  1. Found QR. And the 74U. :D
  2. This map is fricking awesome. A billion doors. Have not found a perk yet. The detail on the zombs is outstanding. I put 3 parts in a machine. Still needs moar. Never played much Transit. This is the game I wanted. Treyarch, you done good.
  3. Some people will have stats. But yes, it is faster.
  4. Not sure where to put this. Will try here. I do not play much Transit. I play Farm and Town. And both games seem ruined and all of BO II. The Zombies are different. They hit from behind. They slaughter you without Jug. These maps are already tiny. Simple trains, running through ignorant overlapping trains and an unorganized rabble is par for the course. Now it is horrible. Simply horrible. You seem to need to run everywhere. Any Zomb (untrained) is a much more likely hit. I have hit the ground like a sack of wet cement repeatedly with jug when they get too close. Close before was fine, I knew how much room I had. Now it's gone. Just sad. These extra perks you talk about? Do not want them. Do not want the zombs changed. And they appear to be. Do not see any new perks. Almost always play online with others. Any other confirmation or denial would be appreciated. This is the game I have mostly played for the last 2 years. And right now I feel like I woke up and some pod has replaced what was real. And I hate it.
  5. This thing can be earned in TranZit by doing something ... 1. ? 2. (A) 3. Instant Revive 4. (A) 5. Newb-plate 6. sounds kinda like a dumb thing, what is it? ... Ebolakill
  6. Not to take away the joy of it simply being a glitch, but does this explain the juggernog issue also?
  7. This post just msde me sad. What a mess this might turn out to be. Why would fixing a glitch cause you to wreck basic gameplay? Bad at their job?
  8. Here to. Changes online made with patch yesterday. Check other threads.
  9. Almost speechless. *helps him put training wheels back on his bike*
  10. Politely, what is this? So the basic structure of how the zombies behave has been changed? I have played a lot but not posted too much. Read a lot of threads. Is this not somewhere between sacrilege, blatant stupidity and careless wanton lack of caring? 1. getting caught from behind and sometimes dropped on only one or no hits. 2. going red screen and looping the zombies and getting murdered where it used to be safe. 3. feeling the need to run all over without jug as I seem to go down almost carelessly. 4. #@@!!$$@!~!#$%$%^%#!! This is ridiculous. I deal with stupid kill hogs even amongst players I know too often. I train areas, go down rarely and watch others kill my zombs time and time again. Regularly I end up with massively less kills than I should earn. To leave me playing with skulls all the time. And making this game almost not fun now. And this game has been built to base value on the awful idea that a kill total is of maximum importance, making it harder to team up and run those trains and put away those rounds. I like too much playing this game over the last few years. Way too many hours. I really enjoy that the way I play makes finding Randoms and building a team happen often. To overcome ignorant self interest that detriments the team and the chance to go far. And to find players I look forward to seeing. But I realize too many of the good players I have met use me to get flush with kills and damn the game. I continually delete these people now. I wish they did not do this, but what can you do. I'm not Chopper and can run anywhere at anytime. I'm just a getting good, experienced player who wants to enjoy time spent playing. Not some groin measuring game where we all try to max kills. And damn the teammates who have no money to get perks and guns and who will eventually just sadly leave the game. I understand. Your groin is small. If your kills are large enough perhaps now one will notice. But now this game is harder for me? The player standing in the window for the box on town gets to stand there and kill whatever they want from the window and my running trains has been made harder? I often play by feel. When I feel the hit from behind I move. Now I, far too often, go from no hits to down. Like a real gunshot. I'm angry, frustrated and tired of it. I'll get over it. But now I have to try and relearn how to run. Or whether I need to run like an inexperienced idiot all over the place. Not cool.
  11. Getting caught from behind all day. Not a lot. Just often enough to be obv. Not cool.
  12. Tremendously enjoyed the article. Agree with much of what you said. Still feel as I have too much playing to do before rendering an solid opinion on too many things. One idea I wonder about, prompted by your article and some of the responses. On BO 1 many people were constantly dealing with leader boards. What is our score? How does it compare to others online? How do we rate? What if here we have something else. Yes, there any number of included competitive areas. Actually with all the new stats there are tons more. But one of the areas I have yet to explore much is the Custom Game area. Points and K/D I believe can be gained there, but no leader boards. But taking a quick look at the array of options it seems we may have traded some competition for freedom. To make our own private games with changes WE chose. I really look forward to trying it out. Peace.
