Official Ranking System Discussion and Theories
deathb4di2h0nor replied to way2g00d's topic in General Zombies Discussion
I believe this is absolute with a few exceptions. The numbers contain gaps that are of significance. Let me explain while I have it handy: My Stats: Kills: 32321 Deaths: 295 Downs: 520 K/Death: 109.6~ K/Down: 62.5~ Rank: Blue eyed skull w/ 5 tallies This means the skull starts at 30 and ends with 69 for the skull. Not 30-60. I heard the blue eye signifies your placement. As in: You are the rank you are when you get blue eyes. Is this true? -
Your friend was playing as Samuel Stuhlinger who is the only one to hear Rictofen during the steps of the Easter Egg. He is also the only one to be a conpiracy theorist like ourselves in the history of zombies. He is also viewed as a partial cannibal or something of the likelihood. I hope this helped. He always talks about aliens.

Debunking A Few Theories (More To Come)
deathb4di2h0nor replied to deathb4di2h0nor's topic in TranZit
Me too my friend, Me too. As for scouring the map with MMS and Target finder, it has been said it has been done. I will try for myself as I am skeptical of anyone at this point. I know the hardcore members of this site, and have yet to see the likes of what used to occur at CoDz. I will try it and return the info. I encourage you to try for yourelf. No one is to be trusted. There is a line now. Maxis/Rictofen. If you are for one, I may be for another. Don't trust me. Do it yourself. I will give honest results though because as a whole.... I believe in this community more than any commitment. Rictofen. -
Ok I may be the only one who has experienced this, but check this out: When Black Ops 1 was released I had it damn near the same day. I went through about five discs just because of the middle hole that the Xbox uses to pick up the disc. Every one I had would crack a small amount in the middle when I put it back in the case. I am very careful with games and this is the only game that I have had trouble with. On the fifth one I started putting it in the sleeve booklet that comes with the game. The pages are smooth and it doesn't move around too much. Every time it would crack, my Xbox would say "Cannot read disc". My Uncle went through three of the Black Ops 1 discs as well for this reason. Look in the middle and tell me what you see.

I hope this isn't all about this quote: Or this one: These quotes are a couple of the ones that are heard once and only once. I heard each of these dring the first few days and I haven't heard them since. Can anyone confirm that you can activate the TV in farm twice, because that is yet another quote I can't replicate.
-
This hasn't even been confirmed by anyone on this forum. Whether or not you think it matters is pointless because it does. Not bashing you at all. I have seen the video and at first glance, yes, it looks like a new "earnable perk". Once you have viewed it a few times you realize he is actually on fire and he is actually walking through it faster because of Stamin-up and therefor reduces the burn ratio. If I am wrong and there is another earnable perk, I've seen this glowing thing in the lava that I have always thought was a lighting glitch. Maybe it really is something. I'll get on the game tomorrow to debunk some more theories and hopefully prove them correct. I will try this as well.

From the quote taken from Tac's Scripted quotes, we can tell that Avogadro is actually more volts than amps. Thi also tells us that the Avogadro is made of a lower output than the actual power on the map. Let's say the power on the maps we all know and love runs on 210. This means Avogadro runs on less. Meaningless, maybe. In game quote suggests otherwise.

I'm starting to believe he means as a whole. Let me explain: Ranking: As you have said, if you don't play you lose your rank. Simple as that. Easter Egg: Whenever you complete one side, and try to do the other side, the last one you did saves and the other resets. This means we MUST commit to one side or the other. Guns: As of recently, people have started noticing that if you commit to one gun for a set number of rounds without using another gun, the gun then does more damage. Who knows what else pertains, but I think he hit the nail on the head with one word. Commitment.

I tried your first one as well as a few others. Check it out. I'll try your other ones as well. http://callofdutyzombies.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=136&t=26388

Debunking A Few Theories (More To Come)

The very next time I get on I will try it and get back to you on that. I read a random youtube comment that said to have the electric trap out while the electric zombie is around, so I will be trying this as well. -

Added a Laundry Mat door debunk. -
Me and my cousin did the Rictofen one so if you have a ssecond player we can light up half and half of the tower. Not tonight, but definitely worth checking out.

Instantly Exploding Claymores Treyarch did something a little different this time around with claymores. Typically, one would be able to save what seems like endless amounts of claymores for the later rounds. On Black Ops 2, you can only save up to twelve. Once you saved twelve every claymore you set down after that will automatically explode. This really has come in handy for me, as typiically I miss one or two because the claymores would take a second to detonate. Just thought I would let everyone know.

The problem with a mic lobby is someone could plug it in, get in the match and unplug it. It couldn't kick them out either because what about all of the times your mic got unplugged or your bluetooth died. It would suck to get booted for one of those reasons.
-
I agree. One thing you must remember though is around here, noob or not, you must have proof for every little thing or it is only speculation. I know there is proof of the egg having more, and confirmation via Treyarch, but without having step by step proof of how to do it, people will be skeptical. We have been built up and let down so much throughout the history of easter eggs and so people don't take anything seriously. It's not your fault and it's not their fault. People don't build themselves up anymore because they have been let down too much. Once you have it down pat and know exactly what to do, people will show you mad respect. Until then, sadly, you are just like us. Close but no cigar.

Woah, Woah, Woah! Calm down man. I'm not getting on your case. I'll stop posting in your thread if it makes you feel better. I don't want any part of running someone out of here. Especially someone who has been here a while. I just wanted you to see both sides of this and stop name calling. Like I said, don't change the title if you don't want to. I also think talking crap about someone's sig is uncalled for. Stick around a while. The noobs will be gone.

I see. It is a very odd place to have in Tranzit. Nothing there...Wide open...odd.

The only thing the video shows is Razor getting another orb. His theory was certain lamp posts, not missing steps. I'm not trying to start an argument, I'm trying to stop future ones. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and so calling someone a "stupid troll" because they state what they believe is uncalled for. You believe there are missing steps, and I'm not asking you to change your title. I simply want you to see both sides of this. When going to the Tranzit section, you see what looks like the answer to everything is confirmed and ready for tutorial: "The Missing Steps Found: Walkthrough What we were missing" and once you click on it you see only speculation. It's just misleading. I hope you DO find the next step and this thread gets edited to show what the title represents. Until then....good luck. :D
-
Thank you for the answer. I was beginning to think this would be put in the Graveyard before it got answered. +1 for you.
-
OK look. I've been trying to keep quiet. All of this name calling is getting out of hand. I expect it from newcomers, but not from people who have a join date as far back as yours. Calm down! This is NOT fact as I have yet to see any proof whatsoever that this is what needs to be done. Look at the sound files. There is nothing at all that implies Maxis will say something else if you change the order. You titled it the way you did to draw people in. I'm not hating on you for that, but your title is very misleading. You do not have proof, and so it is not confirmed.

I know this was brought up before, but I can't seem to find the post to bump it. I personally just found that area and a few things stand out to me. It is wide open and looks like a great spot to train if the fog wasn't there. Possible future DLC's to clear the fog? In one spot in the billboard area there is little to no fog. Could we be able to see something from here? Just a side note...not even worth mentioning....the billboard says -Sedan. [facepalm] This area really does stand out to me. Has anyone found any reason for it to be there? You can go through the billboard in theater so I'm pretty sure getting up on it isn't possible.

Sorry to take up space. Can you get all eight perks on Nuketown zombies? I realize you can't purchase them all, but should I be saving my perk slots. Is there Flopper? Mule Kick? Is it just the original four perks?

I can't believe how many glitches there are. Semtex....really? SEMTEX?
