  1. Oh yes, cars are fixable, as well as motor-bikes, planes, trains, boats, and even a rocket in certain areas of the world. Likewise, any type A teleporter can be linked to any other Type A teleporter in the world. However Type B teleporters are linked only to it's paired Type B…. Cars: Can be fast, controllable, and rage havoc, there's the most easy of the vehicles to repair. They have long enough durability and great protection against hordes. Bikes: Motor bikes have less defense of the car, but allow one to hold a weapon in their free hand. Likewise, it's possible to pick up a single other survivor from a horde without stopping. This is only slightly more difficult to build then the car, as it requires a wheel part commonly…. It also lasts longer then the car in terms of gas, and is typically faster. Boats: Do what they say on the tin, they maneuver over water. They're helpful for gaining access to islands. German U-boats can be found and used as a hybrid car-boat system. Typically boats do not NEED to be repaired. However they are SUPER vernable to zombies that swim. You do have access to a weapon though if you have a partner. Also, there are bigger yachts and cruises that can be found. These typically sail in a set path and can not be changed, furthermore, they are also typically CRAWLING with zombies too. Trains: Once a train starts it's on a set path at the highest linear speed in the game. No zombies can board the train once it's left, but any that are on before hand are still an issue. Trains are the best way to carry lots of people. There are also subways and monorails in certain parts. They are somewhat complicated to fix however. Planes: There are 2 types of planes: Jets, and makeshifts. Makeshifts can be found on long rooftops like in Alcatraz and are made of common materials. They are however limited to 5 people and can not travel freely, they will always land/crash where they are meant to. Jets on the other hands are difficult to build, carry lots of people, are found in airports, and can be controlled to land in any designated airspace. There are no zombies on planes. Rockets: There are two rockets in the game: The russian missile, and the NASA lander. Russia's missile is found in the outskirts of moscow. It's the strongest weapon in the game, allowing anyone who can find the parts scattered around the world (yes the world) access to the missile, it will clear a whole chunk of zombies for 10 minutes once designated. On the other hand there's the nasa rocket, which is ridable. It will take players to the NASA space station, where there is a bit of a zombie outbreak in space. In space there is no gravity and NO air, instant death if your helmet is chewed through. There is also a way to glide down to griffin station too. Where one can explore MOON and teleport back to A51. There is low gravity on the moon but there is air in some places. The rocket however is the second to hardest build in the game (The hardest requiring a piece from the space station) and requires parts from some of the hardest places in the world. At this time I think it's appropriate to address buildables: There are TONS of buildables in the game, some requiring common parts, some requiring rare parts, some requiring parts from other builds. But each player is instructed to gather his own parts to build his device. Rare parts are found in one area of the game and can be picked up from the same location over and over by everyone. Common parts can be found in multiple areas, but can only be picked up by one player before disappearing. By pushing select, or Tab or whatever, one is given a menu of all the parts one has collected, and what machines can be built with them. Machines that have color can be built in the chunk, machines that don't will require you to travel outside of the chunk. While accessing your menu you are vernable, which is why you need to find a safe area: Close the door to the closet or something, climb atop a radio tower, ect. Deaths: When you die in this game a few things can happen: -Instant death: Drowning in the ocean, suffocating in space, crushed by an elevator, falling into an out-of-bounds crater. This means you're dead unless you have Who's who or quick revive. -Downing: Like in zombies downing results in the loss of perks, but not weapons. However tombstone 2.0 will allow one to maintain one's perks after they have gone down and are either revived or self-revived with quick revive. -Helper drone: Once deployed can revive you after you are downed, it will not save your perks however. Perks: Quick revive: Works like in solo and co op, find a player, revive him faster, go down, revive back up with no perks by yourself. Who's who: Spawns you back with a fresh body, but with no guns, eventually you will find your old body (Unless it was insta-deathed) and revive it to get all perks but who's who back. Tombstone 2.0 will let you keep your perks if your who's who body respawns you. Or if your old body dies and is revived. Death without help: The game is over your character is dead and you have to start back at your spawn with no perks, weapons, or parts other then a weapon you can put in your locker. HOWEVER any cosmetics you've unlocked during your travels are still up for use, as well as secret bonuses.
  2. Oh this again? Sure: Challenge name: short battery. The challenge works on Origins: What short battery means is only 2 of each generator can be on in a game. If one wants to obtain another generator, they must wait until the templars come to shut previous generators off. This means that perks will be limited, as well as box use, and PAP can NOT be obtained. You are allowed to purchase any gun, access any area, and use the staffs as much as you like (I forget if one is able to upgrade the staffs without all generators or if that's just the EE….)
