First of all I did not get that from Wikipedia, I learnt that Pandora's box was in fact a jar years ago from a TV show called QI. I then researched the box more, learning all of the other facts. I have researched mythologies for many years. Greek, Egyptian, Roman, Norse. I also resent the fact that you accuse me of just looking this up in the condescending manner of which you did it. Secondly even if I did just look it up on Wikipedia, it still has enough evidence to have a very strong argument against your theory. I apologize if you feel criticized.... Ment no harm... And I'm not saying you're wrong, just that I found the almost word-for-word exact same description when I looked up pandora's box....

Many people have tried to discover the buried storyline and not many explanations can be drawn.... This is a storyline of what I believe is going on in this small town of "pithos" (also a inferred name...) The Box: In the town there is a box, no one knows how or why, but this box USED to contain the demons and evil of the world... And now its being used to side with maxis or Richtofen... Both of which when the box is used... Destroys all "hope" for the future of the earth.... This is a sign that the box is actually pandora's box.... And the town is named (by me) pithos for another word for "container" which is what was pandora's box may have actually been... The box in real greek mythology was actually a jar, which may explain the Lamp.... How the town got here: So lets begin: This is a mix between the greek mythology and the vrill beliefs found around MOON... In the beginning the vrill came and built the MPD to control the life force and aether energy, the humans were there for this, specifically the early greeks. Some of them found the vrill who displayed mastery of lightning, so the greeks assumed he was zeus... Then the vrill presented a woman, pandora with a box, this box was FILLED with aether energy, collected energy from the moon's MPD. Pandora, despite the request from the vrill, opened the box and released a HUGE amount of the energy around her and those around her... Now if anyone remembers Captain Jack Harkness from Dr. Who, he absorbed a large amount of time energy and became impervious to death, well, similar effects happened to the city... Getting the main focused blast, pandora became immortal and gained the ability to keep her soul alive after death. Others, such as one citizen, became infused with the energy which caused him large bodily changes turning him into a giant... (huckleberry) The rest of the town either perished or gained no super natural powers other then simi-imortality.. They would never age, but they could be killed... Over time they were forced out of Greece by the romans and made their way to Africa, where they built a city, this city lasted as a perfectly disguised victorian city until the end o the victorian era, where there was an event... This event tore a MASSIVE hole in the earth, but aside from that it didn't do much damage, it did however burry the city underground... Where it laid preserved underground... The "broken arrow" that russman was a part of studied this crack... Shangri-la: Its possible the entire event was simply the movement of shangri-la into the "hallow earth". As seen in the shangri-la loading screen.... And the Eclipse mode is actually taking place in the outer world just as the event was taking place..... Brock and gary claim to have been lurking through the mountainous Himalayas, where they entered argotha and found shangri-la, but then they kept getting teleported in and out of argotha and between the rift... The mountains of shangri la could have been destroyed during the teleporting sequence... Leaving the perfect place for a rock quarry... Russman was here before: Russman and co appeared in modern america, some time before the nukes but after shangri-la had disappeared... He found the buried city and met the citizens who all seemed just normal people, they then showed him the box, possibly making him ageless as well: One of his quotes says he's over 75 years old... certainly a man of THAT age can't keep up with the hordes.... Russman returned to america empty handed and was fired... Then the nukes came... What became of the town: The underground town was demolished and everyone in it was destroyed... Huckleberry became mute and a drunk and all kinds of other problems... And pandora, who had acquired a large fortune and a mansion over the course of her time, refused to accept death... becoming a ghost she listened to the many attempts for maxis and richtofen to power the tower... every time they failed.. Until russman came along... And actually succeeded.... The weapons origins: The paralyzer is likely of greek design, using the greek's spiral to pull apart the very atoms in the air, and in zombies... The time-bomb is also of their design as well, you can see the greek's golden-number-fibonachi- spiral on the bomb's box.... And works by latching onto a piece of time and then blowing it up when detonated... This is a crude explosion and while restoring most of the time stream, some things like the wisp and the doors, can NOT be reset... The easter egg in-depth: Moving on, the orbs: Sort of like a diminutional lock on pandora's ORIGINAL box, one can simply break the lock or open it the intended way by expanding the orb using the spiral of the paralyzer.... The original box was a jar, which now floats above as a lantern... That lantern is never opened, but can contain the demons of which pandora released: Her own immortality (richtofen) or the effects on huckleberry (maxis).... Once the lantern is placed, the wisp can be found, the wisp, as richtofen stated, is better left untold what it really is... In actuality it is likely Elpis the embodiment of hope... Which we are bringing directly to it's hanging/beheading place... once the wisp is in place the rest of the easter egg resolves more around simply supplying a link between the tower and the wisp... At last then there's the button... the second box... The problem with opening the box in the first place was that there was no aetheric energy hold to send the energy, so it simply spread out amongst the world... With the Elpis being attached to the tower, and the tower being linked to other towers around the globe directly where the hole of argotha WAS.... Hope was drained of all it's energy and killed... By pushing the button the world lost hope.... IMPORTANT: Now I hope you enjoyed this, but remember: This is ALL just a POSSIBLE story to what has happened here... NONE of this is confirmed....

