See the whole FEAR thing fit in its own way from the first letter of each MAP PACK! So people pulling this LAST LETTER from the damn MAP NAMES?, how did this even make sense in the first place? If it was to be any sort of semblance to it, the letters would pull from the first or last of the MAP PACK names, so to me this was just all too pointless.

Would you mind giving me a small summary of their story? If not that's ok, I'm just curious as to how their story integrated with our heroes. Also what the EE was for SNN with said last stand, thanks in advance if you or someone else elaborates!

Not true, a few of my friends had made new accounts played motd and buried mp. Within 4 games they were both on shottys. No solo play involved! You read that wrong they were simply saying mplay isn't required to get shotgun rank, not that it was only possible with solo play.

I think the real question that should be answered is why the hell treyarch hasn't released guides to obtaining max rank, or corrected their algorithms to make it more fair. It's pretty stupid people are still guessing almost a freaking year later... I personally stopped caring about this USELESS feature a long time ago lol.

Ah ya forgot about the moon being solable, I was referring to Big Bang Theory, I did this solo, as I just had a friend log in and I did it all as a challenge to myself. About the update for requiring 4 players always, you mean on black ops 2? Or 1? If 1 I hope not seeing as how it'd be harder to get people who need it later on, in fact they need to patch all of those to be soloable or duoable at best. If you mean black ops 2 then that would suck seeing as how not many people like requiring 4 people as it is, again, in the future it'll be pretty damn hard down the road.

There's only 4 maps Easter Egg's out of all 16 right now that take 4 players and these are; Ascension, Shangri-la, Die Rise, and Buried, all others are doable with just 2, and 1 for CotD and Moon single player trophy of course. To note: All of the two player ones can technically be done solo as long as the other player is in the game with you, aside from Richtofen and Maxis's paths on tranzit.

This is a crappy glitch that I had problems with too, I tried inserting the tranzit card in a custom game where the table was built and repicking up the tranzit card back in green run. It was hectic, the only way I got this to work is go in an online match, build the table yourself if its not built and then try and insert It then, if it doesn't work then I really don't know what to tell you :(

There's also the possibility that none of it mattered lol, the final Easter egg map and all could be a combined sort of map where maxis and Richtofen are both in a seat of power and you fight off both forces or something. Time travel would make this possible and it's been known to happen before lol.

I see, thanks for the clarification, so aside from just having a card in your inventory for fun it will serve no purpose to pick up say the tranzit card again after you finish the circle? Unless you decide to do another path I suppose lol Although I still didn't see my other question answered about if the radio signal things would emit after pressing the button for the culmination of the EE in buried, will these icons still be present and lit? Or not lit? Or completely not present at all? Edit: Got this answered now, once reset even icons will disappear lol. Also in regards to only being able to use each nav card once. How does this work if you wanna do another side? Do you just not have to put in the nav cards if you want to switch sides? Meaning that the whole purpose of the cards is to link the maps so it can always track which side you're on?

I'm a little confused about what you mean when you say the navcards stay in place, are you saying the icon on maps will still emit a radio signal? Because the nav cards are never "truly in place" as you can go to any map and pick up the nav card from that map if you don't already have it. Unless it was updated to not spawn them anymore after EE is done or if you go to pick them up and try to insert them in their respective machine does it say "nav card already accepted" or something like that lol.

so this means that if i have done the buried EE maxis side, but i have 3 friends that want to do it, I can't help them? i would have to do the Rich side first, before being able to do maxis again? No as long as you have CLEARED your EE progress completely ergo hitting the button in buried, and you join a group of people that have either A. Done the same reset making it a clean slate, or B. join with people that are on Richtofen and haven't done maxis before or in the middle of maxis path then you're fine. YOU AREN'T LOCKED IN TO ANY ONE SIDE EVEN AFTER YOUR FULL RESET YOU CAN GO BACK AND DO THE SAME SIDE AGAIN. There's just stipulations such as what I said above about if people are in progress on a certain side then it doesn't like to let you activate said side even if yours is clean. Lastly this means that your choices don't really have an impact on the next dlc(s) aside from possibly datalogs to gauge popularity and that treyarch will decide on how to proceed with our last dlcs and the story continuation.

According to some of my friends, they completed Maxis fully, then started from scratch at Tranzit and did the Maxis easter egg from there just to see if it was possible. This means that you aren't "Locked" into any decision as some may have been misled to believe. So in short, yes you can redo Richtofen once you clear your EE progress. I'm with the person above though, I think they will make two maps as continuation stories regardless which one you did. Another Likely outcome is that there was some sort of datalog for how many people activated which side (it is online afterall) and they will plan accordingly on how to end the saga. They can chalk the side that doesn't "win" to being an alternate reality, they've done it before lol.

I don't know about being locked in, I watched some friends of mine yesterday (that were previously on maxis side) and after pushing the button they went and marathoned the Richtofen side in about 6 hours. So it shouldn't be locking you in, and most definitely shouldn't be requiring 4 people for MotD, you can do MotD solo all the way up til the last step and have a person join and finish it (did this myself since my wife sometimes doesn't want to do all the steps) lol it's possible that maybe one of the steps with the spoon got glitched? Cause if you don't do all that extra crap before the third trip alot of times it'll not start the ticker step.

Already tried I can't put m&s in tranzit anymore.

Ok that's a relief then, I imagine if it was a round advance type of thing hardly anyone would have it done.

I've heard this step really sucks, but what I'm not sure about is what happens if you fail? Do you have to go another round for them to pop back up? Or do you just keep trying until you get it by initiating it at the fountain?

Ya I mean I was wondering if there were any besides the headphones power drop, and yea I would think buried would have a few.

Please excuse me if this has been addressed but has there been any radios, tvs, any messages found in these two maps?

Personally I don't think it will affect the next map(s) I believe it was an experiment to see which one would be liked more and that way they can plan accordingly how the last map(s) will be done regarding the story arc of Maxis Vs. Richtofen. It resets everything as if your playing the game for the first time of Easter eggs. If you complete a side (Maxis for example) and then start from scratch at tranzit you can still do maxis (confirmed by a friend of mine today) meaning you aren't "locked" into any side which means your choices are only affecting the buried map, and as I said before if there's a way Treyarch can track which button got pressed more then they could plan accordingly. It's just my theory though but one thing is certain you aren't locked to anything.

Well good to know that it's probably not there or someone would have found it by now I'd think. Oh well :(

When you finish both EE nothing is changed it's exactly the same as if you had started your very first game of tranzit.

I assumed that the meaning was that IF this next dlc involves the O4. I didn't say that they will be in the next map?? To put it simply is, if they choose to incorporate the O4 at any point in the future, IT WILL NOT have anything to do with your choice on who to follow. If anything at all it will have something to do with what body Richtofen inhabits. So basically there's no reason people won't be able to play as O3.

Not to be too much of an ass but gonna go ahead and repeat this one more time. GUARENTEED, they will not segregate on what choice you make if you get O4 and N4 it's just not going to happen. Why? People that chose Richtofen did so because he was familiar and a fan favorite and closest thing they have to the O4, so it would not go well at all with the Richtofen followers if they couldn't play the O4 without having to redo all the steps. Lastly the decisions are obviously not that important on the next dlc if they are erased, and if there is some way to gauge who picked who they most certainly would not base who gets what group they would base it on which side is more popular and how to incorporate it into the final dlc including the O4. Simply put O4 will be playable by all regardless of path, it's just a fact.