  3. Someone used to call me a **** please report this topic, post ****….. Yep…. That's how bad it got…. **** please report this topic, post ****….
  4. The effort it takes to port this is too much of a time consuming task, worse case scenario, they end up porting the NINTENDO version to PS3 and XB360….
  5. Thank you. For further details: There would be a sort of pip-man helping system where a small computer device helps locate nearby teleporters (most of which can be used to access other teleporters in the world, while others are used to warp between point A and
  6. SLOW clap to whatever GENIUS at Sledgehammer thought survival mode would work THIS time….

  7. Alright, so I was playing Moon, and there was one guy in the lobby whom had reached round 99 but had no NML score…. Obviously a hacker of sorts (Double checked this BTW for glitches)… But I was willing to play sense we had a full lobby of mics. Anyway one of the guys turns out to be a troll and leaves the game the second we get to the moon, even after he died trying to reach the teleporter. Back in the lobby, he asks me to play again. I respond with: Oh…. Yeah I don't really like to play with hackers… And left. Minutes later after deciding to play BO2, I get a message: "YOU CHILDISH LITTLE BAST______! _____ YOU! I'M NOT A HAKER! YOU'RE JUST JEALOUS OF MY ROUND 99 ACHIEVEMENT!" to which I respond with: "Dude, you have round 99 with like 15 kills and NO NML score… Try again dude…" " ____ YOU! I DO HAVE A NML SCORE! IT's 124 KILLS A___HOLE!" Annoyed that I would have to deal with this, I put BO1 BACK into the console and checked the leader boards: "Dude, no you don't, its' blank!" "YOu BUTTHURT PR___! F--- YOU! YOU JUST MISSED OUT ON PLAYING WITH THE GREATEST PLAYER EVER BIT---! At this point I decide to stop feeding the troll and just go back to (ineffectively) find players for a game of MOTD. But minutes later: F--- YOU COWARD! I KNEW YOU DIDN'T WANT NONE OF THIS! YOU BETTER BACK THE F--- UP BOI! (Yes spelled BOI) Fed up I say: "Fine, I'll gladly play you in a simple game of 1v1 grief on any map you want…. " "BIG BOY THINK HE SO BAD CUZ HE GOT BO2… I AIN'T GOT THE GAME NI----!" "FIne, we'll play a game of Kino, whomever has the most kills, and least deaths at the end wins… "NAh NI----! I AIN'T GOT TIME FO YOU'RE(should have been "your") LITTLE PUNk A__ BI___! "Then leave me alone and let me finish my game if you arn't man enough to take me on in a game of zombies…" " BUT YOU WON'T FIGHT ME DOH!" At this point I give, I stop texting back and stop feeding the troll…. However over the next 3 hours of my Origins game, I get NUMEROUS messages from him calling me a Bi____, a coward, and with one message even a communist…. He's now been reported and blocked by my account.
  8. A is a lie, I have played MANY games in which I have gotten FAR past building staffs. And yeah, coding is ALL kinds of messed up. The amount of BS caused by a few little jerks glitching the game to have more then one staff is horrible… I barely even make it through games anymore without someone losing a staff or glitching out the map in some horrid way. Thing is, those are friends you play with when you survive going underneath, with randoms it's much more difficult, typically someone fails to save the zombie, not everyone is at the excavation site, or the guy who spawns in just has NO idea what he's doing…. Much harder to keep that little guy alive with a boomhilda or Spattz then with a staff with a revive tool on the end. Also, it DOES really matter what staff you have: Take the wind staff: Holds a grand total of 3 shots in it's cannon, that may work fine those 3 times, but it's then fallowed up by a somewhat long reload, time in which you are VERY exposed to zombie attacks. Where as the fire staff incinerates instantly. The lightning staff has enough amo to suffice, and sadly the ice staff can sometimes freeze, but zombies will still get by not long after to double swipe the MESS out of you in the mud. Also, remember, everyone in the lobby is being WAY too optimistic, expecting to make it to 30 or higher, when the staffs are becoming more and more obsolete. Not to mention the Lag recovery factor….
  9. Well not the mechanics just the round base system…. Perhaps there are zones ranging 1-20 Depending on the level of the zone, the zombies are harder. One can tell when a person enters a new zone based off the number in the bottom left. In addition, there are a few randomly spawning chunks that increase in level the more players are in them. Or the longer players are in them. On a general basis, once a non-specific zone has been left alone long enough by all players it resets. There would also need to be multiple servers to prevent the entire world flooding a single server.