Would returning to der reise even make sense? As maxis is focused on argotha I doubt that the gateway there will be in der reise.... Maybe we'll see a shangri-la appearance... Or something like that.... But what I would REALLY like to see is the final mark of my countdown, so I can't spoil it...

Well it also is harnessing energy from the rift.... not just the box... But what perplexes me is: What is that box? It was built before we came here... What does that button REALLY do? The best idea I've found so far is that the box is actually pandora's box and it latches on to the tower's power sourses... Causing whoever is linked to that power to gain control of the inside of the box, which likely is filled with all kinds of aether energy... Like this: Say there is a large fat of water, on one side there is richtofen with a small stream flowing down and on the other maxis has no water but wants the water to move in the opposet dirrection, the box opens up a flood of aether energy aka the vat, either allowing richtofen even more power or maxis to change the dirrection of richtofen's stream... The box holds a TON of aether energy in short... However there is a cost: in the words of one of the GREATEST episodes of a really good tv show: Myka (sad dieing voice): And all that remained in the bottom of pandora's box was.... Hope... Claudia: (Angry sad voice): So when the box was destroyed... Arte (Normal low toned-dramatic voice): The world lost hope.... When that box is opened according to the anchient Greek Wisdom... The world will surely be doomed and there will be no hope... By this logic it means richtofen will likely end up destroying the world at some point in the next map and we already know maxis wants to end the world too....

