Only if certain things that were fixed in BO2 were applied to BO1 maps. Like not needing everyone to be on the teleporter in Moon (like in MotD with Golden Gate Bridge/Alcatraz). I would only prefer BO1 maps to be remastered (BO2 is a bit to recent for a remaster), and even than I don't see CotD or "Five" being included. Call of the Dead because actors (which they would have to pay for to reuse them again), possibly the same reason for "Five" (I'm not sure if they have to pay a fee to the families of the "Five" crew or not). Plus, Kino, Ascension, Shangri-La and Moon. Four maps (like Rezurrection) using the same characters (that didn't stop Nacht and Verruckt though).

Thanks for answering the questions Honestly I don't play Zombies anymore. Just don't have a spark right now (don't have AW) for it. And I'm at a time in my life where I need to seriously focus on it, so Zombies is on the back burner for that. Even don't really get on here much anymore. Just check occasionally for news and the community. But eventually the spark will return, and when it does I would like to consider doing customs and stuff haha. I think the reason people see it as harder is not due to the game, but it's kinda new territory if they are a console gamer. First they may not know if they can even run it, whether or not they have to use a mouse, and it could be something as simple of not wanting to rebuy a game they have. That's what I think may be the problem anyway.

I'd love to join the custom scene but I just don't have time right now. In the future though, I will. So I'm wondering, I heard there's two WaW's, on Steam and not on Steam. Is that true and does it matter which one I get? Is downloading maps and setting them up easy enough to do? What about if I wanted to create one? How would I go about that and what tools would I need? And just a general question. Is there any custom scene for BO1 and BO2? Or is virtually impossible without mod tools?

I don't know if it's Elitism but yeah I think that is pretty much it. If it ain't official it ain't worth it tends to be the mindset I believe. Plus it's probably mostly from people who can't/haven't played Custom Zombies at all. It might also be from a viewer point, they don't know the map, so they can't be excited as much for it? At least that would be for me. If I watched a map I didn't know, I wouldn't be as hyped or interested. Because I can't "play" along and think where they could have done something better or different routes or stuff like that. That's is probably the worst reasoning though haha.

Oh wow I just seen this. So Muse is literally my favourite band tied with System of a Down. Maybe even more than them since I'm more hype about them right now. It's entirely possible that their just getting one of their new songs from Drones for the trailer. Still have no idea what the campaign will be, but looking at the names of the Drones playlist, they could all easily fit any CoD story. But it's possible could appear in Zombies. I actually think their newer stuff or some of their B-Sides would fit Zombies more than their older stuff. I'm a fan of all their albums (Showbiz is 1, The 2nd Law is 2), and I eagerly await Drones. But yeah, their first three albums + maybe BHAR were very rock. Powerful but simple and elegant. But I just don't think that would really suit Zombies. I think songs from TR and T2L are suited because of how their music has changed. I won't say much about their lyrics as a whole because they're nice but they can be abit straight forward and "edgy 15yo against authority" (not a slam against them) but just the music suits it. Animals, Super Massive Blackhole (the guitar reminds me of Carrion), T2L: Isolated System (which featured in World War Z), The Gallery, and Ashamed would be my choices. I don't know how likely it will be them getting in, but I'll try and look to the past for answers. We got Eminem in "Five", non-original song that they had for the trailers they just stuck into the bonus map. We than got Samantha's Lullaby in Nuketown, original music, but it was made for Moon already, so they just stuck in there to further tie in Moon (should've just put Carry On in there). Not really a pattern there. I can see an original song there, but I think it's a higher chance of a song from Drones in there, especially if they've got a song to use for a trailer. There's also Avenged Sevenfold, which I think I would prefer for Zombies, but it's an interesting situation. They've written two original songs for Treyarch, and two songs appeared from their latest albums. Will A7X put out another album in 2016 for the last map? Possibly, HttK released 2013, most bands tend to do a 3 year break between albums. But I'm getting the feeling they won't. That leaves us with them either doing two original songs, one original song and someone else doing the other (which could be Muse/Drones), or they're not doing songs for Treyarch anymore. I suppose we will have to wait and see. In regards to Zombies music I'm honestly more excited to hear more from Elena, Clark and Malukah though. Wow, that was a story and a half. Honestly don't think I've written a post that long in over a year or so. But I get really passionate about music I like, especially Muse. But yeah TL;DR If they're in, I think it's only just for a trailer. But that could lead to that song appearing in the bonus map so you never know.

