Events That Happen During Real Time TiZ_zBeUHno I know the Egg is on MW3, and the game is made by two different companies. It IS a Call of Duty game, so anything is possible. Treyarch has implemented IW's additions before, so why not now? I present something that COULD end up getting a lot of people excited! I believe this could have already been implemented, and we missed it due to not thinking about this form of Egg. We have scoured maps in search of things that may be there. We have held "X" or "[]" (square) in every corner hoping for anything. What if the item wasn't there YET. What if it something that you will only find if you are looking at that spot, at that moment. In the video, a Teddy Bear falls from an air duct and lands behind some barrels at exactly 1:14, 4:14, and 7:14. I don't know about you, but I can not say for certain that I haven't missed anything now. This leaves me shell-shocked. I never thought about the possibility of an Egg being implemented into Real Time. If I am wrong, and we haven't missed anything, I could still see some awesome ideas being implemented with this. Imagine the possibilities in zombies. Seeing a Teddy Bear is nothing compared to seeing a mangled corpse limping away in the distance. Maybe it could also implement a "Fly Trap" type egg: Once you see the corpse you must shoot it and it's soul shoots to another location and something else happens. I LIKE IT! Tell Me What You Think:

I was regarding the Faust painting hinting toward the future, in the since that "Faust" is now our community manager. :D

I've heard this over and over again, and never made the connection when the poster came out. I actually lucked out and got the poster from my cousin after I missed the first wave. I already have my elite pre-ordered and my game. I digress... This a very interesting find. I would almost bet my brains that it IS in fact what they were thinking. If you think about it, we would have never believed the fact that Samantha would be a playable character in Kino's time. So we would have never made the connection. Everything about Kino hints toward the future:       8-)

Go to your User Control Panel and Select Manage Drafts. You can then selct the draft you which to persue from there. After clicking, it shows up how you left it, only it messes with the BBCode.

Proof That The Original Crew Will Return!
deathb4di2h0nor replied to MiamiHurricane2's topic in General Zombies Discussion
What if Maxis was in fact being deceiving. What if he knew Rictofen had a way to control the zombies, and he wanted his revenge before it was too late. His daughter was basically freed, while he constantly says things like: "Don't! She just a girl." "Leave her alone Rictofen." I believe Maxis has played us for a fool. He knew Rictofen would want the power and wanted to take it from Samantha by any means. Maxis then realizes if he could find someone to complete the steps required, he could free his daughter from the fate that Rictofen had sealed, and destroy a lot of the zombies on earth in one fatal blow. Rictofen knows of all the steps that lead to his soul swap, but the rest of the egg was for the crew to complete for Maxis. Do you see what I mean? Maxis used the fact that we were there anyways, to destroy half the earth, or maybe a certain area. He used Rictofen's greed against him and freed his daughter. The true genius behind the Moon Egg was none other than Maxis, himself -
A theory for Black Ops II
deathb4di2h0nor replied to novazombie115's topic in General Zombies Discussion
Yeah you did kind of leave it very vague with quite a few repeat topics. I think what you started to say, had good reason though. If the earth is still recovering from the missles, (On the side it got hit) it would leave all of the maps covered in debris. If they did not skip ahead in time a decent amount, every map would look similar. Treyarch would then: Make the first map destroyed, and the following ones different. Or skip to the future and make all the maps normal. (no debris) Or choose the other side of the earth. If this is what you meant by that statement, that is a decent theory. If not, I am left with the same response: Thanks for Sharing. :) -
I like it. It has that Moon feel, with a hint of the past. I like the eggs as well. It's good to read easter egg ideas that don't include all perks as a reward. These are simple and still have decent outcomes. As for my dream map: Agartha http://callofdutyzombies.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=81&t=20920&p=200127#p199432 City of the Dead http://callofdutyzombies.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=100&t=22338&p=217321#p215726

