before. Did Treyarch unlock some of their speech?
-
Ray Gun Mark II could NOT be put into the fridge on Tranzit, I can confirm that.
-
I'd put it real similar to the blundergat, but more ammo in the magazine .
-
I got it on Tranzit.. It's a 3 round burst, I think 24 in the mag, 165 in reserve if I'm not mistaken. No splash damage, and from what I can tell it's best used to train the zombies the turn and aim in a straight line into the horde, it goes through them that way. It's unlike the ray gun that I would normally blast 2-3 rounds at their feet, you want body / head shots with this one. I wasn't thinking and left the game after playing with it, I should have packed it to see the difference. Overall I can't say I was impressed like when I first used the Thunder Gun, Wunderwaffle, Vitriolic etc, but definitely is a crowd mover more than a lot of other box weapons.

^ Link inactive.

Also perk icons on your heads up have been updated.
-
Apparently Treyarch didn't mean for us to have the Mark II yet, it was hot fixed and not available in the box now, until 7-2.
-
So apparently this was a treyarch boo boo that was hot fixed, and the Mark II is no longer available until after 7-2..

Claymores are your friend on monkey rounds. Claymore only truly work when at an angle, not on flat ground. ONLY open the Mule Kick / Speed door by the stairs by PaP, NEVER the chain link fence up by the original mystery box. Always open the quick revive door to Jug, never the one above it. During a monkey round you can guard jug and quick revive from right beside quick revive. The round before monkey (even if you suspect they are coming), run 4-5 claymores up the PhD stairs. Also run 4-5 claymores up the stairs to mule kick. If you have Stamina, place them on angles in the muddy water facing the lander door, and trip that trap as the round starts on your way to guard revive / jug. You can hold all 6 perks if done properly. If you have more than one person that knows what they are doing, it's alot easier.

The old ray gun and new ray gun II are in the box. Seems you don't have to have the season pass, it's in today's 89mb update. I have yet to get it and pack a punch it though, just spend 40k trying to get it and didn't, but I did have it earlier and didn't think about packing it.. DOH

Seems today's update added pics to wall weapons and buildables you pick up, check em out as you grab em. Also it seems they 'slowed down' the slide and elevator shaft descents, thus 'fixing' them it seems.

Weapon Storage On Die Rise ( Fridge From Tranzit)
Ourobos replied to MrCaffiene82's topic in Die Rise
Don't forget, the adjacent room's show stalls are the bank also. -
As of today's update, the ray gun mark 2 is in all the maps (minus nuketown). Also an intermap fridge and bank has been added to die rise. Fridge near the utility elevator jump across is now functional, and the show stalls in the adjacent room is the bank. Props to Mr. Caffiene for the first notice.

^ No cafeteria? Best / easiest post IMHO.

One of my buds trapped himself in the propane tank area without jug.. Survived the whole round, think it was 15 or 16. Was one of the most amazing little circles you've ever seen.