ALL Right here's part 3! If you saw the er... "Promotional Artwork" of the Dlc poster I made, you'll recognize this as "countdown" Enjoy! Previous part (2): http://www.callofdutyzombies.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=138&t=34056&p=318211#p318211 New survival map Idea: Count Down This survival map surrounds around being in the INSIDE of big ben, a very large clock…. The normal pathways are completely destroyed, leaving four british gents. to fight for their survival at the hands of a massive dooms-day clock…. Type of Map: Hell, Vertical Sense this isn't the REAL clock it's a lot bigger then the normal thing…. All around the clock there are small purple openings that can be knifed open, while open they can absorb the souls of zombies to power the clock, once the clock has been powered enough it can move forward ever so slightly… Note: Every time the round changes the ENTIRE clock gets ticked forward. Level 1 - M-14 and olympia off wall, possible box location You start at the bottom of the clock: level 1, there is a massive lava pit down a hole in front of you, like in the tranzit power station, right off the bat zombies will begin to enter the clock via the cracks in the wall or from the lava-hole it's self… As your first priority, you can begin by powering up the pendulum, which will allow one to bring it down and board it… but now you have the problem of having a useless pendulum, powering it again will pull it back up to where it was: Level 2… Level 2- Quick revive, mp5k and galvaknuckles off wall Once the pendulum has finished it's journey the next destination is a giant sideways cog, on one side you have the pendulum, in the center there's quick revive, and on opposing sides there's the two wall weapons…. Opposing the pendulum is a spiral screw: This is your ticket upwards! But to reach it one must power the cog, as only one of the cog's points are actually long enough to reach the different locations... Stand on the screw and wait, eventually (without zombie power) it will begin to rise up and nearly crush you against a platform… get off and climb up to level 3! Level 3: Juggernog, box spawn, Remington shotgun This area is VERY thin and COVERED in debris! You'll need to kill zombies AND jump over the many hurtles of the multiple moving belts… as well as keep up with where to jump off and where to hold on… On one of the belts there's a constantly circling juggernog machine, take use of that… Off the wall where you came in there's the Remington, and one conveyer belt will push past the box! In one area there's an incline that will drop you off on a piston, when that piston retracts, you will reach area 4! Level 4: Double tap 2.0, AN94 and PDW off wall Here there's multiple pistons surrounding the area, so WATCH where you kill your zombies! one wrong shot and BAM! Crushed! perks and weapons GONE! When you're ready kill a zombie on the big piston in the middle, it will raise you up to the top floor: Level 5! Level 5: box spawn place Here on level 5 there is a verity of cogs that you will need to jump over, crawl under, and avoid to reach the window: Thats right the big clock-face! You can enter the clock face through the crack in the "3" bit…. Clock face: Phd flopper When you step outside there's a SMALL platform attached to the minute hand, big enough for 4 players and 4 zombies, that's IT, and once all players are on it, it falls to 6:00! Your goal is to kill the zombies that will scale the clock before they can get you down! Each zombie kill is 1 minute, so 15 kills will get you to the "9:00" section where players can buy PHD flopper from a small room. It is VITAL that you get this perk(as indicated from the writing all around the room) if you need a while to earn more points, hold off in the small room, as the hand won't move without everyone on it! Once the desired amount of players have obtained the perk, they can move on, back to the hand and watch as they near 12:00! For those who did NOT purchase PhD there is a crack in the "11" mark you can go through and arrive back in level 5 to avoid the events that fallow: After those last 5 kills, the clock rings and all players are dropped from the top of the clock ALLL the way down to the bottom! The bottom: Pack a Punch, Speed cola, Zombie shield (pre-built) table (like in grief borough) For those who survived the trip, you'll find the whole tower is sitting above a HUGE pit of lava surrounding the whole tower! Here you can find pack a punch and the shield table, with a bit of jumping you can also find speed cola hidden behind the tower…. When you're ready to return, there will be a hole near the bace of the tower, jump down to return to level 1! Secrets: Midnight: When you first fall to the ground floor, the clock will be at 10:00 and the second time you fall it will be at 11:00, but the third time you fall, the clock will be set to midnight! When this happens a small musical easter egg will begin, just a little 8-bit theme of something…. 1:15 - After your 4th trip the clock will reset to 1:15 when this happens all players will be rewarded with a perk drop, making it possible to get all 5 perks… Also from now on every time one goes through the clock 3 times a new perk drop will fall! 9:35- After MANY trips to the top one can achieve getting the clock to say 9:35, and when it does you receive the fallowing: Achievement: Bronze: 30gs: Time's up: On Countdown set the clock to dooms day. It will also allow every player in the game to gain permanent fire sale! What fun! Drops on this map: Firesale, Double points, Max amo, nuke, perk drop, (no windows so no carpenter) insta-kill Perks: Quick revive, Double tap, Speedcola, Juggernog, PHD, pack a Punch Guns(from box): Tommy gun, death machine, Raygun-m2, Ray gun, S-12, Fal, rpg, smr, RPD, mini-uzi, time bomb,Lsat, and Lock (Yes the time-bomb returns, why not? The whole map is about time!) So please rate this map, ask questions, and comment anything you think I should improve on! I like criticism when I ask for it! There has been some speculation in trayarch that the camp. will be working with the zombies team, But its not JUST the camp. team.... Trayarch wants the storyline to advance in a dramatic way, Which, no offence to the zombies team, Samuel Marelton, Misty, and Russman, have not supplied like Macnera, Nikolai, Robert Englund, tank, Castro, Sara M. Geller, The soldiers, Sal, Danny trejo, Finn, Takeo, the weasel, Samantha, JFK, Richtofen, Gersh, Brock and gary, brutus, Nixon, M. Rooker, Maxis, George A romero, Yuri, Shuster, Groph, and Billy Handsome have...... As well as any other characters of the zombies universe I have not listed.... The campaign team is simply there to make sure the zombie team doesn't screw up TOO badly and make rash choices like sending the O4 to venus... Or make more horrible characters.... Or making the next map take place in france in the 1900s....