More Team-Mate Interaction
deathb4di2h0nor replied to deathb4di2h0nor's topic in General Zombies Discussion
I agree that it may end up being to easy and little kids WILL end up being annoying over it, but that has never stopped this from happening before. When you add something to one side, you must then add something to the other side. The hardcore players will be satisfied with smarter AI and more complicated trains, while the lower skills gamer would want a way to get help in those times. I think if Treyarch makes zombies any harder, they must then balance it out with a Help option added to the gameplay. Not a player quote being clicked over and over again, for instace: "Hey Man.""Hey Man.""etc.", more of something similar to the hacker without using any kind of slot, you just have the option to do it. I think it is reasonable. It helps even the best players, as they would rather have team mates than no one, or people quitting. Kids will whine of course, but they just do that. I'm not sure why, but that is like their thing I guess. :D -
I really would like to play with yall. I am a great team mate and I really need good people to hook up with. I know the fourth has passed, but really, I want to play with yall. I know that team mate finder is there for a reason but it is unreliable at best, at least for me. I know you guys' skills and I think I can contribute substantially toward the effort. No matter what round you are trying to get to, I will be here and I will be there if you would allow. I am not going anywhere on this forum, and I am sure ya'll have seen my posts before. I really enjoy this community and I want to be more of a part of it. I will be donating soon, I have just been fixed on my money situation. I am fully emerged in this community, please send me an invite on all of these days. I will be there. When Black Ops II comes out, I will be taking about 2-3 days off work to spend solely on zombies. It will total up to around 5 days with the weekend included. Me and my cousin are planning to set the world record at 50 on the first go at it. After that it will be 99 for sure. I don't care your arguments, it is possible to do 1st try and that is my goal. I will be on Black Ops pretty much every day for at least a round thirty game, every day. I want to be warmed up to change the future. I aim to become as good as Super' or any of the other "COD GODS". I say again, "Please invite me." You will not be sorry. Brains do not decide you, you decide your brains.

For those who did accomplish it, it would be awesome, and better be worth it. Nuff Said.

Ever needed to give someone some points on Kino? Ever wish you could swap weapons with a less experienced friend? These are the things I aim to discuss in this thread. I have scoured the forum and can't seem to find links to where it was first discussed, so all points that may have been brought up before should be linked in a post and I will add it to this post. Credit should go to those people too. Currency Exchange: I would like to see a feature implemented, (without hacker) that would allow players to exchange their points with one another. We have all met the challenge of trying to save a match on your own, with everyone dying repeatedly and unable to get points to survive. Sure they might not be experienced, but it would still be nice to be able to help each other. Teamwork is everything in zombies. Weapon Swap: I hope to see this implemented for the same reasons. I tend to get thrown in matches with people who have just bought the map, or just lack the skills to reach certain objectives. M&S for example, most newer players will be unable to reach this goal. It would be nice to swap your M&S for a newer guy's M1911. You could then PaP and you have given them a chance. If you run out of ammo and a friend has three full guns, trade until there is a Max Ammo. All Around More Player Interaction: I hope we get more guns similar to VR11. This gun was the BEST Team based gun to ever be created by Treyarch. It does get overlooked, somewhat, but it is this basic feature of the weapon that leaves it at the top of my list. I hope we see more "Tactical Team-Mate Shooting".

