To get back on topic here what map do you think I should do Chopper?

You're right, Dead Ops is different. It's different in the fact that it requires much more concentration and attention to detail than zombies does. Could you keep the concentration required to do this for 20 hours? Not tying to come off harsh here as I know it sounds but come on, just look at this. There is nothing on Call of Duty: Black Ops that can match the difficulty of Dead Ops in the high rounds, Not even NML. 1 hit you die, for 12+ hours. You can't let your guard down. TvKcNopb7Oo

I'm not doing ascension. I understand your doubt but I have proven my discipline and patience to myself, which is enough for me. So not ascension.

Wow some quick responses so far! Now here's another question, how often should I record my game so as to offer up enough proof? Keep giving me map suggestions as well. Way you sniped me down. I know I have the endurance because I have played 20 hour Dead Ops games, which get much more intense in the higher rounds than zombies, not to mention they are 14-18 mins apiece higher up.

It's not my first solo, just my first in normal zombies. I like kino though because thundergun is my favorite weapon.

Alright so tomorrow I'm either going to be in a DoA game to 120, or doing a solo to round 100. I will likely be doing solo though, so I want to know which map do you guys think I should do and why. Ascension isn't a choice it's too easy. Thanks :D

Yes and no. It does take long to get to high rounds but if you want to have fun play a 4 player or something. However, when you look at Dead Ops, where it always gets harder I think they should make t harder faster. Like maybe fight the monkey on round 20 or 30, and have the game start off at like level 20 or 30 difficulty. Just my thoughts though -

If you think NML dogs are annoying, you have no idea how ba the Dead Ops dogs are. I've seen dogs do 360s, run past you then do a 180 to bite you, jump halfway across the map, bite you through a person, bite you from 10 feet away, trap you, bite you through a wall, and my personal favorite: dying 20 times a game from them. Dogs are ridiculous. -

That's a good idea way! I was thinking that maybe for the next tournament it should all last man standing games, because that is really fun. Survive to move on, die and you're done. I like your idea though, so the LMS can wait. -

I admire your confidence djjove but as a new member what you have not yet realised is that CODZ is filled with some of the best players in the world already. No shit, no hiding, what the board has accomplished both strategy and gameplay wise can't be matched anywhere else. It may be tougher than you think Or you can get lucky like Doggy. Really though what Chopper said I doubt if there is a greater collection of zombies players anywhere else on the web than CoDz. -

Right so I figured I would try to get into no mans land yesterday so I started up a game. First try I get doubleslapped by the first zombies. Next time I get speed cola. Them I get speed cola 7 more times. At this point I'm like wtf fml. Then I finally get a decent grenade off and I get hit from the shockwave or whatever. I wait like 5 seconds then go knife a crawler and die in 1 hit. Needless to say I didn't play any more NML yesterday after that. -
Build-A-Trap: New Zombies idea

Well all traps in the current maps can be used to kill your teammates, so I don't see any problem with that being the case for these ones. If you have jugg you wouldn't be killed by the trap instantly, you'd have to be hit by it a few times. Most of these would be manually activated but there are a couple that wouldn't be. -
I go chill upstairs in the elevator. I buy the mpl over the mp5. I use this chance to build points and stay safe, as he majority of zombies will spawn wih the other players. Eventually you'll get a max ammo and all will be fine again.

Build-A-Trap: New Zombies idea

I have a few ideas. Spike trap: Idea comes from the Shangri-la traps. This trap would be placed in a doorway and any zombies that run through get killed by spikes that shoot across the doorway. Ice trap: Pretty self explanatory, this trap freezes all zombies and kills them. Water trap: Jets of water shoot across the trap, obliterating any zombies in their way. Spider Trap: Zombies run into a giant web and get stuck in it. They then are melted from a green acid. Earth Trap: A giant hole in the ground is uncovered. All the zombies fall into this hole and die. Saw trap: Giant circular saws are placed around the doorway and cut through any zombies that try to pass. Wind trap: All zombies are thrown violently across the map from hurricane force winds. They die. Grenade launcher turret: Same as the normal auto turret but shoots china lake shots instead. Club trap: Zombies walking into this trap are beaten by spiked clubs. Boulder trap: Boulders fall in a landslide, crushing all zombies in their path. Snow trap: An avalanche falls and buries zombies under a mound of snow. These are all pretty basic ideas but would make for some fun gameplay. If you guys like these I will post more ideas. -

I say the villain does runs to the stairs leading to the mp40, does a big crescent all the way around to the other stairs leading upwards, and loops back down. This will leave the path wide open for the villain to grab jugg and pick the 2 on the stage up. While the zombies are still in the theater tell the randoms to shoot a clip into the horde to get points for jugg. Then have the villain run the zombies to the left side of the stage an have the randoms stay to the right. Once the zombies pass the randoms will be free to buy jugg. EDIT: forgot to say that the villain needs to tell the randoms to crawl towards the stage. -

Obviously you are not required to upload every round of the game. If this player only uploaded the important rounds of this game I wouldn't have questioned anything. The problem here is hat this player uploaded every single round but the glitched ones. What are the odds of the footage corrupting from the exact time they started the glitch until halfway through round 120 for the boss round? Like 1 in a billion. He has uploaded videos of him glitching before, so why not now in the most important game? It doesn't add up, he didn't upload these rounds for a reason. Forgive me for sounding stuck up about this, but look at it from my perspective. I have one of the greatest knowledge bases in the DoA community. I have played round 120 and know what it is like. To me, there is overwhelming evidence that there wasnt an invisible silverback. To someone like you, without the specific knowledge it won't be as clear. Also look at it this way. If you came up with this great theory for the storyline and I just came and said it was wrong with a poor reason, what would you say? I am not as tuned in to the fine details of the storyline as you are, just as you aren't as familiar with Dead Ops as I am.

You misunderstood what I am saying. A glitch is perfectly acceptable if you get the invisible silverback. What I am saying is that they did NOT get the invisible silverback, which makes their glitching absolutely unacceptable. Btw it takes 18 hours to get to round 120. Getting to 120 is pretty easy, but beating it is an entirely different thing. You have to go in with a LOT of lives if you want to beat it. You can't just limp in there with 0 lives and expect to beat it, unless you get unbelievably lucky. Just a little FYI for the non-DoA folks.
