I was just curious to hear what you guys think will happen next to our characters? I know there are a ton of these topics posted but I wanted to have my own and learn straight from the people I do have my own little theory, with evidence to support it, so here goes: Our trio and Sam arrive in a new location via the overloaded teleporter (Thanks to the copletion of the ee on Moon). The location is an old, long abandoned manor house on the outskirts of Berlin. Shortly after arriving there, Sam realises this was once her house as a child, and watches as everything arouynd the house and in the gardens is burnt to a crisp (due to the rocket detonation). However, once the power is turned on, the characters learned that Dr.Maxis had left behind for them a trail which if they follow, will lead them to the location of the one weapon powerful enough to defeat Richtofen once and for all. However, Richtofen also discovered some zombies had been carelessly left there by Maxis, frozen underground. Rictofen called upon these zombies and unfroze them, unleashing them on the survivors. As well, Richtofen found surviving zombies in the village surrounding the manor and got them too attack too. Dempsey, Nikolai, Takeo and Samantha follow the trail left by Maxis whilst simultaneously fighting off the undead hordes after their head's for Ed, with the trail leading them to an abandoned teleporter they must fix in order to get to their next location and continue the trail. What are your thoughts? And my proof by the way, though slim, is that the music easter egg on Moon (Or one of them) is 'Coming Home' and is sung from Samantha's point of view. So again, let me know what you guys think of this and what ideas you've got- I'd love to hear 'em.

Yes and kudos for being smart enough to figure that out haha This one guy I was talking to on a Youtube comments page was so convinced that Shangri-La came before Ascension (Because the rocket you see the monkeys leave in on Shangri-Lawas obvioulsy used by the survivors to get to Ascension then parked up there by them) he actually gave me a link to a video with everything he had just told me to 'prove it' lol :D

I meant stupid obviously And I didn't mean you were, I was talking about the people on like Youtube videos and stuff, who say things like "I think Shagri-La takes place before Ascension". I mean, i'm all for theories and stuff, but now when it's so bltantly not true that's all.

That could work, but perhaps let the players continue playing until death after the cutscene has played? People won't get annoyed then about accidentally completing the last objective and losing their current wave record.

People are so stupif when it comes to the order of these maps- They occur in the order they are released in, with perhaps the exception of Nacht because no-one can be certain with Nacht. Proof: Verrukt- Must occur a while before Shi-No Numa because Dempsey is captured in Verrukt and replaces the mexican test subject Richtofen had. Shi-No Numa- Must occur before Der Riese because the characters are familiar with each other and other aspects of zombies in Der Riese i.e. Hellhounds, Taste of Perks etc. Der Riese- Obviously occurs before Kino as the Wunderwaffe overloads the teleporter at Der Riese and sends the grouo there, confirmed by the radio in BO Shi-No Numa. Kino-Must occur before Ascension as the grouo aren't there yet and have only just teleported into the future, confirmed by Richtofen's opening speech for this map when playing solo/split-screen. Ascension and FIVE- Confirmed by Treyarch to take place at the same time, and most likely occurs before JFK's assasination on the 22nd of November 1963. CoTD- Confirmed to take place after Ascension for two reasons: A) Demspey saya that it was Gersch's fault they were teleported again and even further into the future. The four playable characters on this map suggest the map takes place in 2011. Shangri-La- Confirmed to take place after COTD as Richtofen has the golden rod and the four sometimes comment on being grateful for escaping the cloaet they were trapped in as part of the major easter egg of CoTD. Moon- Confirmed to take place after Shangri-La as Richtofen has the focussing stone acquired during SL and the Vril Generator from CoTD. So there you go.

@wunderwaffe-JZ3 You do realise, there are still alot of these little details in every map since Ascension, right? The Sparky batteries dotted around Ascension, and the characters Matroshyka Dolls. George Romero's different apperance to other zombies and larger health raises questions in Call Of The Dead. The civilian zombies and 'special' zombies present in Shangri-La. And the overall story-advancing feel you get when playing Moon. All these things add to your detective need, you just have to look.

It gives the players a chance to do something OTHER than slay the dead and it gives Treyarch the chance to further the story. You din't want there to be Easter Eggs, fair enough- don't do them. Other people (myself included) enjoy them, so don't go trying to take 'em out of the ame altogether.

How about this: The four are teleported back to Earth when it's safe by Maxis and find themselves in a large, abandoned mansion. Sam eventually remebers this was her home, and that her dad (Maxis) did experiments on zombies here. This is when Richtofen assumes control of the frozen zombies Maxis kept in the house for these experiments and lets them loose on teh four, causing another need for survival. The group also stumbles upon a prototype Pack-A-Punch, which is usable. They also find alot of Maxis's notes which explain in more detail his involvement in Group 935 and his doubts about Richtofen's sincerity to the cause. The easter egg would involve the group following Maxis's orders to gain entrance to the labs below and find the research they need to finish the teleporter and escape the mansion, as well as learning how they can stop Richtofen... Thoughts?

Don't know if anyone's still posting on this thread or not, but I heard that you need to rank up in-game to unlock the wonder weapons from the mystery box. Can anyone clarify this?
