  1. He was MrCachorro back in the day.
  2. Good point Chopper. You're the leader, didn't I tell you that? I thought I told you that. The first playdate will be for fun, but as we grow more accustomed to the dates and the way each playdate works, we can then add optional challenges and fun competitions. If you're cool with being the leader, then I'll update it as such. ccm404e or jolteon, would you mind hosting?
  3. Yay! One more for old time's sake! This is gonna be absolutely sweet! I'll give you brains later, alright? I can't give them to you know because I give them to you all the time apparently. Also, the title will be changed, right? A thread of this magnitude must have an elegant title! This is just a draft though. I like it, nay, I love it.
  4. Oops! I meant biggest disappointment with zombies guys... We are assuming zombies returns. :)
  5. Also, ranks would just be an indicator of how long someone had been playing zombies. The cool titles and emblems would be really nice. There should be titles and emblems for all the way to round 60 or a million points, 25 revives. Just something cool to reward every kind of player.
  6. Yeah Covert! Feel free to use the format and schedule. This is technically your format though... since you created the BBCodes and all... Also, I'm honored you think the format is good enough for you to use! I mean, life is probably going to get in the way of some of my participation as well. As long as we have a solid turn out every time, I have no issue with that!
  7. Maybe. We can count on Shoreyo to pop his head in at some point on the site, so maybe he'll see this. If we can get a solid 30 to play in this, then I feel that we will have truly made a difference.
  8. Basically. Faust is technically an Xbox Ambassador as well. Covert is planning something, maybe he can shed some light on this... :geek: Also, the reason for new PS3 Ambassadors is this: Undeadwolfy, is also a legendary member of this site, but sadly, has moved on to his own site, so he hasn't come on for a really long time. Shoreyo, is a great member as well, and is fairly active, but does live in the UK, as well as travels a lot (so I've heard). Wolfy is also a UK resident, so there are now two US Ambassadors, and both of us are on the forums a lot, so it works out great. I hope I got that down pretty well.
  9. What would be your biggest disappointment with the next installment of zombies in Treyarch with regards to storyline and gameplay? For me, it would be lack of originality as well as if they completely overhauled the zombie animations to make them "smarter." I do think that the zombies should run faster and faster sooner, but the idea of a zombie train is one that everyone has come to love; no matter what you may think about kiting, shooting into 24 zombies lined doesn't beat much!
  10. They actually are... 8-) Also, AlphaSnake is a PS3 user. He has represented us well, undoubtedly.
  11. Alright, so until Chopper gets things organized with Rissole, he will be playing with the GMT crew for now. As far as challenges and stuff go, that's great, and I am up for anything! I've got some things planned out that are optional. A lot of people may not want to play challenges, so whatever ideas you have, they will be optional because some people just like going for high rounds with a solid crew of four. Thank you MegaAfroMan for your kind words. Thanks again to everyone out there who's going to participate in this. One last thing, everyone please add me on PSN at EyeCntSpel, so I can create a PS3 chatroom with all of you in it, therefore we can all chat in between games.
  12. Wow, thanks, Shapeshifter! I'll add these to the original post. This was a huge help. :D
  13. Alright, so we can now make a fair few teams. Yellow-card, you can be the team leader of blue. Your time and corry's works out really well. This means that we'll have to rearrange things up a bit. I'll PM Rissole to see if he wants to play with Chopper, since that would give him the best connection. If Rissole can't play then Chopper would have to be on the Red team, since DJDerp is on the east coast and has really good connection. I'll post again when I update the original post.
  14. When the enemies were on the doorstep and they threatened the gates of this wholesome community; what did we do? No, we did not expel them, outcast them such as one does with lepers. No, we chose not to see them as the enemy, but as a mind that can continue to further the ehjookayshun of this site as a whole. My brothers and sisters, we will never fail, so long as we continue to greet and welcome our members into the community. Therefore, the site must be patrolled, specifically the Introduction section. It is in this way that we can greet each new face, adding them to our community. With each addition, we grow stronger. Perhaps a new user will PM the friendly faces that greeted him or her. And only time will tell how they act, but with our encouragement, the community will not just survive, it will thrive.
  15. Did some major reorganization. Looks like we may have a really good chance to get ChopperNator into some games. By the way guys, I hope it's okay that I lumped together the GMT guys as well as made a separate team for Corry, since his availability times seemed to be the latest. Let me know what you think. 8-)
  16. First of all, welcome to the site! I like how well formatted your first post was. However, I do think that Treyarch followed this up by saying that they were just joking. I do recall Swask2 getting to 100 on Moon and nothing happening. However, your theory is well-written and I do appreciate that you are finally coming to join the site! Come stop by and say hi in the Introduction Section, so we can all greet you properly. 8-) Oh, and brains for the good post (when I can give them again).