No the multiplayer Pack a Punch camo is definitely fashioned after the World at War pack a punch. and it definitely follows that pattern. I do apologize... It was late when i wrote that and i doubt i checked the spell check.... Ill fix that.... and for pete's sake it is Camo not Cameo. Camo is short for Camouflage. Cameo is a small role for an actor in a film Weird, for some reason it posted my quote but not what I wrote... I said: ah sorry about that I'll go back and fix it... -
What if we have to build the comic book? And find all the pages? Then for the final bit we "change" the past by adding a new comic book page?

I don't think it matters in the end who or what we choose: (Given we get to play in 2 different maps) Map 1: Maxis: Heads to argotha, opens portal... Ends up releasing the "ultimate evil" and the World begins to be devoured by it.... Samanthia and the O4 are OK... (Because they're the f-ing O4 they don't die).... Then maxis makes a hard desesion: Call upon Richtofen to help re-claim the world... Or watch the world burn and die... In the end he releases richtofen, puts everyone back in their own body's, and sends Sam. And richtofen down to the final map (wherever it is) to help.... Richtofen: Consumed by his own madness, he finds he can not gain the full possession of ANY body on earth, so he takes a different rought.... He trys to possess his own body in argotha! In doing so he gains his own body back as well as maintains control of the aether... BUT then the "ultimate evil" uses richtofen as a conduit to reach into the MPD and take control, making HIM the over-lord of the aether.... Richtofen FINALLY after almost 100 years in time-traveling.... Comes to his senses and uses the rest of what little power he had to eject samanthia's body from the MPD and teleport himself and the others to her... Where he then says: Samanthia.... Help me fix this mess.... Compleating these Easter eggs unlocks "Evil" mode in addition to easy and origional.... The zombies eyes are red, the box is the MOTD chest (In MOTD it just stays the chest) and there are no specific "rounds" only a timer, zombies will NOT stop spawning in, once that timer hits zero all the zombies will become the next teir stronger: Round 1 zombies become round 2 zombies.... You can no longer buy amo from a wall, you must actually purchase the WHOLE weapon again... There is no double points, nukes, perk drops, or Fire sales, only Max-amos, carpenders, and insta-kills.... Perks still work the same, but all perma-perks are GONE... No bank or weapons locker.... Monkeys now do the opposet of what they're soposed to do: As they now repell zombies away from the bomb (making it harder for the player to accomplish what they need) ... Jumping jacks spawn for a whole timer's period in die rise, brutus still spawns, huckleberry doesn't appear (don't worry everything in the area is already open), and entering the witch's house will cause all the zombies for the rest of the timer's period to become ghosts, and the MOTD dogs will actually snap AT you now.... And the worst bit? Everyone gets 1 shot at the box... The second a player hits the box a second time: It moves! (Each time it moves a player's hits get reset, so basically the box allows 1 weapon per person before it moves again....) That's evil mode... In which all easter eggs are dissabled... Second map: (If no players have compleated maxis or richtofen they spawn in as CDC/CIA agents.... Maxis: Samule, Richtofen, Takeo, and Russman, All work together Using their brains, bad-assery, and in the end the evil one is vanquished back into the MPD, where samanthia then takes her body back.... And exits the MPD.... Making all zombie's on earth revert back to non-glowing eyes... For a moment, then a familure voice is heard: Hahhahaa... Hello again! Takeo: I knew he would return to help us.... Richtofen: Gersh? Hello there! How are you talking to us? .... Gersh : Simple I took control of the MPD after it was unoccupied... And I'm sorry to say but I do not have the power to stop the zombie's rampage.... However I can assist you all in anyway I can.... For the rest of the game the zombies eyes will be green, occasionally there will be a red-eyed zombie wich will ALWAYS drop a power up... Additionally, the entire map has permanent fire sale, all perks, and all perma-perks stay active the WHOLE game: Teddybear, quick revive, perma-juggernog, headshots, phd, half-back durring double points.... All of them the whole game! And lastly for Compleating the WHOLE Easter egg for maxis, you are rewarded with a brand new perma-perk that never goes way (unless you're on a survival map) that allows you (you one player) To buy all the perks, thats right, no more stopping at 4, you can purchase all the perks in any map! As well your skull-ranking-symbol will now hold a Green-eyed zombie with a red-sheild back ground.... Richtofen: Playing as Tank, Nikolai, Marelton and Misty you help samanthia who in her predicament is behind the scenes working to help richtofen (as seen in the maxis side) and compleate similar tasks that without them, would not be able to vanquish the evil.... In the end the crew sends the evil one back to argotha and seals the gate.... From there maxis sacrafises himself to seal the MPD.... Once again gersh comes in to take his position as the anouncer... Eyes turn green and the red-eyed zombie leaves drops... With richtofen's side you get all perks, permanent fire sale, and mule-kick plus for the rest of the game... And for completing the entire richtofen Easter egg, you get perma-Mule kick, allowing a player in any map (besides MOTD and game-maps) to gain 3 weapons at a time... Purchasing mule kick allows the player to hold 4 weapons! How cool is that? As well doing richtofen's side will give you a ranking symbol of a green eyed skull with a blue sheild.... For compleating both sides the ranking system gives you a Red-eyed zombie with a green sheild..... Also Note: You can only hold, one of the grand reward-perma-perks at a time, meaning once you can not have perma-mule and all perks buyable in one game.... Unless you finished the richtofen Easter eggs up through burried and you activated mule kick+... That's an exemption.... So how'd you guys like it? -