Yeah, it's because they only seem to be doing one-off Wonder Weapons now. Which is a shame, because I liked the Thundergun reappearing in Ascension, the Wunderwaffe in CotD. I'd love to see the V-R11 or a proper Jet Gun return again.

What if this happens on Skype? I rarely go on Skype anymore, but when I was more active, there were a few groups where talking about others occurred. There were times where I joined in and times I didn't, but I always felt rubbed the wrong way with what was said. I left most of the groups anyhow. Anyhow, is Skype covered with this? Or is it broader grey area?

I thought the moon looked a little weird myself, but I thought it was just the sun from behind it kinda hiding a part of it with it's light? I will say though, it's very jagged in game. They tend to do the moon in other maps right, though that could just be a bad graphic or perhaps the darkness and no detail of it makes it stand out. Also, of course the moon and sun are in the exact same spot. This could mean two things: - It's relevant and could mean the Eclipse portion of the egg and the loading screen occur roughly at the same time, or just something that makes that time of day very special. - Treyarch were lazy and just based the eclipse from either in-game or in the loading screen, off of the other. I just wanted to say incase I confused anyone, I'm not actually saying Shangri-La is on Mars (I'm half saying it in jest), but I think there is some stuff to suggest that there is a connection/link between Shangri-La and Mars. I don't know what it is, but yeah. A guy in the game said it could be one of the pyramids, which could work, but it doesn't have the shape of a pyramid.

Not lag persay, but you can literally tell when the map is at capacity. Trees and other objects will sometimes not texture properly and get a rainbow/checkered pattern on them. Only annoying cause I fear I'm gonna get an error or something. Randoms who don't know what they're doing are the most annoying aspect, though that can be applied to any map. Oh you don't have Jug and you're going to hit the box at the end of Round 7? -_o

I've been doing the Shangri-La egg lately, and I noticed this thing in the sky I never noticed before. It's odd shaped, not a cloud, and it's the only thing like it in the sky. I know not many people think much of the Mars/Shangri-La connection, but I honestly don't know what this is, and believe it could be something related. I took four pictures (above) and merged them, the last one is as the eclipse ends, hence the sky brighter and the screen contorted. Anyway, I don't think I've ever seen discussion about this before. It's only their during the eclipse in the past, not the present. Here's a straight picture with no cuts. Honestly, it reminds me of the floating meteors/rocks in the sky during Die Rise. So what do you think gang?

Thanks for that @The Meh, originally I also did think there was some relation to DNA. I did an analysis on We All Fall Down when it came out, and found there was hints of DNA related stuff in the song, so naturally I thought they may have done the same with this song as well. While it might or might not be related, it's great to know there are others who see DNA stuff in it.

I don't think I've ever been this disappointed not being able to go to a gig. Goddammit. Looks like it will go roughly an hour. All 12 songs together are about 55 minutes. If they include Not Ready To Die, takes it to an hour. But Clark isn't mentioned, so Carrion and We All Fall Down may not happen (unless he is there and isn't listed, or the girls do a cover of it, which would be incredible). The more I think of it, Malukah is only in 3 songs, while Elena is in 8. So I think that Malukah may do some of Elena's songs with her possibly. Of course this isn't even talking about other pieces of music like Damned, DOA, Mob, Buried and Origins Soundtracks. So I really have no idea. Again, majorly disappointed. I would love them to do a tour at some point. If not, than I really hope it's recorded so us overseas guys and watch it. In other news, Treyarch still have me banned from commenting on their Facebook page lol. All I said was to fix that Call of the Dead stairway glitch, and that was 3 years ago.

I definitely think @ and @Ehjookayted should be added. MMX for obvious reasons, and Eye because he is/was like the original role model to everyone, and pretty much participated in every aspect of the forums.

I see your point @ I didn't even see that likes were counted. That kinda changes my view. I thought likes weren't a global statistic like brains, but just entirely for a specific post saying you liked it. With it being counted, it's basically just two ways of saying your a good person. I think likes have a place here, but I don't think they should have a statistic saying how much you got like brains.
