  1. Now in no way does this mean those of you with somewhat smaller map ideas are having lesser ideas or can't post them. This simply is here to separate what should be put in the custom map idea section and the future zombies section! 1!: Map SIZE! Think about the actual size of your map(s). With next generation technology, it's fairly safe to say we won't be receiving any small maps again. Thus, the map idea needs to be put into the custom section. And again, NO!, your idea is still just as good as anyone else's, but it just belongs to another section. 2: The actual features of the map: With maps to come, expect to see more and more actions and things to do: Purchasable drops, hidden buyables for teleporters and such?: Custom, brand new gyroscope-like room?: Future. 3: Wonder weapons: Yep, theres one for every map, including Nuketown (it was the M27, not really a WW, but that's the only map that appeared on so…) Ok not really nuketown… Point is, you must have a unique weapon, if you want to bring back the thunder gun, gersh devices, and the QEDs? Fine, but that's a custom map… 4: Easter eggs: Every main map from accession has had an easter egg (this time including nuketown), it's again fairly safe to assume they will be back. Easter eggs are tricky as well, as many custom maps have also included them. Look at the quality of the easter egg: Is there story development at any point? Does it end abruptly or is there a hint of ambiguity to intrigue the player? It may be helpful to include achievements as well if your making a future map. 5: Perks: We have a total of 11 different perks now, (12 if you count wonder fizz) and chances are, each map will introduce a new perk. There will be exemptions however so perks aren't that big of a way to decide which section the map falls under… Some perk names to stay away from are Dr. Dagger, Coupon Queen, and Stopping power, this isn't to distinguish between custom map and future map, it's just really common to see those names now... And that's the basics, please reference this guide to help determine where to put your map! Thank you for your contributions to this site! -Mocking
  2. Hollywood undead is a bit pop for zombies. Aside from that: -Good custom map material, not next gen tech. -935 is not nikolai, takeo, tank and richtosam, 935 consists of scientist from all over the world including: Gersh, Maxis, Groph, Shuster. Tank and co. are the O4 (standing for Original 4 characters)
  3. You should post this in the custom maps section, it seems more that ally. Next gen. tech is going to need bigger maps then a cargo ship no-offence.
  4. Horrible design is part of the fun! -No one… Ever…
  5. And flopper in origins is useless compared to MOTD or even shangri la.
  6. No no no: Jugg (wonder fizz if it counts) Vulture's aid quick revive (in any mode) flopper speedcola DT tombstone EC staminup mule kick deadshot, nothing squid ink 64 cobblestone blocks half a canister of raw fish who's who
  7. SOOOOOOOO Bored… WANT to play BO1!!!

    1. Mr. Jay

      Mr. Jay

Damn it, I'm always looking for BO1 partners too!

      Buy a PS3.

  8. I prefer the ice staff. Not because it will kill effectively at high rounds, but because by taking the ice staff I've ensured others of a better weapon (aside from whomever is holding the wind staff, may samantha have mercy on you! )
  9. In my eyes the best player is one, not who never goes down, but accepts going down. Those who back out, bitxh at others, and kill the last zombie because of their mistakes is not one.
  10. Aye… Surely there must be some sort of equivalent for PS4 and PC, like perhaps in the PC version there's a tablet of some sorts one can bring out with a key, then use that to type in what they need. I don't now the innovations of the PS4 though off the top of my head…
  11. Huh? Are we forgetting that the 60gb PS3 launched at $600 in the US? …. Do I even have to acknowledge this... -Xbox 1, -Xbox live (previously) -like what 100, -300 for a PS3 three years ago, 300+ for an xbox 360 of the same era…
  12. God knows why, but I actually downloaded WAW online… Now to find out how to install other people's maps!

Re-reading this it sounds quite rude… What i meant was that for some reason it worked THIS time I downloaded it.

