Excellent guide Danny. Recently I've become obsessed with Grief so I'll be sure to keep going over this guide. Actually just last night I got the Zombie Flesh power up for the very first time. Two months after release haha! I'd say I'm a mix of the Con-artist and the Reviver. I setup with M14, and when I've gathered enough points, the MP5 and Juggernog. I than go for Double Tap, than Quick Revive. I don't find Speed Cola essential, so I only get it IF I have enough leftover points. In Town, replace that with Stamin-Up which I'd rather have, but still not essential for me, so optional as well. My goal is to than acquire the EMP grenades. It can be a short or long while, but it's ultimately what I'm aiming for. I'll most likely swap around the M1911 with a box gun, though sometimes I'll PaP if I have enough leftover points. I try to hit the box at the end of the round, but sometimes it's hard with 7 other players wanting to do the same. Eventually, when obtained, I disable Jug. And I hope that my team is competent without it, the enemy team is incompetent without it, and that I don't lag. With the spare grenade/s, I'll try to pay attention to the enemy at PaP or the Box, so they essentially lose a weapon/points. If EMP is not obtained or I'm lagging, I try to do troll tactics. In that I wait by a sudden drop on the second floor of a building, than when an enemy player is overrun up there, I'm blocking him from escaping, so he goes down.

Now hold on Ourobos. EP was just trying to help you out, confirming what you wrote. There is no need to treat him like that when he has done nothing wrong. Some people may not actually know this. Zombo, you don't need be harsh. Some people don't like Theater because it constantly freezes their System. While you are correct he is already there, I use the term spawn as well in a sense that he has become active now, he has 'spawned' in the map. Now just calm down and think before you post. I'm seeing a lot of negativity around CoDz lately, and I'm hoping it stops.

I love this idea! I know Strike Force is a Campaign thing, but I could easily see it working when transferred over to Zombies. Your idea could use a little revision or changes, but overall, I love the idea. And I am actually hoping this will be a DLC mode implemented. They essentially already have it, they just have to tailor it to Zombies. +1

Lol don't worry. It's in the works. And I am seriously considering entering Way's thing.

Seems a little wasteful NOT to have a Tranzit mode though. I don't think it will be as big as Green Run though, but big enough for multiple Survival maps. As for the trailer, I wouldn't mind seeing a returning Wonder Weapon (not DG-2 or Tgun), maybe a little tune like Shangri-La's, or make it a WaW style trailer with a shortened EE song playing (Clarks new song/Green Run Game Over). Fear not! Clark actually hinted at a possible duo with Elena on his Facebook, not to mention Elena has said that she can't give any details away. Which obviously means shes in a song, just can't tell us.

This is a stab in the dark, and highly unlikely, but do you think the CIA or CDC could've gone into the Fallout Shelter during Nuketown and survived? Thus they are the same group in Green Run, Die Rise, etc. Yay or Nay?

World at War started adding achievements only after Map Pack 2, with Shi No Numa. There aren't any on the game itself for zombies, or Nacht der Untoten. There also is none for Map Pack 1, or Verrückt. Shi No Numa and Der Riese both had 10 achievements each. So if you had to create a list for Nacht der Untoten and Zombie Verrückt for World at War, what would it have been. Keep in mind to keep them at an easy to medium difficulty to reflect the other WaW Zombie achievements. Don't forget to have a nifty name for the achievement as well as a description! Nacht der Untoten The First Steps Open the Mystery Box. Safety First! Obtain the Ray Gun. Aliens Of The Round Open up all areas. Hero of Berlin Reach Round 20. Unseen Help Revive a teammate. Zombie Verrückt Chemically Engineered Beverage Have the Mystery Box taken away from you. Zombie Barbeque Reunite with your teammates. Black Betty Had A Child Take 4 consecutive hits and live to tell the tale. Revive Master Reload an LMG 100 times in one game. Shoot Me Faster Activate and kill 50 zombies with both traps in one round.

