BS, you ever play Call of the Dead? The fog is a load of shit on that map. If you're by the AK, you seriously can't see to the other side of the beach when that fog is in. It sucks and it's lame. I won't mind fog if it's not too thick, like how dog rounds are or something. But if it's like Tranzit or like Call of the Dead, it will just be a major annoyance. Snow is cool though. I was hoping to see another snow map, and I guess we kind of got one. I have a thing for snow maps hahahaha

Nope. Tranzit is good on paper. Big spaces. Lots of new stuff. New enemy. The works. But three things ruined it: fog, fire, denizens (and maybe too many buildables, but, eh). Take, at the very least, two of those three things away and you have an awesome map. I understand the logic behind the fog and fire, but denizens? Fucking stupid, if you ask me. If the robot replaces the denizens, I think the Tranzit concept may just turn out pretty cool. -
Definitely somewhere on the Western Front, because I didn't really get a Russian vibe from that trailer. My guess is probably France?

As long as there's no denizens, horribly blinding fog, or fire, I'm fine with Tranzit 2.0 Doesn't look like there's fog or denizens, my theory is that there will be a "No Man's Land" between areas and that having to evade the robot is your penalty for venturing out there in an attempt to take a dangerous shortcut, while the tank is our equivalent to the bus, safely taking us from locale to locale. This map simply looks amazing. TranZit was a good idea gone horribly wrong, but it looks like they may just do it right this time. I like this theory. A lot. -
YES! Anyway, the new pistol will take some adjusting too, especially since we're used to using the M911 since 2008. I personally hope the zombies will be different depending where you are. One thing I'm worried about... will the O4 be as funny as we know them? Likely not. I'm hoping Nikolai is sober this time around.

[POLL] Worst Special Enemy?
perfectlemonade replied to TheNathanNS's topic in General Zombies Discussion
Astronaut and napalm zombie. Moon in its entirety revolves around the astronaut. Everything you do on that map needs to be conscientious of the astronaut. The flamer is a GG for me a lot of the time. -

I'm working on getting a real book published. Maybe when I have that out of the way... But, for now, I need to focus on myself. Maybe sometime later! :D -

Can I ask why these threads aren't in Future Zombies? Jussayin. -
Round 100 on Die Rise, to me, is far, far harder than 330 on NML. Yeah, it's a buildable, but if you lose it once it goes back to the box. Trust me, you'd like chaining in the China Room. It demands the same concentration that NML does... but for hours on end.
-
I've been telling you for a LONG time that you'd like chaining in the China Room. It's BO2's equivalent of NML at this point.

Mega Cool Uber Effective Hi Round Strat for Buried

Can confirm that Perma-Jugg now takes exactly 12 downs. You have to go into 3 Tranzit solo games to get it... yeah, it sucks.
-
Everything on this map causes it. Subwoofer Paralyzer Head Chopper Yeah, it's a shame. This map needed one more good thing for me to like it lol.
-
I like it like this. It's free Flopper lol. If you're careful, you'll never lose it. But even if you do, it's extremely easy to get back.
-
Not true. Already debunked that. Here's the thread, with the video: viewtopic.php?f=152&t=33313

God... those old maps would suck with the walkers though. Can you imagine FIVE with that shit? UGH. EDIT: Oh, and I also thought this engine couldn't support a Thundergun or a JGB. Well, I was wrong. The subwoofer is basically a Thundergun turret, and the Paralyzer takes up more RAM than the JGB. I think it could work; I just hope there's no damn walkers.

I have no idea how this happened. I know it's not time bombs—I didn't even have those this game. I think it's either going down a lot (I have gotten at least 50 downs in the past two days trying to get pre-jug back) or getting an 8th perk bottle from the ghosts. Not sure. Any thoughts? I've seen a couple other people have this, but... yeah. I'm really at a loss for this. Have no idea how this works.
-
It's a wonderful perk. I've gotten down an awesome mid-high round strat that abuses the zombie scent and the ammo drops. Ooh I am liking this map more and more.

Fun map to just play and have fun on, but if you wanna do serious business, it's horrible. Wonder Weapon is worse than the Jet Gun IMO. Extremely slow. What could've been an awesome piece of equipment is reliant on the evil, insidious turbine, and thus its practicality is extremely finite. The Head Chopper could be cool, though—I think there's definitely a high round strategy there. I've found some interesting spawn control methods, but overall I can tell that, for high rounds at least, this map and I will not be getting along. Again, though, it's a fun map to just run-and-gun and kill zombies. I like the chalk and I do hope they bring it back. But relying on Leroy to open up vital parts of the map is almost as tedious as the volt meters on Mob. Oh well. It will be fun for the first couple weeks, then I'll probably do a 70 or something (who knows, though, maybe there will be some awesome strategies found soon) and call it quits until next DLC.
