This guy went completely apeshit and jumped off the roof where quick-revive/Trample-steamer. He flew down 16 or so stories and landed on his team-mate, which took the fall damage off. You have to see it if you haven't yet. Easily the best zombie video to date... Rw-t45vejuY Not the one I was talking about, but still great.

I would much rather see this than some corner glitch with a riot shield. So what if it involves the new gun... It seems like that is the basis of how this thread is looked at. If he runs out of ammo he is screwed and I am willing to bet that this is the reason his game ended. There have been camping spots since day one. If this guy thought enough to set his game up this way, I think he deserves it. EDIT: Who has found the shortcut for PDW and the Trample Steamer...? There are other ways around.

This only strengthens my point... give me a moment. EDIT: No time today upate tomorrow...

Anyone else starting to notice a trend with these maps? After the ToB was completed the Laundry-mat door starts shooting out beams. This leads everyone to believe it is accessible at some point. Still isn't... With this map everyone assumed Flopper would be accessible through the easter egg. This just shows that it isn't. Maybe these things will be accessible later on.. Also, great work guys. Glad to see all the people that were waiting to post the steps, and basically holding out on the community, were put to shame by one of our own. Great work. Looking forward to that tutorial,

Gitch In Theater mode alowing replay of quotes on command.
deathb4di2h0nor replied to Insiren's topic in Die Rise
First of all, welcome to the forum and you may want to drop by the Introduction thread located here: http://callofdutyzombies.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=5 This will help you to meet friends around the forum as well as set your own boundaries. You can explain your morals and values, or simply tell us you like to play zombies. Either way, I think it would be a good thing for you to check out. As far as what you have found, I do not wish to be the barer of bad news, but glitches are not looked at too fondly here. I think your particular situation may slip through some imaginary loop-hole where no fog glitches and such are present. Hopefully this is the case for your sake. As for not being able to hear the Rictofen quotes, are you sure you were playing as Samuel? He is the only one that is able to hear Rictofen, so if you were playing as another character, you would not hear him.. PM me anytime you need advice on how to write or what to include in summaries of your theories. If I don't know, I know someone who does. It would also be best to visit the Member Lounge as it is full of information. Hope that helped. -
Did i just get a perk from shooting "Nova Jumpers"?
deathb4di2h0nor replied to BOD3AN's topic in Die Rise
He was curious. As much as I would like to say you found a new perk, I think you got "Headshot-mockery" I would hardly call it deadshot. As for the whole misleading title, I don't see how it was misleading. He was simply asking a question with a title. I can see how it could be perceived as trying to get views, but if I was trying to get views I would try harder than that. This guy was just wondering, don't be so simplistic. -
I got the DLC as soon as it came out, so I had plenty of time to think about this... Q:If you buy Who's Who, and down, can your "out-of-body" purchase perks? If so this would mean we can have as many as 6 perks (so far, as Liam's video shows Flopper, yet Flopper is not included in the Achievement for all perks. :? ) Q:Why isn't Flopper included, unless it is part of the easter egg? Q:In Green Run we were not able to see the sky let alone ten feet in front of our face, so why is it any different here? Is it the positions the missles hit? Or is it the fact we are so high up? Q:Since we can clearly see the Moon, does this mean we will be contacting the old crew? I hope so... Q:In some older threads it was mentioned that a voice could be heard saying: "Danger." It was thrown out as most said ist was a sound effect and not a voice prompt. In Die Rise the same voice can be heard, but in much more distress. The voice sounds like it is in dying agony on a constant basis. What is this? Or who is this? A lot of you will find the answers and even more will be wondering the same things... Let's hope they get answered. Input or answers?

So since Die Rise is out, do you still have the same feelings? I think they really learned from Tranzit. Die Rise is probably my favorite map to date and we have only scratched the surface. If you are season pass PS3, consider this map at least as worth the money. If you did not get Season Pass, this DLC is definitely worth the $15.00 or whatever it is. I won't go into multiplayer and the "Peacekeeper" as that would be off topic. As for the zombie map, I feel it is alone worth the money. It reminds me of a giant Verruckt, with a "Five" twist. Most of the map is very tight and narrow which reminds me of both of these maps. I can't help but be reminded of DOA when on the roof, as it reminds me of the level where the "Engineers" first appear. (30 I think, It was the beginning of all the levels with stair cases and such. I believe THAT was the real verticality in zombies. I love this map. At the end of each one I end up being upset for going down, but as soon as I see that menu I'm like: "Oooh You...Alright one more time." :D

