There could be. I don't want there to be, I would just rather they move into a new set of games. But there could be. A lot of sequels nowadays have the import save features. I'm thinking mainly Mass Effect though there are other games out there that do it.

I see the same as Delta just so you know. @Delta I think the no images/signature is meant to be like that. Right now the mobile view is pretty sleek and fast, because its mainly all text. Not sure if I would like it with all the Full Forum features.

Awesome find Pinnaz. I think this gives us some good insight into it. Now he says he joined to the Zombies Team to work on Buried, but later on also mentions the build, art, lighting and animation teams. Now what I'm thinking is that, yes there are different teams. Campaign, Multiplayer and Zombies. But I think there isn't dedicated set of people in each one team. It's hard to explain so I'll explain in two ways, normal (hopefully) and a simplified version. Black Ops has just finished. Treyarch starts working on Black Ops 2. The adverts have usually always being Single Player focused, and only really become MP and Zombies related real close to release. So of course, they would focus majorly on the Campaign. Those working on it would be called the Campaign Team. Now as the release date gets closer, they are completing things. They're now tasked to now help in the other divisions, MP and Zombies, but most likely MP. Henceforth, someone who was in the Campaign Team is now in the Multiplayer Team. By the time the game is released, there is no "Campaign Team", maybe the occasional person as there is no DLC released for, maybe a fixing patch for it though. But all those who were once part of the Campaign Team, are now part of either the Multiplayer or Zombies Team (or neither I suppose). So a simpler explanation I hope: You have 200 people working at Treyarch. 150 of these a put into the C-Team, while the remaining 50 are split between M-Team and Z-Team. As development progresses, people from C-Team are slowly being moved over to the Z-Team and M-Team. Let's say it's now 100 on C-Team, and 100 split between Z-Team and M-Team. Now since Campaign is not really dealt with after launch, the C-Team gradually becomes empty. C-Team = 0, Z-Team = 100, M-Team = 100. Of course that's just a rough estimation. There would of course be dedicated people within each team would not move no matter what. But there would be people who move around between the teams. I'm not sure which one would require more people. Probably M-Team. But I guess whichever team is closer to finishing/finishes, there remaining resources would be moved over the other team. In this case, the Z-Team, so they can help get it finished. I felt like this was wrote for nothing as it's pretty confusing lol but anyway: TL;DR: The teams working on each part are always changing, so it's not just one dedicated team of people. Each map is not made by the exact same people every team.

-Did "Origins" end zombies for Black ops 2 well or not? I'm on the fence with this one actually. I think Origins is pretty good gameplay wise, and the challenges and staves where a new and pretty cool. Story side, I think it was a little let down. Not because of what we got, but what we didn't get. We got no resolution to the O4 post-Moon. Only Samantha (still in Edwards body) who seemingly was now trapped/stuck in Agartha with no news on Tank, Nikolai and Takeo. But the bigger disappointment was no resolution to the N4 storyline, and Buried's continuation. The Maxis/Richtofen affair just seemed to have been forgotten. -Will you be looking forward to more storyline or gameplay? Well, it's a new generation of consoles it will be made for now. Which mean new things can be achieved. Not necessarily a good thing as the dynamic can change for the worse. So I'm worried about gameplay for now, and just looking forward to the story. -Has Treyarch made good on keeping to the fans and still giving a good experience? Yeah and no. Really too many things to go into, but I will say this: It seems like they bought the O4 back for Origins just because people were whining and hated the N4. I don't know if that's actually it but I believe so. Also they said somethings which they didn't deliver. TranZit was way over hyped and I saw no multiple upgradable weaponry in Die Rise. So I will just say Sometimes to this answer I guess. -What was the worst DLC? Eh, I really think TranZit was the worse to be honest. Since you say DLC, I'm not just thinking about maps, but the modes that came with. Apocalypse in that regard since it bought no extra modes unlike the previous three. If we're talking strictly map, I guess Die Rise. -What was the best DLC? I like Buried. I know nearly everyone dislikes it because it's easy and boring, but that's why I love it. If I'm in a slump, or just wanna get to some far rounds without hassle, Buried will nearly always be my choice. Also it's good to do challenges on because you can get to high rounds easy, get outta sticky spots in those challenges, etc. Oh and PhD Persistant Upgrade. -How did the VAs and Music do? Great! I love every song Kevin produces, but some of his finest work is on here. My top 3 in no particular order are We All Fall Down, Always Running, and Archangel. VA's did a nice job I think. I know people got annoyed with the N4 voices alot, and I did as well. (That one quote Marlton says while knifing in Die Rise about Russman, I thankfully can't remember it). But I think they conveyed there characters very well, and sure hope they return voicing the N4. O4 were good to hear, especially not as the way we knew them. and the Mobsters were superb. The actors really portrayed some good emotion, especially in those mini dialogues they have when going down reflecting on their life. And also when they try to speak to the person who is doing it all, saying they should just kill them already. -What was the most innovative thing you have seen to freshen up zombies? Buildables were a nice touch. The Bank was okay, I just didn't like how it made things super easy. Persistant Upgrades? Eh, I prefer them to go honestly. Origins Challenge Box was the most innovative thing I think, and I think they should include a Challenge Box like that in all maps from now on, giving small rewards like we were given.