  17. Thanks for all the constructive criticism guys! This is new territory for me. I'll see what I can do with this, if not, I might scrap this. I do manipulate the path of the story with a lot of emotion because I do want that end reaction from you all. This whole thing is purple prose to be frank. I'm not even sure how much I like it. The writing I like the most is speech-writing, which I'm sure you've (maybe) seen as well as troll-slaying writing.
  18. Hmm. I'm not sure. I like your idea jolteon, but the problem would be last minute coordinating. Actually, we should try that out for one. I take it back. Now, the only thing that we need is more people! Jake-Duck, would you mind posting your info in the format, please? :)
  19. I. Prologue My eyes closed, greeting the blackness openly, grimly smiling at the fate that awaited my mere recognition. I quickly turned away, afraid to meet its gaze. Yet, I knew it not. Who, or what, was this figure, one that seemed to eclipse all reason and judgment with its whisper? Everything that I was began to shut down and close off, trapping me in an iron pen, beyond immediate identification, but I acknowledged the eerie familiarity I had with this place. It was obvious how to escape; however, I knew I could not physically shatter these barriers. Even though I had had yet to touch the obsidian walls that felt so fragile yet unbreakable. A force took over me. I rammed into the wall with my shoulder again and again. I could feel, with every collision, my shoulder slowly dislocating, with every ligament silently ripping apart. Overcome with exhaustion, I collapsed onto the cobblestone floor that sizzled with an eternity of regret. A single, solitary tear trickled down my worn, morose visage. As it quietly came into contact with the floor, the tear seemed to flood the fires of my sorrow with the purity of its innocence. Suddenly, the floor began to quake, splitting the earth in multiple directions. I fell through the cracks, free-falling into the infinite blackness. When I reached the end of the hallway, I found myself facing a door; the noise had died down, and I stood in absolute silence. My hand grasped for the door knob, but when I moved to open it, an agonizing scream pierced the still air with trepidation. I heard bolts lock, and as many times as I turned that bronze knob, I heard the same, resolute click. The door would not open. I suddenly filled with rage once more, and determined to barrel my way through what seemed like the final obstacle, I charged into a barrier, but this time it broke. Yet, it still rendered every muscle in my right shoulder useless. Nevertheless, the door opened and I felt as though time stood still. I was greeted with whimpering and quiet sobs. We exchanged glances, neither of us uttering a word. We stepped through and time seemed to evaporate from our universe, rapidly moving us by a mirage of color and light, ultimately landing us on an endless seashore of white sand and clear, blue water. We sat down. Our feet burned in the sand, but it was a comforting burn. She looked up at me, and I met her tired eyes. I looked at her for a second and then asked, "What's your name?" Almost instantly, tears streamed from her eyes, making little droplets in the sand. She leaned up to my ear and whispered to me, "Hope." She managed to smile at me. I looked at her for another second, and it was if her smile erased all the doubts and worries in the world. I took her hand in mine, and we just sat there, gazing across the ocean, trying to see what secrets lay over the horizon... My hands weren't trembling anymore. I moved them toward my side, took my finger off the trigger, and tossed the gun into the water. I looked at the evergreen trees covered in snow and began to walk home. My shoulder twitched. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- NOTE: I'm not sure how I feel about this story, so it is subject to major revision.
  20. This would be better served on the Teammate Finder section! Good luck with your clan, perhaps you could tell us some of the requirements there. viewforum.php?f=13 ^ That's where you should post this.
  21. Yes, as well as ccm404e. I'm not sure how they would feel about that. We'll need to wait and see, although keeping things in the same general time zone is rather good. I do love playing with our UK members though.
  22. I'll add you to the original post. Do you have all the maps, Shapeshifter?
  23. Welcome back! I just talked to you on CoDzL. But I'm sure you'll find everything exactly as you left it, except cleaner, with newer faces around, like me. I recommend checking Site News, but I'm sure you knew that, old timer. -Ehjookayted 8-)
  24. The original post has been updated to include everyone! Suggestions are now open for the Kino Halloween Challenge as well as other playdates where we might want a challenge.

The Team Leader has the final say in terms of challenges and what map to play. The Team Leader should use this responsibly, asking his teammates first, then making a final decision if there is a tie. The Team Leader must have a mic. We are no longer doing teams, but I am keeping the PSN IDs here for reference.