  10. It could be done by rounds VS minutes: round one ends in 1 minute. Round 2 ends in 2 minutes. When players die they come back when a new round starts. This may seem a bit of a pain now, but at round 15 this becomes QUITE the pain, especially if the new console can maintain more zombies.
  11. Considering that Players do NOT spawn within close enough proximity to effectively get to the ice staff and use it to escape the close-quarters crypt where they will inevitably go down, not to mention losing the staff permanently just from picking it up, yes C is better to earn points with a mauser and just stick with another player until he can afford a gun and fend for himself. There's no reason to hate on calling staffs before a match, it helps derive which players are the least mature: Ok so I WANT the fire staff : Maturity level: 5 I'm only going to play If I get the fire staff!: Maturity level: 1 I'm fine with all staffs with the exception of XXXXX: Maturity level 8 I'm fine with anything: No preference generally means they have not been to high rounds and don't know which staff wields the best to them: Maturity 10, skill lesser so. I'm fine with anything , but I prefer XXXXX: Maturity 10, skill: normal. And on a final note: Staffs are glitched now so that the person who builds it MUST be the one to wield it, this completely defeats the purpose of acquiring staffs via need. Staffs will have to be acquired by choice from now on or else risk the chance of losing a staff.
  12. It's not acting like a dictator, it's acting like a democracy, everyone agrees on what they want before hand, but that one jerk that lies and takes what he wants, leaving the rest of us in disappointment. Thing is, why do that? The game is either going to go one of two ways: - Jerk goes down, rage quits, everyone leaves. - Jerk keeps his stubborn attitude, gets to high rounds, and learns nothing. He wins. He is rewarded for his selfishness. I'd rather see justice by taking what he wanted away from him (a good game).
  13. I've calculated a map like this before that would actually span the entire globe, it would generate random destroyed structures based on the environment of the area IRL: -Poland would be a snowy landscape - France would have the tower and basically have the rest of the place filled with buildings. Players would spawn in where their Xbox is, and are allowed to travel anywhere across the globe using multiple forms of teleportation, they can build all kinds of things from common shields, to airplanes, to super complex rockets to reach a space station requiring parts from anywhere on the globe. Each "chunk" would contain a few extra perks, jug, speed, double tap, a workbench, the box, a few wall weapons, the wonder fizz, and occasionally a PAP. This kind of map would be REALLY difficult to build but would be a TOTALLY amazing game.
  14. These kinds of people are the WORST to me, particularly in the maps: Origins, and Mob of the dead. And to be more specific, those who want to take the free blundergat and a specific staff. See I'm a reasonable guy whom fallows reasonable rules: -Guy who gets blundergat from the box does not get free blundergat unless no one else wants it. -Guy who collects the most blue skulls gets the free blundergat (unless the blundergat's assignment has been pre-determined) -Don't touch another person's staff (especially with recent glitches) -A staff is yours if the lobby as a majority deems you to have it. -The person who claims a staff is responsible for building and using it. -Shovels are first-come first serve, claiming one to settle a staff dispute is acceptable, claiming one because you are getting the ice staff is not. Occasionally I bring out what I call character roulette: Where every character is assigned to his preferred staff: Richtofen: Lightning Tank: Wind Takeo: Fire Nikolai: Ice When you spawn in, you are REQUIRED to use that staff based on the character you are, no if-ands or buts about it. People who do not abide by these rules are the MOST unpleasant people in the world: That jerk that took the blundergat you just ran around the whole map for That jerk that took your fire staff because he doesn't want to be stuck with wind. Yeah, you know the one…. What are some experiences of yours?
