  1. Likely. Since it's gonna be an exclusive DLC not available to everyone, it's unlikely that it'll relate to our four main characters, as there would be continuity issues for those who don't get the Hardened edition. I think it'll be like "Five", where it ties in to the storyline, but not directly.
  2. I think it just meant a zombie-THEMED background for multiplayer. But I could be wrong - and I hope I am!
  3. This I doubt. Woods' tattoo only said 115 on the mission "Executive Order", because it was meant to hint towards Ascension. On every other mission, it said S.O.G. Besides, they're campaign characters. I wouldn't even WANT them in zombies to be honest, regardless of how cool they were.
  4. I know we can't give brains anymore, but I'm gonna give you six and a half anyways [brains] I realize it's impossible to get into a good game with randoms. That's why, I play with randoms as a challenge. Just to see how far I can carry the team. Last week I got into a game with three other people. Only one had his mic in (I didn't have mine in), and he could not have been more than nine years old. He was obviously a member of this Almighty Box cult. He kept going on about getting the Ray Gun, then freaked out when one of our teammates got it. The teammate with the Ray Gun went down, so I went to revive him, and the kid with the mic said "NO, DONT REVIVE HIM, HE HAZ THE RAY GUN!!!11!1" And then I performed one of the most well-deserved facepalms of all time.
  5. No, this is Black Ops. It's obviously ammo.
  6. I believe it will be like the Team Tactical game mode with zombies in the middle. It kind of bridges the gap between multiplayer and zombies. Bad behavior. That's just multiplayer with zombies thrown in. I've said many times that I doubt players will be able to hurt each other in 4z4 mode. Only the best zombies players can win. Anyways, back on topic, there are a wide variety of possibilities here. People are assuming that it'll be small just cause it's Nuketown. Remember, they just confirmed that they're gonna be using the THEME of Nuketown, not necessarily making it as small as Nuketown. Maybe they'll make it bigger and turn it into a full-fledged map. Maybe they'll keep it small and use it as a 4z4 map, or create a new challenge like NML. Guess we'll just have to wait, hopefully we get a trailer tomorrow ;)
  7. I have two fears. 1: Classic zombie maps don't return. 2: There's less Avenged Sevenfold.
  8. It is, and my belief is that even if they do an 8-player survival mode, it'll be random soldiers (like in multiplayer) and won't even tie in to the storyline. Still, I think this would be freakin epic
  9. You had me sold at "Exclusive Zombie Maps"

  11. Yeah, I think he's just saying that he's teased us a lot. If we want, we could look into it and count and make sure he's actually teased us 31 times before this, but I don't think it means too much.
  12. I almost made the same mistake, but then I thought "there's no way they're actually GIVING away a Turtle Beach headset to everyone who wants one" and then read the rules more carefully.
  13. This is one of the main things I hope they incorporate, and know that they could very easily. I mean, you saw the level of customization private matches in MW3 incorporated. It allowed you to go as far as disabling certain weapons, perks, equipment, etc. They could easily do the same with zombies. Maybe allow custom game types to be put into your file share, and have a leaderboard for each one, so you can compete with your friends for the highest round. And then, they could have a community playlist for popular custom game modes (again, like in MW3) and have global leaderboards for each of those. I like your idea about the medals too. Maybe, when someone creates a new game type, they can set the requirements for bronze, silver, and gold. And, maybe they can make it so that the challenge isn't even to get more rounds. Maybe they can make it so that medals and leaderboard rankings are based on kills, or total score, or how many points you have when the game ends (basically, how much you can point whore ), stuff like that.
  14. As far as additional characters go, this is the best idea I've ever heard ever. EVER. It's still unlikely, but DAMN, why didn't I think of this? This would just be awesome!
  15. Check it out, the guy makes sense. They said the classic 4 player survival mode will be returning, so we'll probably play as our original crew there. In the 4z4 mode (and even in 8 player survival should they include that) we probably will play as random survivors. It just makes sense. Also, you're right, customizable characters would be awesome. Personally (I know they probably won't do this, but still) I'd love to see an option to use a microphone to record your characters own personal taunts and spoken lines. Give me an opportunity to show off my wit ;)
  16. This is among the top things I want. Oh god, the number of game types I could create... I would also love there to be a way to share this with others, like the fileshare thing from Black Ops. As I recall, couldn't you actually put custom games into your own fileshare for MP? Who says they couldn't do the same for zombies? That's exactly what I was thinking, it would be very possible to do that. Something even cooler to add to this would be creating leaderboards for each game type created. That way, one person can make a game type and then they can compete with their friends for the highest round. And then, maybe there could be a section for popular custom game types and the leaderboards for those would have some serious worldwide competition - imagine a global No Jugg leaderboard ;)
  17. detective: some of the codz forum dwellers said they'd give us a zombie reveal when pigs fly. Horatio Caine: well it looks like... ***commence putting on epic shades*** Horatio Caine: Swine Flu. YYYEEEEEEAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!!!
  18. Where did they say that? I believe it was the zombies panel at CoD XP, during the Q&A, some guy asked them if they'd ever make an easter egg that would allow you to "win" the map and they said that would be destroying the core of zombies too much and so they'd never do it.
  19. This is among the top things I want. Oh god, the number of game types I could create... :o
  20. I want challenges for individual guns, similar to Multiplayer. It would give us zombies players something to work for. Especially if each individual gun had unlocks, some aesthetic (different PaP camos, emblems/clan tags on guns, etc.) and some gameplay related: maybe, you could unlock (after MANY kills with the gun) the ability to Pack-a-Punch the gun twice. Like, after 5000 kills with the MP5k, you can PaP the MP5k twice? Also, pro perks: viewtopic.php?f=81&t=19423
  21. No cutscene to end the map. No ending the map at all, actually. The zombies team has confirmed that they will NEVER do this, nor should they as it would be game-destroying.
  22. I can't lie, your topic name did grab my attention. And then I ended up agreeing with what you said. Maybe I need more random topic names to get people to read them... ;)
  23. But that doesn't make any sense, cause then there would be no zombies...
  24. I've dealt with people saying this a few times now, and sorry that this is off-topic, but I'll explain my reasonings for wanting the classic maps: First of all, without them, we're probably only gonna have one or two zombies maps in Black Ops 2, which would be boring. Also, we'd be able to play the old maps with all the new zombies features (8 player, 4z4, double the zombies, theater mode, etc). I would most definitely pay for that EDIT: This is my 115th post! :D
  25. Let's let him dream guys. But I would hope that they'd give us one Zombie wave. Personally I'm hoping it's classic maps, but that's probably something that they're saving for the Hardened/Prestige edition, so I guess we're gonna be surprised :D
