But to explain all that to them? I know in the game we can just make a crawler and just laze around for ages, but Gersch was in trouble. Samantha was after him, so I don't think they'd be wasting time. Not to mention that JFK and his gang would be fighting off zombies as well. While it is possible, I find it unlikely. How does the M16 fit into the Firing Range situation though?

I don't know why but I found that really funny and couldn't stop laughing for some reason! @MMX I can see how the second note might possibly look like 35, however I still see 75 in both. I agree that it may not contradict chronology; like Kino might be 1967, and time-traveler may have dropped that note there (far-fetched, but possible). I guess that could still work with this situation abit, where it's 1967, but Tank might think it's 1964. @BlindBusDriver Nice colours man! It's a good worked explanation, but my problem is how would Dempsey know that? Unless Treyarch just did it deliberately and kinda broke the 4th wall by telling us facts Dempsey shouldn't know. What a confusing topic. If he is talking about Kino, than it would be first, possibly second (depends on their quotes towards the Thundergun in Ascension) time that Kino has been addressed in-game by the crew.

Just because it's specific doesn't mean it's correct in it's information. I'm not saying your wrong, but because there are multiple dates going around, I can't just believe one of them. With that said, he could still mean Kino if it's one of the other years. Besides the 1975 note already contradicts the Fernsehturm, what's to say this can't either?

Like you said, there are multiple dates when it was supposedly issued. For all we know, the post you believe is right could be wrong, meaning it's still a possibility he is referring to Kino.

I thought of that, but I don't think Dempsey would even know that. His knowledge of weapon background I'm guessing would only be of those pre 1945-46. I dont think he would even have time to learn it's background, at least not with Richtofen leading them around to complete his objective. BlindBusDriver thinks he's got an explanation that he is meaning Firing Range, but I'll let him explain. Your theory could be correct though, but as you've put, there are too many different articles with different dates to be sure it's correct. I know hardly anything about weapons so I have to go by other sources, in this case BBD.

Alright so I don't think anyone has ever really mentioned this quote before. It's from Dempsey in Shangri-La, upon buying the M16. "Ah, the M16. Maiming since 1964." [youtube:2vrjaib2]1iWsJODqmBw[/youtube:2vrjaib2] The quote is at 18:04. The M16 was designed in 1957, and serviced in 1963 (Thanks BBD). I believe Dempsey is talking about when he first used it however. Since Kino der Toten is when he had his first encounter with it, it's possible he is referring back to than. This means Kino could possibly take place in 1964. But The Fernsehturm had not started construction until 1965. And the 1975 note is there as well. So it conflicts with those as to what the true year is. However, I still believe he is referring back to Kino with the quote. Discuss.

Honestly I think the Double Punch should just be the Pack-a-Punch machine. You PaP once, than after you get your weapon out, it'll say you need 20000 points, or whatever high number you need to PaP the PaP'd weapon. Wasn't there some code in "Five" that had the word Chainsaw in it?

As a PS3 player I share your thoughts. Only just today, PS3 Elite members got that MW3 Content Pack 2, while Non-Elite Xbox members got Content Collection 1 (which contains CP 1, 2 and 3) about a week or two ago. Seriously, what kind of bullshit is that? I hate this contract they have with Microsoft, but they at least could've made Elite players equal across all systems. So disrespectful. Activision won't let Elite go. No, they will keep it up and try to get everyone to buy it. They've put money into it, so why only have it up for one year? I have no doubt it will be involved in Multiplayer, but for Zombies? I'm unsure. I have a feeling though it will be affected by it though. Copy MW3; release 2 maps, than another one, than another one plus two zombie maps. I really hope it does not come to that, and Zombies is unaffected by Elite. Someone should get in contact with Carbon and let him know so he can tell Treyarch Elite sucks.

Some good points. :)

That is interesting...and weird at the same time. Josh Olin was of the same equivalent as Robert Bowling. Both Community Managers, and now they are both gone. I wonder what CoD's future will be like now?