  15. See… I don't have an issue with calling staves, it's effective and easy to sort out who gets what and make sure everyone's happy for the rest of the game (or until nikolai takes the second shovel ) There are a few basic outcomes: -Everyone will claim a staff and bargain between them until everyone is mostly satisfied: This is a good lobby, meaning with my luck i'd lag out instantly… -Someone will bicker over a staff (typically fire, don't know why) leading to one of two outcomes: 1- One or both of the children leave to bicker to someone else. 2- They will settle their dispute with some sort of gain (I'll take ice, BUT I get a shovel at the beginning) - This is possibly my MOST hated type of person: You all claim staffs, White (you) wants lightning, blue wants fire, yellow wants ice, and green tells everyone he's "OK" with wind…. HOWEVER, once everyone gets to the generators, he comes in and says: "Hey, Y'all go start filling the boxes, I'ma get the one by five after opening da crypt…." He'll buy the crypt, but then he waltz right into the lightning tunnel and takes your rock. When you question him about it he acts like he's some kind of "superior being" and acts like he's smarter then you. ------To clear things up this IS one of the rare times when it is PERFECTLY acceptable to leave the game, you aren't going to get to round 15 with a lying, selfish, greedy player whom only thinks for himself. Anyway back on topic, I personally think it's about a 8 on the maturity scale to call staves, it's about a 3 to demand a specific stave, and it's about a 7 to request to not get stuck with one staff of your displeasure.
  16. …. I am going to sound like SUCH a dick, but: Samule's quote is actually a reference to a song: Hello darkness, my old friend… It's good to see you again…
  17. I have defiantly had the box spawn in the spawn room before (Not area 51, but the receiving bay), I am almost 100% positive on this. and in the spawn of COTD, I VAGUELY remember it spawning in spawn once before, but could be wrong. I also have never seen the box spawn in the spawn of kino, but given the pattern of other random box spawns I'd think it'd be safe to say it can spawn just about anywhere.
  18. Personally I am 100% against the outlandish Idea that shangri-la is on mars, I mean seriously, the NAME shangri-la specifically defines to: a place regarded as an earthly paradise, especially when involving a retreat from the pressures of modern civilization. Earthly, not mars-ly.
  19. Alright, Gotham is one of my favorite shows now! Total villain count: -Penguin, -Flacone, -Riddler, -Harvey dent, -Poison Ivy, -Catwoman, -Joker (Possibly)

  20. Well you'd think that, but to have it as an attachment isn't as OP as you think for a few reasons: -There's a chance you will NOT get the attachment -There's no way to retrieve the shots fired like the ballistic knives. -Does little damage to zombies The kraus refibulator has the same general concept however it has a few advantages: -Extra melee damage -Retrievable amo All in all it wouldn't be that OP. Here's an idea for a crossbow upgrade variant list: -Monkey Shots: Arrows attract zombies before a BIG bang (Yellow flashing arrow) - Gersh Shots: Arrows implode upon detonation (Purple flashing arrow) - Refibulator Cloud: Arrow does 0 damage to zombies, but any players caught in it's mist are revived over the course of 3 seconds (Amo is reduced to 3 shots) cloud lasts 10 seconds. (Red flashing arrow) - Testla Arrows: Arrow electrocutes chains of zombies for an instant kill (Up to 10) (Blue flashing arrow) -Ray-arrows: Increased ammunition: These arrows do not stick to surfaces, but blast right though in-organic mater and destroys organic mater (meaning zombies) Like the ray gun M2 on single fire and doesn't stop after 3 zombies. (Green flashing arrow (never lands so doesn't mater) Also I think we should finally get a way to upgrade our lethal and tacticals: On the PAP hold either LB or RB, the machine will then take your respected tactical and upgrade it for 2000$ Frag---> Grand Popper: Just a bigger bang, making it easier to get crawlers on high rounds. Semtex----> Glue grendades: Zombies caught in the blast are slowed and damaged. Gersh---> Black Hole: Like a gersh but has much stronger suction. EMP---> Orbital strikes: Deploys a spherical testla drone to fallow one around and zap zombies to sleep or turn off machines. Monkey----> Ape Bomb: After being deployed, draws in zombies then blasts them away with a sonic boom. Metrushka---> Cluster bettys: Toss a bounceing betty down, when it goes off it spits into 3 more bettys, then 3 more regular bettys. Steilihandgrenates:----> Force of reckoning: now blasts zombies away in miniature sonic booms within it's small force field.
  21. Actually 95% of the games I play involve me using a staff and the STG from the church/argartha/the crypt. It's strong, I can buy amo for it, It earns points, and it is good for head shots.
  22. …? What?
  23. Nukes seem to only be an issue for those trying to speed run, not necessarily those whom are the best, don't believe me? Look at NGT: Hyper gets "shiny"s all the time to the point it's become an adorable running gag. They still manage to get at LEAST to round 20 every custom game they get. Unless there's an easter egg issue, someone glitches out of the map, or the zombies are unusually difficult. In no way is NGT the best at zombies either, trust me I know, but they're the best example I can give.
  24. Actually my bad, for some reason I forgot the door to the garage… It's 1 door.