Exactly what I'm thinking. We had 6 maps with the Ray Gun, and 2 (3 if you count the C-3000 b1at-ch35) with Mustang & Sally, before PhD Flopper came along. If you could use them than, you should be able to use them now. I do agree it has become a crutch. I admit I do use it, and sometimes I wish I didn't. But the habit will surely break without PhD now. I do think playing without PhD Flopper makes us better players in the long run. We aren't relying on Ray or Sally to save our arses, so we learn to play without that comfort, and in turn, improve our skill. If it was ever to return, I doubt it would be in Perk Machine form. Probably just as an earnable perk like Barric-Aid, Revive-Aid, etc, but nerfed severely.

This had me cracking up haha! I strongly agree with you Flammenwerfer. There just seems to be an influx of them. I do understand why, but come on. Bringing it up again and again is a little over the top. I'm attached to the Tranzit gang now, so it'll be sad to see them go if they do. I'm hoping for 8P Tranzit for the last DLC, with the O4 and T4 so I have the best of both worlds.

I'm the same. I haven't even built the Nav Card Table yet nor done the EE. I want to see how it plays out first. Sure I'll be missing out on getting a Platinum early, but I don't mind. If I really want to, I will do Tower of Babble. But I'll still hold off building the table for long while.

I've got Gold Shotties except for the M1216. Nearly have the 250 One Hit Kills, but I prestiged and didn't want to waste a perma-token to unlock it, so I moved on to doing Snipers. I'll just switch back over to the M1216 once I reach 52 though, so I'm counting the Shotguns as Diamond for me. I am going to have so much trouble with LMG's, AR's and maybe SMG's. I hardly get headshots, and when I do, it's just a fluke, so I'm leaving them till last. I'm doing well with the Five-seven though. Not sure if I'll stay with pistols or move onto launchers when it's done though.

I'd say Maxis is a man bent on revenge. And he will do anything to get on revenge on Richtofen, no matter the costs. The description for Big Bang Theory even states: "Get sweet, sweet revenge". I would say the revenge for Maxis, since none of this is any good for the O4. Even Richtofen supposedly doesn't gain any benefit from it, according to Maxis it's meant to minimize his damage. In ToB, Richtofen says he wants to 'restore the world' or something similar, which he wouldn't have to do if it wasn't for Maxis. We know Richtofen is sadistic and bad, who just taunts and plays games with people. Maxis is more confusing, since his character is harder to judge since we have only ever heard him in radios and more recently actually talking to us. I'm undecided on Maxis' agenda, but I don't think he's what he claims to be.

I disagree. I'm glad we are getting new fleshed out characters. Honestly, I would get tired and bored if I had to play as Tank, Nikolai, Takeo, Richtofen and/or Samantha in literally every map. Pacing their appearances with "Five" and Call of the Dead was a great choice Treyarch made. It's not saying I hate them and don't miss them. I'd like to play as them again, but I'm content with the Tranzit crew now. A radio with the O4 in Die Rise wouldn't be unappreciated though. Also I love Misty haha!
-
I just call them the Tranzit crew (them only being in Tranzit mode) or the T4 for short. The original crew or the O4 is what I called Dempsey and the gang. I'm hoping for an 8p Tranzit map with the T4 and O4 together. Off topic: I am really excited and glad we have the Tranzit crew again. It's good to see we are getting new fleshed out characters, more people to learn about again (even though we hardly know much about the Original crew). I'm excited and hoping we learn Russman's first (or last) name, maybe a bit more about Marlton and Nuketown, more of Samuel's experiences and thoughts. But most importantly, Misty and her background/what new quotes she'll have. I'm thinking along the same lines. Teleportation has always been a huge thing in the storyline since Der Riese, and some people forget that the Denizens are our own little teleporters. So it's entirely possible they could be used to travel to Die Rise.