Has anyone tried exploring the map in "Who's Who" mode?
deathb4di2h0nor replied to MrSkittleD1ck's topic in Die Rise
^Incorrect. PHD is on the map and there are videos to prove it. The fact that you got the achievement is only to help hide the fact it is there. Treyarch knows we want Flopper back... They want to keep it a secret as long as possible... -
So what are the requirements for veteran? BTW, I like the new ones...
-
I see. It's not in the store yet for me, so I was just wondering. I'm still glad I didn't watch it. Props to you for being the first to upload gameplay of Die Rise here... EDIT: Nevermind, I am currently at 10% dowload.. 20%..
-
So why is gameplay being posted before the map pack is released? I'm glad I held off on watching it... :?
-
So I take it that the map pack is coming out at 6 est?
-
I'm not at my system right now, so I can't check for myself: Is there an option for a Grief custom game, r does it not even show up in custom?
-
Yeah I have a feeling it will send chains out and latch onto zombies or other creatures around it. Not everything goes for a monkey bomb so maybe this will aid that. As for it being on Turned, I think this proves my theory even more. I know I'm not gonna stop chasing the survivor to go stare at a monkey for kicks... :)

There is a sound bite floating around of a wonder weapon for die rise that was taken from the coding from what I understand. I'm not sure if I am allowed to post it here though... :?

I think the article actually said that it would take you to a whole new area of the building. The person who put it on the forum shortened it and put "does something....."

Theory; Flamethrower/Flame Based Wonder Weapon?
deathb4di2h0nor replied to Megaton A's topic in Die Rise
True that. It can't be quicker to run though can it? It seems like you would be dealing with some zombies dying and others respawning. Wouldn't it be easier for a less talented person to get in a glitch and fly through rounds getting headshots behind a shield? Why would a glitcher chance running in the fog? I'm sure there are people out there who will, but it just seems like if someone was going to glitch on Tranzit, there are much more entertaining ways than running in the fog listening to the denizens and blind. -
I am hoping for a pre-game choice that must be determined each match played: Start from the top or the bottom I am unsure as to what the difference would be or if either would be better. A better theory would be that one choice (the bottom) could be a basement NML kind of beginning. Starting from the top would be like playing a regular game. There seems to be a trend with the last two maps. (Moon, Green Run) We have a choice to play normally or rack points before hand. In Moon we have NML and this leaves us with a good 15000 points to start Moon off with. In Green Run we have previous matches and previous points to work with in the bank, but we can choose to play normally and rack points for future games. In Die Rise, I hope we get something of this nature, but only if it comes with a challenge like Moon. I WANT A BASEMENT NML! It only makes since. After you have had your fun on the ground floor, you can take the elevator to the very top and start your game. I do think it would be better if the NML was on the top though. Imagine a Roof-Top NML with destroyed buildings and such as a backdrop.... :(

Theory; Flamethrower/Flame Based Wonder Weapon?
deathb4di2h0nor replied to Megaton A's topic in Die Rise
I see. Well that's reasonable enough. I think they knew it would affect Green Run, but I don't think they knew the extent of what they were doing. Adding the patch to add damage to the zombies is fine with me. It brings more surprises, and with a game as repetitive as this one, I kind of enjoy when something goes wrong and I have to think on the fly. That being said, (not disproving your theory) I think the added this as something else we have to worry about. I'm with you though, I hope we see a fire wunder weapon or at least the return of the flame thrower. If in fact the next "Wannabe wunder weapon" is in fact a buildable, I see the flame thrower as being very likely. -

Very straight forward, but true. -
Theory; Flamethrower/Flame Based Wonder Weapon?
deathb4di2h0nor replied to Megaton A's topic in Die Rise
Not too sure about the flame-thrower thing, as I'm not sure how you came to that conclusion... As for an answer to the "No Respawn" problem, I think you are spot on. You notice I said think, as I can't test this just yet either... I definitely think you are on to something though. -
The reason why Nacht Der Untoten is in Greenrun!
deathb4di2h0nor replied to HypeRedemption's topic in TranZit
Just throwing this out there, and it might not be of relevance at all, but... This kind of sits in the back of my mind constantly. It was never really explained why there is a tornado type wormhole that picks up the temple. It was also seen flying toward the moon in Moon's loading screen. This leads me to believe that whatever activated that wormhole/tornado, has the power to move large objects great distances. Could the wormhole have made it's way to other maps as well? Who knows... -
If you think about it, the mode of transportation on this map is the elevator, so it still fits the description, but not well enough to be called Tranzit. By them doing this, I am fairly confident there will be multiple survival maps. It is set up just like Tranzit. Click on Green Run. Choose between Tranzit, Survival, Grief, and now Turned Click on Great Leap Forward. Choose between Die Rise, survival, and maybe a new grief map? Either way, I think we will definitely be seeing the return of survival. EDIT: Has anyone else noticed that over Green Run there is now a "NEW" symbol over it. Nothing has changed, that I know of, so I guess it is just a hint toward the Diner being open later on...

deathb4di2h0nor replied to Tjeerd's topic in General Zombies Discussion
Well you can count on another 1000 kills for TGR. Just got out of a pretty good round 27 with no quick revives.