Your Feelings About The Future Of Zombies.
Rissole25 replied to Matuzz's topic in Research & Development
I'm actually kinda scared of what's to come. We have new gen consoles. Treyarch will surely use that to there advantage. Will we have 24 zombies? They could probably raise the limit if they wanted, but I feel that would ruin it. As long as the main Survival mode we've always had stays mainly the same, I am all for it. For new things (like raising the limit), have a proper Custom Games this time around, not like the joke we had in BO2. Or new modes with these things. This is all gameplay wise I'm worried about. Changing the dynamic because you can doesn't mean you should, and that's what I'm worried about. Story wise not worried as much. As long as they do the N4 justice I will be happy. Back story's, mini notes in maps, etc. Fill the gaps this time (The O4 post-Moon for example). Alas, I wanna believe Treyarch learned there lesson from BO2 (over-exaggerating things, not properly introducing N4, bank and map layout, etc), but I just can't for some reason. :/ -
Definetly this. Good luck with this guys.

A Q&a For Cod:ol Zombies [Character Diarys 1.20!]
Rissole25 replied to DragonGJY's topic in General Zombies Discussion
Damn those Verruckt screenshots look scary sauce. It's great to see it with no orange filter. So can the Ray Gun be dual wielded, being a pistol? I'm looking at the perks, I can see Juggernog, Double Tap, Speed Cola, Stamin-Up, Deadshot and Mule Kick. Any idea what the 4th perk is in the 2nd last pic? I'd guess Quick Revive, but it doesn't match the colour scheme like the others did. But I love the icon changes. Pretty cool. If you could, could you get images of what would be the courtyard, forest, and outside area in general? Also curious as to how Shi No Numa will turn out. How will they turn a swamp into a modern setting lol. -
A Q&a For Cod:ol Zombies [Character Diarys 1.20!]
Rissole25 replied to DragonGJY's topic in General Zombies Discussion
You could try imgur or photobucket. Very interesting. So it looks like they'll do every map by the looks of it. Also good Q&A. Didn't know a lot of this stuff. -
The heads are located Jug side of the map, but very far out and inline with the church. The three of them are bunched together, so if two people went in two different robots at the same time, it's possible they may be able to hear each other due to actually being right next to one another.
-
Could you take out the Skype times maybe or just bold what is said? I'm finding it hard to read haha. I've gotten out of the map barriers in Theatre before, and noticed that robots right foot travels in the trench robots (dont know which one it is) left foot pathing. I personally think it's the same robot, but they moved its model slightly to left of its path because that's where the spawn room is (and it fits with the intro). Of course it still could be a different robot. It doesn't make sense that they keep coming from the same direction (they despawn and respawn at the other side). Just seems more realistic if they swapped sides and came from Jug side. What I mean: ---> Loki All 3 than appear. Odin & Freja --->, Loki Would also make it more fun to have to look two ways instead of just one way for robots. Went off-topic, but yeah, I just believe it is the trench robot.

