Not strictly true, the current Kino WR is 133 and there have been a few records held before it that were above 115 As for getting to 99 co-op... I've come to realise that with 2 great players in co-op with an efficient strategy, the round you can get to is more or less limitless. If you're both playing well but you happen to go down, your teammate will be there to pick you back up 99% of the time. It's all about whether you can be bothered to play for 20 hours straight to get to round 99. That's another advantage to Dead Ops, you can play for 15 hours, then sleep for 6 or 7 hours, then continue on your game.

What new perks there might be on next game.

I think they should add 1 more which allows you to swap weapons faster. -

I would like to see some normal rock music; I don't really like metal and I hate rap. I don't really care which band it is but I just want good old fashioned rock.

You have entered the Twilight Zone.....

I have a new one, which actually applies to all of CoD. Have you ever wondered where the players put there guns at? I mean how can a person fit a thundergun with, a crossbow, 13 crossbow bolts, 3 monkey bombs, 4 grenades, and 2 claymores under there shirt without looking any different? It is inconceivable to me how this is possible. EDIT: Say it's on Ascension with a death machine, You also have an hk115 with full ammo and the sickle. -

CoDz Themed Wristband: "Revive Me Bro"

Maybe if we got a Dead Ops themed one... For real though it sounds pretty cool -
So I'm fairly sure that I'm going to buy a capture card but I want to clear a few things up before I get one. Firstly, what is the best one to get? Price isn't an issue for this. Secondly, I play on a standard definition tv, so will an hd capture card record my games in hd or sd? If it records in standard definition I could just consider using the video camera I have. All help is appreciated. :D

Does Scenery Have an Effect on Gameplay?
xFaTaLx RaMpAgE replied to Ehjookayted's topic in General Zombies Discussion
I absolutely can't stand the color scheme on CotD. Everything in the map is pretty much gray with a touch of blue. Then the fog comes and you can hardly see anything. What's even worse is the characters. They talk in a pretty full voice most of the time, unlike the main heroes. The reason CotD is my least favorite map is because of the setting, not the actual map itself. My favorite map for color is Dead Ops. There is so much color variation compared to the other maps. You have the 4 different colored players, colored guns, flamethrowers, and teddy bears. The entire map is a different color for 3 of the 4 rounds in the stage, and you go to a new stage every 4 rounds. One of the biggest things is the treasure. You have gold, silver, and the gems, which are all aestheticly pleasing. Then there are the poles, which turn on and off into different colors. I could go on all day about the colors in Dead Ops. The music can get rather annoying, but that is when I turn on my own music, which I obviously like-otherwise I wouldn't listen to it lol. Dead Ops=Win -
Personally, I never Played the classic maps on WaW (besides Nacht). I think it would be great for these things to happen. Speaking of classic maps, I hope they do not ruin the BO maps if they remake them for BO2.

Now that I have played a decent amount of geometry wars, I can tell you that that is where DoA came from. They are the same in many regards, and are both made by Activision.

Like I said, you wouldn't have to camp, but it would be way easier if you did. I personally enjoy camping a lot; in the later rounds it gets really intense. The point is, though, that I just want an extremely hard map. I don't really care if you have to camp or not, those were my suggestions on how to make it hard. Something like Shangri-La but 5 times harder would be cool.

It was just the fact that there was a HUGE flame war going on when he posted that. It made a lot of people angry and was bad for the site, don't ask me what it was about. It wasn't anything against you at all. It was maybe thought out poorly, but everyone seemed to be in a bad mood that day. Don't take it personally, hopefully this can cancel that out. WELCOME TO CODZ!!! :D

Call of Duty Elite Involvement in Zombies
xFaTaLx RaMpAgE replied to Risiiii's topic in Single Player
With Elite Premium, you get the DLCs and everything else for $50. Without Elite, you can still buy the DLCs for $15 apiece. But look at it this way- you can buy 4 map packs and the advantages that come with premium for $50, or you can get 4 map packs and nothing else for $60. If you look at it this way, it really is a good deal. -
Everyone seems to want easy maps. What I would like to see is at least 1 extremely hard map, in which you have to camp on or you die. Or there could be really tiny kiting spots to make it a little playable. I'm envisioning a map the size of Nacht here (maybe slightly larger), but more compact and with all the perks and PaP. This would make it extremely hectic but fun all the same. I want it to be quick, fun, and extremely hard. Thoughts?

What have you learned from playing each map?
xFaTaLx RaMpAgE replied to Superhands's topic in General Zombies Discussion
Alright this sound like it should be fun. Nacht: Showed me how much I sucked at zombies, having never played a FPS before. Kino and FIVE: Here is where my journey really began. I learned the basics of zombies, how to survive on my own, and to work as a team. These maps taught me how to camp effeciently to get far and make the rounds go by quickly. Ascension: Where my love for zombies truly began, so many awesome aspects I began to enjoy. I first learned how to kite here when I was the last alive. I started running around at flopper waiting for the lander, and was doing great. I realized you didn't have to camp in one spot to survive, there are alternatives. CotD: I was really excited for this map, but was bummed when my friends didn't like it. The pretty monotone color scheme also turned me off a bit. What I learned was to not go for points. I spent an entire game to round 27 killing with them mp40, so the game lasted at least 4 hours. Speed>Score. Shangri-La: Easter eggs SUCK. After spending 3 or 4 hours just trying to finish the Easter Egg was a nightmare. I want things to go quickly and smoothly. I liked the CotD Easter Egg because I could do the entire thing by myself, midround. I also learned that randoms are usually stubborn and unreliable. Moon: Didn't play it that much, so didn't learn anything. Verruckt: Taught me how to operate in tight spaces and to be aware of everything going on around me. Der-Riese: Mule kick+Awful Lawton+Krauss Refribillator+Wunderwaffe=Epic Win (Also us losing if I go down ) Dead Ops: Taught me so many things about zombies. The overhead view shows you exactly how they are programmed. I learned all my advanced kiting techniques from playing Dead Ops. I learned to focus big time, because 1 hit and you die. I learned that being host actually matters. I learned that there is always more to learn and room to improve. I used to think I was awesome with my round 34, and now look where I am now. ;) -
Ascension and Dead Ops. They are fun and pretty relaxing to play with pretty much anyone. I love being able to go into a random game and still get decently far and enjoy myself.
-
I do not consider paradise a 'paradise' unless there is at least two super easy spots to kite. There are- the ak room and running around the mine cart/ mpl area.

lol mr. green

Cooongratulations Super, that is very impressive indeed.

Whoops, I forgot to say that I would love it to happen, but I don't want it to because of what I said before.

I do not want theater mode. If people complain about the black ops servers, can you even imagine how bad they will be with theater mode? Every 5 hour game getting recorded would be insaannnee. And imagine the top players, playing 30+ hours to get to 99. How could the server handle recording all that, keeping people from lagging out, and create matches for people all at the same time? It would be a very bad idea imho.