Lets see if I can remember some. Co-op game on Moon. We had gone to NML to PaP. I put in my HK21 but because zombies were coming very quickly, I had to leave it. I got back to it just as it disappeared D: This was my first, maybe second Co-Op Shangri-La game. I wouldn't say it's my fail, but I went down to the power room to revive someone by the Bowie Knife. But the damn Napalm Zombie (which I was seeing for the first time) was right near him. My inexperience with the map at that point, plus being distracted by him made me go down. Other two team mates come down, one starts to revive me, however the Napalm Zombie is getting closer. In an effort, the other team mate tries to explode the Napalm Zombie. Next thing I know, game over. It had killed both the team mates, yet for the some strange reason, I got the trophy/achievement saying I had blown the zombie up without hurting anyone else. And of course I've had those bad days where you're "that guy". You keep going down and all, and everyone thinks your crap.

Could someone please tell me...
Rissole25 replied to shirtlesservice's topic in General Zombies Discussion
A quick google search could've told you haha. but anyway. See Me, Stab Me, Heal Me Fire a Pack-a-Punched Ballistic Knife at a downed ally to revive them from a distance. As for the other problem, did you buy Claymores? I didn't have any problems with mine. I did it on "Five" because it has one less weapon to buy (MP40), but "Five" is generally harder than Kino, so it's probably easier to do it on it. Not sure if you can do it on other maps as I did it when it first came out. -
Sorry man, but it's not the Scavenger. lPH7H1hTMmI At 7:20 in. Looks similar to the M16, but I'm not sure if it's that gun. It's defiantly not the Scavenger though. Keep hunting though, you might something yet to be found. :)

Hacking the Guns and Perk Machines Without Dying (No Air)
Rissole25 replied to i am richtofen's topic in Moon
Just a quick tip richtofen, you might want to make the gun names bold, maybe add some colours to it like the perks respective colours, etc. Just to make it stand out more and make it easier to read. IMO this kinda seems like sticky material. -
NEW(?) Glitch, unlimited claymores
Rissole25 replied to Matuzz's topic in General Zombies Discussion
Was there any lag? Usually it's associated with glitches like these. A bit odd that he wasn't in with you when you teleported, yet he still managed to get up to the PaP room. And than he disappeared before the timer had run out. Maybe he was the one hacking? -
I was thinking that. Perhaps to show the struggle between Takeo and Richtofen? But I don't know. I just find it weird that they moved Takeo's doll to Nikolai's spot.
-
Tested as well, and you are indeed right. I am not sure whether I like a no perk limit or not. Definitely not on Ascension though, because of space monkeys. But I'm sure it will be patched soon.
-
Understandable guys. Just wanted to see if there was anything that could be made out of it haha. I'm guessing they will use the same effect for the Scavenger and V-R11 Lazarus when shot 3 times.

Alright guys, here are the rest of the pictures. The rocket missile thing crashed through can be walked up to, and around, seeing as no debris is stopping it. Zombies can get there as well though. The fencing is now actually a solid fence, only there. Tank Dempsey's doll location. He's not there though. I've done a quick search again, found nothing. So after this I'll play a game and devote it to finding the missing dolls! The monkeys also turn into a mist thing as well. Click for here for the Thundergun thread! Ran into a major glitch haha. Called the lander over to the Casimir Mechanism area. Immediately acted like it was there and I had activated it, taken me up into the air. The invisible 'lander' took me straight out of the map, and set me down. Didn't get to explore much as I fell down into the area behind the lander at the Casimir Mechanism. Had to down myself. What you get when it ends, but only if you haven't rated it. Zombies jump up and down the ledges like their console selves. Square tires anyone? You can no longer jump down from the ledge as it has been blocked. It rules it out as a training location. The mural is still there in all it's unknowing-ess. I guess that's it for now. Not as much stuff as the Kino one, but still 2 relevant findings; Characters Matryoshka Dolls, and the Thundergun vaporizing (not really Ascension specific as it appears in Kino as well). Anyway I'll post if I find the missing Tank or Nikolai dolls, or if I find anything else!
