This is wrong. Obtaining (after patch): You must go down a total of nine times. If you go on Tranzit, buy your Revives, die, do the same thing, on the first down of the third game you should definitely get it. What it does: You can take four hits instead of two. The third hit will redscreen you. How to lose: You will hear the perk-losing sound at the start of round fifteen if you have this persistent upgrade. You will still have Perma Jug, but the next time you go down, when you get back up you won't have it.

I think the more relevant question here is what does FEAR TEDDO mean?