How does 'The Crew' end up in another continent?
Rissole25 replied to me2kool2talk2u's topic in Die Rise
Well, teleportation is a large part of the storyline. Especially since Der Riese. I would not be surprised if they found an MTD or teleporter of some sort. It even already exists in Green Run. The Denizens somehow create worm holes to other locations. It's entirely possible that when they jumped in one (after completing the Tower of Babble), that they were transported to Die Rise, or close by. We won't know till the actual map is out (even than we might not find out). -
I meant that metaphorically. I can see it as clear as day. I just don't see it as an explosion though. It's a cartoon drawing though, colours can be exaggerated. That dark purple colour in the middle I doubt is really there. As for why the people are staring, well the bus has arrived which they're waiting to get on.
-
You're absolutely right. viewtopic.php?f=72&t=17206 I wrote that thread about a month or so after Moon came out. The skybox just does not 'flip' when Big Bang Theory is achieved. They tried hiding it with the Hangar 18 building, unfortunately they didn't cover it all. We all know that Moon was originally Paris. It was rushed quickly, obviously by the amount of glitches present (Cosmonaut, Excavators, Teleporting, etc). I wouldn't say the 2nd earth is a glitch. It's more that they saved space and didn't cover it up properly. But yes, Area 51 is on earth still.
-
Um, I'm fairly certain that is just dust coming from behind the bus as it's traveling from Town. It's a dirt road. I dunno, I just don't see it.
-
Good to see you back Alpha. I checked the video. The Lion King part with Scar actually reminded me of Nazi Germany, with Hitler and his troops. And the part you pointed out, with the demon and goat. Truly freaky. I looked up will.i.am and 115, but I didn't find anything. I know I wouldn't get a straight answer, but I don't see the two mixing together haha. Hopefully this occultist stuff continues in this game. It's not looking good, but Samuel and his quotes provide some hope.

The map packs names have usually always referred to the Campaign, and I think it's still the same case. "A forcible overthrow of a government or social order for a new system." Two words: Cordis Die It could still relate to zombies, but I don't think in a major way. I mean, The word Annihilation doesn't really have anything to do with Shangri-La. Escalation you could see as Richtofen starting to gather the pieces (Golden Rod in CotD) and First Strike maybe the first Zombies DLC map? Ultimately, they are all related to the Black Ops Campaign, because of how it spells FEAR, which was a big thing in the Cold War. Obviously Rezurrection was directly Zombies though. I'm curious as to what is spelled this time around though. RISE? RAUL? REAP? So many words could be spelled out that link with the Black Ops 2 Campaign.
-
I saw talk of that actually, but they replaced it with the Surprise trailer from before the game was released. I couldn't get that page. This can only mean that the trailer is going to be released VERY SOON if they were testing it on the mobile sites.

Nice Liam. I'm loving the zombie to his right, kinda in the same position as the guy to his left. I guess this practically confirms Revolution than.

Welcome to CoDz! We don't really know at this point. Richtofen has references them during his easter egg, but Maxis' mentions nothing about them. There is hardly anything about them in Green Run or Nuketown. I don't think they are trapped on Griffin Station. They can teleport freely to and from Area 51 after the nukes hit (this may just be for gameplay reasons, but I doubt it). I can only think of one reason for them to stay on Griffin Station, and that is Samantha trying to get her body back, though I don't think she would be able to so easily. Apart from that, I imagine they would've left Area 51 once they teleported back. What's interesting to know is that the Tank, Nikolai, Takeo and Samantha are only a few hundred miles away from Nuketown, so they may have headed for that destination. Samantha was in control for half of Nuketown, so I imagine she would know it's location being that it is so close to Area 51.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Zombies for iPhone, iPad and iPod
Rissole25 replied to Covert Gunman's topic in Black Ops
If you had buy one, get World at War Zombies. It's runs far smoother and the controls are easier than Black Ops Zombies. Black Ops Zombies has Kino, Ascension, CotD and Dead Ops. It's possible they may add the rest of the maps, but I'm not sure. Shangri-La and "Five" is very possible for them to do. But the controls are awkward, it's laggy a lot of the time, and it tends to crash. But it has the Save and Quit feature, as well as CoD points to spend if you don't have enough points. Dead Ops Arcade is so much more fun for me, and easier on iOS than it is on a console. But yes, if you had to choose one, get World at War Zombies. -
I've heard the quote as well. But don't take it as that. From other quotes her father has died. Since the box is magic, she might think "oh my favourite shotgun, it's a magic box, maybe my dad gave it to me". Something like that. Much like how Danny Trejo says everything is caused by Cucuy, a mythical creature in Hispanic countries that kidnaps children and eats them (similar to the Slenderman). But we know that it's Samantha.