Yeah, I honestly have no idea. The only thing I could account it to is that the CoD engine is not use to the player being on a moving surface. All these glitches seem to occur with that stuff. The tank, the bus, the gondola. And to a lesser extent, Shi No Numa's Zipline and Five's big elevator. I suppose locking the player into place would help like Lunar Landers, but that's really no fun if you couldn't move on those. It's definitely time for a new engine, or some major changes to the existing one at-least.
-
Man that is bullshit. Imagine if they didn't fall down after being in the air? Would only be able to use Maxis Drone or upgraded staff to revive. I've never had any problems with the tank. I have seen videos and complaints about it but it has never occured to me. Although I rarely use the tank and only ride it getting the staff pieces. But when I do, I always get extremely nervous about getting to close to sides or when jumping incase it glitches or something. I would say hope for a patch or hotfix, but I've never really heard of a CoD being updated after a new one comes out. Take Moon for example.

I'm not sure we'll see any new maps at all. All the MP maps are past maps from the Modern Warfare/Black Ops series. Same with this, it's Nacht der Untoten with perks, a Gersch Device and a possible ending, just all reskinned. However, what's made from this, Treyarch can get ideas from. It's entirely possible we may get these characters in future installments. A unique thing I see is that Juggernaut/Death Machine. Either it's an enemy like the Panzer but with a Death Machine, or we can get Juggernaut Armour possibly. Story-wise it's nothing, gameplay it's exactly the same, and we may see aspects of it put into zombies if it fares well.

Matches it perfectly Pinnaz. Quite the company, I guess that's there Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc all in one package. @DBZ Damn. I want to delete this since its wasting space, but I'm a little hesitant incase something does come up to make it work. Still in beta and its not a final version though. Would you know the best way to delete/uninstall something like this? Seeing as there isn't a physical file I can find, I might have to do a System Restore to get rid of it.

Thanks Afro. I downloaded it (took forever), than it installed. I can't find it though, only this Chinese social network thing like Skype. Do I need to run it through anything like Steam or something? Not coming up in Search.

^ Keep us posted! Would love to know what is happening. Also that picture is amazing. EDIT: If you can get it to work, I wouldn't mind trying to the same thing. I had a look at the website and I had no idea where a download button could be haha. EDIT 2: Translated from the site.

^ It's a free to play micro transaction game called Call of Duty Online only in China. Basically just past maps and weapons mashed together into a super Call of Duty MP. I'm gonna do a frame by frame analysis, but I think this has nothing to do with zombies. It just uses zombie assets (like animations and stuff), and looks to play like zombies except with cyborgs. Could be wrong but that's how I see it right now. Need more info though haha

That's actually really helpful gusky. Thank you :)

What it is I don't even... At least now people can't complain that nothing is happening during off-time. I'm on an iPod like sh3ba, so if links of the screenies could be provided, that would be super. I'll have a better look tomorrow, and at the trailer too. But this, this is something. Definetly need to keep our eye on this. May or may not be canon, but it's still zbies and we can learn a thing or two from it. Just a damn shame Online is a Chinese game (surprised Activision haven't taken this to us, being the greedsters they are) @Naitrax Dead Rising could easily be Die Rise. Very similar terms, though an odd map to start on. Since Pnline has a multitude of maps from different games, I'd have thought Der Riese, Kino or Ascension would be the priority maps to put on there. EDIT: Reread your post, sounds like that's actually the game mode or maybe just the theatrical trailer name.
-
Than stop having that attitude about it and think positive. Doesn't seem like you even want it to be successful.
-
I wouldn't give up on it yet. DLC's could very well turn it around. Like Nacht to Der Riese. Also if we swapped them around, and say Extinction came out first, and Nacht der Untoten came out now, than we'd all be saying how it's so basic and how Treyarch let us down when were use to the stuff that Extinction (and it's future DLC) has.

Your most memorable moment of black ops 2
Rissole25 replied to TheBSZombie's topic in General Zombies Discussion
When I was in a 4v4 Grief Cell Block game. Everyone on my team had left, so it was me against 4 mic'd shotguns. Some very, very close moments in that, but somehow I survived by the skin of my teeth. Oh and getting into the top 1000 in Turned, though it doesn't really matter because of hacked leader boards. -
Like the others said, it's either he was faking it, teleporting had some effect on him that made him forget, or 115. Of course back than, I doubt Treyarch knew themselves, and didn't have Moon planned.