Should the zombies AI be modified?
deathb4di2h0nor replied to Edward Richtofen's topic in General Zombies Discussion
Thought I would throw my two cents in. :geek: In theory, Treyarch is already implementing changes throughout the zombie AI on almost every map. I see the first map implementing all of these changes for an extra challenge, regardless of where the map ends up being. I will explain what I mean by changes: Kino: First map for zombies to be able to slap you through the windows. Ascension: Zombies begin to side-step, roll, duck & dodge. COTD: New zombie speed implemented via George. (Sprinters) Moon: Offers a mixture of most implementations, as well as the jump pads changing the hoard's directions and speed. NML: Completely different play style with increased health speed. . I believe they ARE in fact changing the AI as we know it. They are doing it in a fasion, however, that leaves it feeling normal. Will we see changes in the zombie AI? Sure. I wouldn't worry too much though, it will feel right. -
can that someone be you? ^This. We aren't some great and powerful people or anything, we find everything online just like you. Everyone here does their research and everthing, sure, but we are no better than you at finding these things. One hint leads to another clue until it ends up GKnova6.com. These things just kind of happen, so yes, why can't you find the "secret website"?
-
I wouldn't worry too much man. Keep your head up, as we are sure to see more hints and clues. :geek: Surely you didn't expect a full on trailer? I think that will happen either right before the game comes out, or after it is already out and they simply talk about it and finally give us the announcement as an explanation or a post event summary. They hinted towards the "Shangri-la mountains?" thing. Even though we still don't know what they are talking about, it is these questions and ones like them that make CoDz what it is today. If they handed everything to us in a clear picture or a direct trailer, we would have less to talk about. The site would turn into more of a gameplay site, as the theories would have no purpose. Let Treyarch do their thing, they haven't disappointed me yet.
-
Are you implying they add a hardcore option to Zombies? If so I would try to be a bit more clear. I had to read your post a few times before I understood that your title has all the information you cared to add. Digressing from that point, I agree that they should add something like this and truthfully, I believe they will. Treyarch has already announced new game modes with original survival mode to return. Now, whether or not this is implemented as a regular gameplay option for Zombies Survival, we do not know. I am almost positive we will see something like this incorporated into the 4z4 and others.

^This. The Quantum Entanglement Device. :geek: It could have the potential to swap souls, I think :? . I would consider it plausible though. Perhaps the temple could play a part as well. If the crew arrived via "flying temples", they would be able to show her where it was and this could also aid her in getting her body back. Take a look at the Moon loading screen again: In the comic area on the right, we see three astronauts following behind a fourth who obviously knows where they are, and what they are doing. If they didn't, I would think the fourth would have stayed with the group. Could Samantha have known the capabilities of the vril inside the temple, and warned the crew to hang back? Samantha then emerges as a girl on the top.( a bit backwards I know, but plausible.) This would then lead to the next map being played as Samantha's body in a normal aging process. The crew may have stopped time traveling for a while, therefore they age. If this is the case, however, will our crew be old like Woods? Why would Samantha age and they stay the same?

AAAAAWWWWWW! You almost saved it. Wow man great stuff. I've been running your strategy on solo and it works great. Do you have any pointers for co-op "Five"?

You know how happy I would be if I could PaP a RPG? I may end up hating it, but it is such a fun weapon on multi-player. I can only imagine. Would you consider nova gas as a weapon we have seen NUMEROUS times and never held in zombies? I mean, nova crawlers are a pretty big part of zombies and the qed didn't even give it to us. I want something as simple as nova gas with a mask on the map. Everything about your post... YES!!!! I am glad you felt the same way. I will add the nova too then, but I will need to change the title. :D

Ahh good point. Can I get a link? I have real problems with five.

I think Treyarch tries to write the storyline based on forum posts. The community is what made zombies what it is and the community is what created the story. They said themselves that they got the idea for Samantha because someone in the community heard a zombie say "Sam". They then began on the story. They may not use exactly what we write, but they definitely get inspiration from us. If they didn't, do you think Carbon would have got hired? Carbon was one of the greatest theorists on here. I think they create zombies maps unlike any other game ever designed. They focus solely on the community and they tell us that all the time. We make the game what it is. That is their goal, to create a game that we can believe in, put our hearts into. We have.

Unless you are referring to an older version of the M14, I don't think it is. The M14 has a very distinctive shape to it. Much fatter toward the rear and tapers down to the front of the barrel. This almost looks like a mechanical weapon. No powder rounds. The trigger area looks like a crossbow and if you remember, the crossbow had a strap just like that. It might not be, but I think it is. There are still some great guns that would be great to have in zombies though. The RPG, the Barret 50. cal, 8-) .
-
I agree. This follows the same reasons I would want a "vote to pause" feature for co-op. A lot of people have things they have to do and life throws curve balls all the time. I like it, I like it ALOT. [brains]
-
I don't know about it being a shotgun. Look toward the rear of it. I haven't seen a grip/stock like that on any shotgun before. It is very skinny like the gun has no recoil. At first I thought it looked like a crossbow from the side, but I am not sure about it. I edited the post again to include the COTD intro as well as the Ascension loading screen. Let me know what you think.
