  1. It doesn't even make any sense... Somehow shooting random targets powers up the tower? The guiliteen/gallows I understand.... The orbs I understand (also little side note: In die rise richtofen destroyed maxis's spheres, and in buried maxis destroyed richtofen's spheres... Touché maxis... Tou-chè....)... The lantern makes SOME sense... The wisp makes sense... The round infinity/ bell steps make sense.... But that damn shooting gallery step... It's just obvious that trayarch got lazy and knew they needed SOMETHING for the final step... And thus this evil thing was created....
  2. Seriously THIS STEP.... It helps to know how many targets there are: I counted these in a NGT gaming video, not sure if exact: House: 23 Candy: 20-22 Saloon: 19 Jail: 22 It's not that many targets when you get down to it.... But STILL.... Uggg.... My plan was to whip through richtofen when the final dlc came out, then tray maxis IMEDIANTLY to see the rewards... NOW I have NO idea where i'm going to get players to help me do the MAXIS side of the Easter egg.... Eh... Something to keep my occupied for the next 2 years.... :(

  4. I think the next page is going to be multiple survival maps we've never seen, then the last page is a grand new big map everyone's been waiting for!
  5. No no, you don't need to do anything... They simply release the last map late so that the zombies COMUNITY can find the Easter egg in the first of the 2 maps they release as a part of the final dlc: Dlc4: bla bla bla Big zombie's map----> People download the dlc----> People find and do the Easter egg(s)----> just when everyone thinks zombies is over for the next 2 years BAM we get a special "late" map released 2 weeks after!
  6. I think the "storm" sniper riffle from the campaign would be nice, the one that can shoot through walls! Another thing would be instead of a hacker: A ziggy that one can control to hack perk machines, doors, pack a punch and while in use the zombies would ignore you......
  7. How about for the final dlc we get one or two GIGANTIC maps, like seriously HUGE maps with like 4 survival/turned/grief areas in each? I wouldn't mind that....

  11. That has nothing to do with boss rounds.... Although on the topic of hard zombie maps: Roaming boss zombies seem to be the way to go... Round baced bosses tend to be a RELEIF more then a surprise... My idea would be a weeping angle type-deal... It spawns in without a sound.... You think you're all nice and safe.... You look at it... It's a tall non-moving zombie with a suit on.... You look away.... You look back.... He's right in front of you.... You blink... game over.... Your dead body being carried in his arms....

  13. Cell block survival would just be useless... Too many people pissed off about no jug... Greif is just fine there... Diner does NOT need to be a survival map it is WAY too small... Main Map is a given, remakes wouldn't be profitable Dead ops Arcade 2: That would be GRAND, everyone loved dead ops arcade to some extent! And to return to it would be awsome!
  14. It should also be noted if you put a python in it will be a remmington new model on buried as the python doesnt exist on that map....
  15. Sadly as long as that seems, that was only 1 year of waiting.... (Mw3 season) NOW we have to live through 2 years with ghost and then a sledge hammer game.... To make maters worse console gamers are gonna have to re-new their consoles.....

  17. AH sorry, gettin my threads mixed up... Yeah, no there is no way the engine could handle just SHRINKING the zombies, imagine every zombie just getting shrunk then kicked, theres no way the engine could handle that, it lags like crazy just when one KILLS to fast... It's just not going to work like that....
  18. I disagree with a lot of that as well... Black ops 1 weapons killed TONS better then the BO2 weapons... Hamer or Hk12? Defiantly the Hk12... Thunder gun---> Jet gun Winter's howel ---> Blundergat Gersh device----> Time bomb Seliquifier---> Wunder waffe... Also the storyline was ALOT better in BO1... We have basically NO story in tranzit, die rise, and buried, the only map with a fantastic story would have been mob of the dead... In BO1 you has the radios in kino, the secrets in "five", the radios/mystery man in ascension, the characters (o4) in COTD, Brock and Gary in shangri la, and Griffen station on Moon.... also grief and turned have NOT helped zombies gameplay a whole bunch.... Rarely do many play it, some one always lags out of grief, turned is just.... Horrible.... and its honestly not much fun...., The survival maps are nice, but given we only have four, three of which are parts of the WORST map ever, its not truly game-changing.... Buildables were a very nice addition, as well as the more interactive environments, but i would have picked a better story however, over these though.... Persistant upgrades are more trouble then they're worth, many of them are useless, and those that are worth something make the game too easy.... Plus think of the time waisted in adding those when they could have just added PHD, radios, or more buildables... Another thing you missed are the "private matches" but yeah lobby leader boards would be a nice thing, I've had too many hot shot shotguns tell me to get lost because i went on vacation and got demoted back to skull..... In short: (and in comparison to BO1) Perma perks: Bad Buildables: Fantastic Current leaderboard and lobby system: Very poor... Wonder weapons: Meh, the paralyzer, seliquifier, time bomb,hells redeemer and blunder gat have NOT disappointed me, however the EMPS and the jet gun.... (shudder) Still not as good as the BO1 WW though... New perks: Tombstone: Ok, i like it... I can get all perks with it... Whos who: Love the jingle but a horrible perk.... Electric cherry: Very nice no complaints Vulture aid: Love it nothing bad about this at all! Over all: About the same as the BO1 perks but if all the Bo1 perks were all together, vs these perks... Bo1 would win... Big time.... Story: HUGE let down... The characters are horrible, there is no backstory to any of the maps, its just: Oh hey, you found this... thing here, yeah that got here some how, use your imagination and wikipedia to figure it out.... I personally KNOW i could have written a better map's backstory.... I mean seriously... Its pathetic! ALL the black ops 2 maps should have been as storyline-detailed as MOTD.... Then it would have been POSSIBLE to complete with the BO1 map's storyline... Well thats MY rant for today.....

  21. You likely got the headshot perma and the box perma... The headshot does more damage to head shots, and the box perma supposedly makes you get better weapons from the box..... Which doesn't really mean anything sense the box is RANDOM anyways...
  22. MOTD takes place after January 19th 1934. That is when all of them were dead. I thought that Mob of The Dead took place on December 31, 1933 since on the recordings you hear from Stanley Ferguson he states that the escape plan was enacted on that date. Either way, nice thread Infected115! I hope we get at least some answers to these questions. No it doesn't take place on that date, however time around the 4 are stuck on that date sense they are in hell.... It in actuality could be 2035 and still look like Dec. 31 1933... Stanley Ferguson states he was a guard at Alcatraz from 1933- 1949 I believe, meaning the ACTUAL date is past 1949.... But the prison still looks exactly the same....
  23. Some other unanswered questions: Who built the paralyzer, time bomb, and seliquifier.... I believe marelton could have made the seliquifier, but.... Another thing: When does MOTD take place? Its in hell, which never changes, but that could mean MOTD could take place anywhere after 1933.... Why is the victorian town of buried hidden like it is underground? And who built all the technology in it? (The ghost, The button, The orbs) How did russman meet stu, and how did marelton meet misty? What happened to Tedd? Why do scientist believe that the zombie plague is airborne or even a virus?

No everyone gets the dlc you don't have to do the easter egg, but the final map isn't revealed until after the dlc's easter egg is found by somebody (likely NGT, Mr. ROFLwaffles, or another great easter egg hunter...) And its free to anyone with a season's pass or a that bought dlc 4.... The coding and funding it would take to do that which you're thinking of would be horrible...