Arnt the camos just copy's of the Paped weapons from zombies? The greenish electronic-chip glowing camo? It's not ment to look like the WAW camo at all... Just the BO2 normal and MOTD cameos... It's likely this looks weird if it's put on a gun that's in MP. But not zombies... TBH... This is Nestalgic and it does signal that the final dlc will have a LOT of zombie-ness in it... But it is quite lazy if you think about it... They already had the camo.... They just made them for MP... But none the less, I will buy this camo and I haven't bought any others yet!.... -

You're laughing because I wouldnt have to even change the animation for this... Also: The zombie's are trying to kill, look at russman in the die rise cutscene! The nova jumpers did a NUMBER on him... -

I didn't know this actually... I knew he could make the turbine, but I didn't know he could bring a new one to you... Hmm... Does it work the same with all traps? -
Try counting them like I did... Use the NGT video of where they all are and record how many pop up in each place... That way, if people keep messing up, everyone knows why... I found the hardest place by far was the candy store... The saloon has some tough angles but is NOT a problem for someone with the paralizer-Pdw combo (if you're close enough)... The house is very simple, once you know the pattern... It can be confusing at first due to the lights probably being out (they likely are if you're doing this right after the lever step)... It's also a good idea for whoever's going to be here to feed the hillbilly candy to make him pick up the crawler, as he never walks out in front of your view... Put you're least skilled player here... The barn I also found to be pretty easy once you know the patern, it's good to have a Pdw-LSAT/Hammer combo here as the 5-at-a-time window step is easier to accomplish with a large amount of spray, but don't use the other weapon until the final step, as the PDW works best for the first bits... And the candy store.... Dear god.... The targets not only appear in god awful places.... But the ones in the window have the barrier of the wood frame as well as moving targets... And they don't stay up for more then 3 seconds! Your best hope is to have a Galil or possibly a hammer if you're fast enough, paired with the Pdw to hit those window bits,,, But the most important thing I cans say is: LEARN THE ORDER! YOU WILL FAIL IF SOMEBODY DOESN'T REMEMBER THE ORDER! Glue it into your head! NEVER forget it!

The return of the O3 and the body of richtofen? And 935? Epic! Bout time this storyline got whipped back into shape! Maybe black ops 3 will tell the story of what happened to the O4 while the N4 were doing their thing....