  13. Been playing Zombs since release date, but mostly been avoiding online info and just playing. Here are some statements. A few questions. Some hatred. Some love. Maybe some laughter. And honestly a lot of fun, but it has not been all fun. And most of all ... there is a lot of this game I still have not done or understand. So I will be dealing with what I am comfortable in commenting on for the most part. And feel free for to make any comments, suggestions or ideas. 1. Still trying to understand the ranking system. Been reading about it here. Seems to have a lot of pluses. We need to depend on knowing what quality of player is in the lobby by what their picture is. Does it make sense? In a visual way it does. But then you need to understand what the visual means. And we are all looking for that ranking about the player and that is simply not there. And not having it there is dumb. As it is just another number. And in a world filled with too many pictures it was not all that necessary to do this. I love all the extra stats, but immediately felt dumb not being able to find the ranking anywhere. --- no final say on this. anyone's opinion would be highly appreciated. 2 Playing Transzit first as most everyone did. It was first on the list. This is truly something different. And that I most loudly appreciate. Adding to the overall storyline (which I have not got to learning) and making it a huge traveling wonder. It is also (like Moon) a startling and unsettling beginning to a sequel game. The confusion was apparent and personal. Ride the bus. Miss the bus. Lose the bus. Chase the f'ing bus. Get run over by the f'ing bus. Die in the f'ing bus. Get f'ing cornered by the f'ing bus when it leaves. Get knocked the f off the mf'ing top of the bus. --- f the f'ing bus all to f'ing heck. and all the f'ing honking all the time, makes me hear it real world way too often. Way too often. *SHOOTSBUSDRIVERINTHEFACEWITHANRPG* SMILES *bus honks again* 3. Turned speed up to 9. Went from 5 to 7 to 9. May go higher. My son plays at 14. (he is 11 years old) Has helped considerable and hurt very rarely. The speed almost always aides in looking around and makes the game controls seems natural and safer. --- oh yeah. we got other 14's? And what are some other speeds? 4. Seen all the non-wonder guns. (ain't seen them) And they seem mostly worse. The RPD and Hammer are superb. And the Raygun seems and sounds even better. Some are simply awful. The War Machine is ... worse than awful. But apparently it upgrades real good. It lights up the place and makes the fighting interesting. Will be trying it later today. ... waiting for Superhands to come in and tell me he got to round 65 with a War Machine and a non-PAP'd M1911. while not looking.at the monitor. at all. 5.This pre-ranking hooey. I liked having lobbies with a wide mix of players. And in this day and age if someone cannot find lobbies, websites or some local affiliate to find fellow players for COD Zombs than they should just lie on the side of the road with the other pieces of roadkill. Still figuring out the ranking system and I am starting to suspect that I may never get to a higher level. Not sure yet, but all that dying early seems permanent. Like it is never allowed to happen or I supposed to kill the next 50,000 zombs in a row. And that sucks. I will never Random with some players. And this has probable helped lead to so many little pansies dying the first time and drug fleeing the scene of the crime immediately. "I cannot ruin my 500 K/D with a down in round 16." ---This is an improvement? I cannot see how. 6. The in-game mechanics seem very similar. With the Black Ops engine we get all these new stats available. Cool. But then I start to notice the issues / personality are also still in the game. Is this a good thing? -extra long zomb arms -double slapped -wind milling zombs -stuck on dumb things -headless not falling down slapping zombs -slapped and zomb did not move ---Position? Mostly in favour. This is the character of the game. Remove it and trust losing what gave the game its appeal. Could it have been cleaned / fixed? Of course. They chose not to. I will live with it. It could be true. Just odd to still be complaining about almost exactly the same things on a new game. 7. I will call them action buttons. When you press on something to pick up a turbine, buy ammo, log into a new game with others, etc. WHAT? Seriously? They still / newly work like they are buried in mud. *picks up turbine* NO *Picks up turbine* NO *picks up tur ... THIS GAME IS NOT CALLED "Picks up Turbine." I want to kill Zombs, Buy ammo. Load into a new game. Open the bus door. With "1" button click. ---dumbass 8. The Joy Of Bus Terminal. The simple truth of no perks. A lotta zombs. Stay alive. It proved to be the early favorite. And the one I had played the most over the first few weeks. It was simple, but a reminder of Nacht. Make a mistake and die. On both multi and solo. And it was my first actual worldwidee score on Zombs. Got a 17 and it stands at number 3448 in the world. I was floored to see my name next to only a 4 digit ranking. I know, I know. It is petty cash in the rounds players here are doing. But we all need those moments of success after the often repeated failures. And I know I can go higher. Significantly so. ---pure and beautiful 9. So teleporting is still being explored. Seeing good and bad. Thinking 4 lights go to 4 other lights one way. Easy way to power. Still exploring it. Any suggestions or explanations would be cool. Opinion of it? Really? You want me to intentionally strap a midget Gollum on the top of my head while I "Run. Away. From. It." So I can build a teleporter. NO. This looks stupid. Is stupid. I kill zombies. Strap on badass guns. Plan strategy. Run them down. Try to make them cry. How in God's name is making a hat out of some flying, ugly Devil's cherub and running around with it supposed to be cool? ---it's really not. really. you could have done this better. if not for the initial playing and the fog we just would have looked at them and shot them to pieces. 10. I want to thank Treyarch. For the variety here. All 3 multi maps are different. And must be played like that to gain the best advantage. Town, Terminal and Farm all have their differences. Tranzit is still a work in progress and we'll see if expansion packs add to its size. Grief is interesting. But slow and it is hard to collect perks with 8 players. Still looking at it. ---I finally found my legs with the game going back to multi on Terminal and Farm. From there going to Grief offered some humour and fun. Tranzit is improving. Getting used to the game. And running those trains. ***Thanks to all those threads from last year. And this great site. the video's of Tom, Super, Chopper. And so many others. The articles put together by Edjoocated. Glad to be here.