  13. Personally I would LOVE for a switch. PS has always been kinder to it's players in terms of actual advancement and well… Price… As well, the only in-town friends I have on XBox 360 are all dead to me now. for multiple reasons… However all my good friends enjoy the PS4… All in all that's a win-win for me…
  14. While BO1 had better zombies maps period with a much better story, black ops 2 maps sheer size is also intimidating. It looses it's appeal once your in and re-discover the maps ratio of useful area is equivalent to that of BO1, but before yeah, it feels more entertaining. Also while BO1 was simple: kill and do easter eggs, BO2 had many more goals: Build this crap, open this stuff, lol you need afterlife for this, error: no generator, HOLYSHIZ it's a big guy! This doesn't mean it's better just that there's more… BO1: All maps are fantastic WAW: Love them Bo2: Like them all with the exception of tranzit.
  15. Main attributes: -Organisation, -Easter eggs, -Reviving, -Keeping the team well-oiled and alive. Main downfalls: -Poor planing can leave me without amo… but only rarely... -Overestimating my knife's ability -L-A-G -Quiet (due to headset) -getting caught on that ONE stupid entity. -Poor tolerance of annoyance: This includes but is not limited to squeekers, "ugg you suck why did you let me go down", "Hey you know if you hold a grenade in your hand for 5 seconds and jump in front of the tank you'll glitch through the map and see samantha", "Yeah I enjoyed the storyline of origins" -(that last one was a joke FYI)
  16. With the XBOX one coming standard issue with a kinnect, I thought to myself: How could one use this to their advantage and I thought of these few ways: 1: Zombie and teammate distraction: In multiplayer now, there are no more UAVs, instead a complex system of sound is used to draw attention to a player's whereabouts. Finding broken pipes, telephones, and other things of this nature can allow one to "throw" their voice to another location, giving the impression of a nonexistent enemy on the minimap. In zombies the same tactic is used not only to distract the predator, but as a signal for others as well: there is no longer a "down" symbol above your head, instead there is a message stating: ____ is downed. Your character will need to use the voice ability to either call out in a laud voice (adjusted via bumpers) that will drain your blood slightly faster, or a quite voice that is less easy to find, but allows for longer life. Likewise zombies can be distracted using the same feature as in multiplayer, and can even be led into traps this way. 2: New mutations: This came to me while playing some batman earlier, this incorporates a brand new round of zombies involving "constrictors" which are horrible mutated corpses with that ability to grab you and strangle you to death. you will need to fight these using kinect technology to shake the vermin off and kill it. Like denizens but they only come once around and it's much more fun to get them off you! 3: In addition to the new mutants, a new attack will be available as well called a "Bunt" in which one thrusts the controller forward pushing players out of the way as well as zombies, but does not deal damage. However it does stun enemy players in grief and multiplayer. This new ability will open up ways to all kinds of new perks. 4: In adition to the new mutations ideas for new boss zombies approach as well. Imagine a large brute zombie that is SUPER hard to kill, but it has no eyes. It walks around and depending on your stealth, you can avoid him or engage him. (other zombies do not set him off.) 5: Wonder weapons: Imagine what new abilities we can now unlock with the power of sound and motion sync. Whips, megaphones, laser hand-cannons! 6: Secret words: Now with this technology, imagine maps that the environment responded to secret code words such as "element 1-1-5" would open one corridor in a lab while another code would be said to a perk machine to give you the 25 bonus points. Now imagine a HUGE secret code that is hinted towards on each map in secret locations and once one has seen the code in all DLCs one can activate this hidden code and discover a huge secret! The kinnect's abilities are much more imminent then a poor mic and a sensor for cheep rip-offs of wii-sports. The abilities and secrets it could hide in our gameplay now is certainly a force to be reckoned with!
  17. No ones getting rid of the old ray gun, that is the only weapon to appear in every zombies map to date, and it will appear in every zombies map from here on out! They should 100% defiantly stick with the M2 dlc weapon as well, and defiantly stick it in with the hardened or pre-ordered version of the next game! Anyways, I'm nearly done with my latest Idea for enhanced gameplay, and in some of the final words of the 11th: It's going to be a WHOPPER! HA-HA!
  18. Depending on if I get this working at all I may be playing some custom maps tonight!

  19. Aw.. I'm not a cosmonaut anymore… :(

      …. Nope… Nope it wasn't… :|

  20. We hated it because they didn't give us enough, as well, the EMPs, lack of Jug, and OP nature of the paralyzer were HUGE downfalls on the 3 maps we DID get. What we need is a grief map with no gimmics, just simple battle for fair weaponry and heck, even traps would be fun.
  21. going to be online soon… UP FOR ANYTHING IN BO1 OR 2!

  22. I know where every part is and where it can be found, but I constantly forget that some parts even exist… -_-"

It can't run WaW. So he lost $20 buying it. Bad luck, dude.

  24. Now that I have funding for COD WAW, I just want to make sure I'm doing this right: Just get it from steam, that's it? And from there how do I move on to modded maps and such?

    1. DeathBringerZen

      DeathBringerZen

Downloading it from steam is recommended. After that, you just need to visit one of the 3 main custom forums, or download one of the maps I have posted in the custom section here. 99% of custom maps are a self-installing EXE file, so you just run it and it will automatically go to the mod folder. Now boot the game up and go to the mod option and your map will be there. :D

  25. Like I said: An MMO… I've made a thread about this, it would take place in ruin-ed earth where a preset amount of perks and whatnots spawn in towns that are actually linked to the general climates of the real-time earth. Places such as the empire state building, der reise, and nact would all appear here as well. Truly a battle across the globe against the undead hordes. Here