  14. Connections weren't great to be fair. I had 0 downs in this particular game until well past 40 so I'm proud of that. Not many downs by round 66, but... the ones that did occur, was just ready to give up at round 60 and stopped taking the game seriously As for what makes me a good player... I'm an all rounder. One of the highest scoring solo players. One of the highest scoring No Man's Land players, constantly improving. High scores in co-op, 40+ on most maps, 50+ and even 60+ on a couple, most of these games were given up. I've reecently also become an innovator in new and effective strategies. My most recent innovation being mastering the Recieving Bay on Moon, and today reaching 66 with Tom using the Recieving Bay, with not just 1, but 2 different tactics. Video to come soon Glad to see you here. I have really just got here. May do a long poat. My most boss thing was finding this damn place. :D
  15. i believe Tom is Dutch.
  16. luv you Tom. in a manly way of course.
  17. common chopper. there is a lot of cool stuff in transit. just need to try to understand it all. those killer baby zombs in the outside of town are scary ass mothers. and where do we put the films/ so much to learn ... so much to learn ... so much to learn
  18. Yeah, lately the game has been not been good. Net connection is somewhat questionable. Leaderboards do not update any more. Was offline for awhile and trying to learn how to play with randoms again. The lag? Ugh. Talking? Played a short Der Reise map with some guys last night. No one opened a damn door. I'm sitting in power in Round 7. Where are you guys? And they could all play. I just left a few rounds later. Points were lousy. They seemed like smart guys who could play. HOW DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND THE KNIFE THING? DID YOUR PARENTS DROP YOU A LOT? Seriously. I'm a patient guy. It's stupid like this that just makes my brain hurt. So I'm trying to remember how to run my own game and work others into it. I've lost the skill and I'm trying to get it back. It really takes some practice.
  19. Yeah, it is a Network issue with the new online supplier. Email in to them. Bad connection. $##$%^#@! :)
  20. And we've lost "Moon" too. No idea why. The screen starts to loead and then freezes. We picked up another copy today and it's doing it again. Anyone have a good Treyarch email to send a question?
  21. Hi, Back online again finally. Trying to play "Five." It keeps freezing during the load screen. The whole box freezes and we have to restart the Box. Anyone got a clue? A suggestion? And anyone on Xbox send out a friend request. Looking for games. Same name as here.
  22. Python to Cobra is completely insane. It is the only gun in zombies which no matter what map you are on or where you are on it that you can hear your teammate fire this beast. I'm gonna try that.
  23. [brains] I laughed. Good thread. We need to bring SCIENCE into this equation. :D
  24. I wish you were on XBox Live. Be some fun to play together. Maybe someday soon I'll have both. This thread was my hello to this Forum. Been glad to find it since it happened. From Super to Tom to Chopper to Edjucated to Way, it has been a great place to find. Back on live within the week. Hoping to meet up with people and play. This is the best Zombies site on the Net. Somebody has to run those trains.
  25. Looking forward to the video of yours Tom and Super. Couple of questions. Stayed home with my son today as he was sick this morning and because I was able to. We played a lot of zombies. We saw the backwards walking zombienaut (zn) for the first time in person. It was round 11. The biodome being excavated warning went up. We killed most of the round quick. Planning on leaving when the 2nd warning came up. It cuts it close but usually works. I lobbed a Gersh closer than safe to the zn. Thought he disappeared. We went and hacked successfully. On leaving we decided we'd hack the doors in tunnel 11. So remember, tunnel 11 was completely locked up. We opened it and my son started to hack the door. I'm watching the front door for remaining zombies. All of a sudden I'm grabbed. It's the zn. Cannot get out of his hands. Teleported to teleporter. Seconds later he's moonwalking to my son and he kills him off with the ray. 1. Seriously. I thought he could not be "gershed" in any way? 2. If gerched it means he gets pulled in and then returns normally to any area then he moonwalks at a really high speed? 3. We had opened the area about 5 seconds before he showed up. He didn't moonwalk through locked doors did he? And then we went down to Earth and i got Jug and we got destroyed @ the PAP machine. The doors started opening and I got personally violated from the right hand side. And I do not use that word lightly. Raising my arms to put a few M&S round down the middle to leave and 3 zombs and a dog LEAPED in front of me and I hit the floor. That's the part about no XBox Live. Even though the game is certainly odd online sometimes, it is downright insane at times without it. What happened on Earth occurs frequently. There is no "earthly" way those zombs and that dog could get through that fast. And with M&S and PSD and Jug how could I not have time to shoot them? The game seems to make the occasional decision that you are dead. You just don't know it yet. So when you try and shoot someone off or struggle past some zomb or trying to teleport it is all really pointless some times. You're dead and have just not realized it. PITA.
