Just because you play on the "tactical" settong diesn't mean you knifing soneone takes any more skill than the other guy. People playing on default have quicker access to their knife, and that's an advantage to that that control scheme has. It takes just as much skill/reflex to click down the analog stick than to press the B button. If you want to knife faster, change the controls.

Let's not forget the practicality of using the same guns from MP and the campaign. Much more disk space is saved, as you don't need to save any new weapons onto it simply for one mode. They also don't have to create the weapon itself on the new engine etc. Think of it this way: Say there's a gun called the Bloodrocuter. If the Bloodrocuter has already been created for the game, no further changes have to be made. Code it into the zombie map and boom, you're done. Go onto the next one. However, if they wanted to bring back a weapon, or create a new one (because that's essentially what they're doing) the s enario would play out like this. Say the weapon is "The Gear" They would first have to create the weapon, code in all the values including multipliers, range, damage, ammo, they would have to make sure The Gear was balanced with the other weapons.* and once all that was done, you would have it for one map. Nothing else. As random chance from the mystery box. Now, if you were a big corrupt company like Activision or Treyarch, which would you want to be done? One is faster, uses less disc space for what it's worth, costs less money, and is in almost very regard easier. Which do you think they're going to choose? *Another factor that plays into this, is that The Gear would have to be balanced with the rest of the weapons, which could mean drastic buffs or drastic nerfs, causing The Gear to not even feel like The Gear anymore, defeating the purpose of the endeavour, and probably inviting alot of "TEH GEAR SUX CHANG IT BAK TO HOW IT WUZ!" mail. -

That's why I made this. People bash the maps 'causevthey're hard, not 'cause of the location, but Treyarch seems to think both are a factor. -

Alot of threads talk about this very thing. almost word for word. They pretty much ask for the PPSH to come back. But it won't. As far as we know, Zombies will strain off of the future theme in terms of weapons. The MP40 was in Kino Der Toten because it was originally meant for WAW. Although I can't explain Call of the Dead. In every game though, we see the same weapons in the regular game and Zombies. It was like this in WAW, it was like this in BLOPS, and it will be like this in BLOPS II. So aside from Wunderguns, we won't see any returning weapons. Why would we use weapons from World War 2 and the Cold War if we have "cool 2025 guns." -
I'm with Yellow-Card on that. The story section is cool, but it's not the reason we're here. But still, welcome. "Stories" ;)

Hey guys, I mentioned this a little while ago, but here it is again. It seems that the community likes maps that are indoors, in a facility or lab-type setting. Take: for example, 3 of the most popular maps: Der Riese, Moon, Ascension, Now, these maps are, for the most part, completely encased in cold steel. Then, take 3 of the least popular maps in the game: Shangri-La Call of the Dead Shi No Numa These maps, are almost completely outdoors, in an exotic setting. Shangri-La is without question the most beautiful map in the game. In a way, this sends a message to Treyarch. We don't want outdoor maps. Do you guys? Or could you care less?

I prefer melodeath actually, Warfare. I hate bands that think "heavy = noise". Have you heard DeathHammer? The guitars sound like manipulated static. I'd love to see you on the OHMT, though. It's going pretty slow lately. -

Personally I want to see something like the monkeys, but done right. A thief, but something that doesn't stral something as substantial as perks. Like the Pentagon thief, these little buggers would steal weapons. Monkeys like to steal stuff, right? How 'bout Zombie chimps? Trained to steal weapons from enemy soldiers by group 935, they sought to make them more powerful by Reanimating them, insuring more durability and absolute loyalty. They succeeded in the former, but the chimps went berserk, eventually escaping into [insert map here]. Still retaining their training, they jave only one goal in death, to steal weapons. Every 5 rounds a swarm of chimps would spawn and chase after you. If one gets too close, he will begin to tug on your gun for 5 -10 seconds. You are imobilized during this time and cannot be attacked. Now, a teammate has to kill the chimp stealing your gun before it makes off with it. If they have not done so in time, the chimp will run away, and you have a 10% chance of getting your gun back when you kill it. The chimps will proceed to either steal all of uou're weapons, or get killed. Now, as the chimp's health increases, it will become more difficult to kill them and get a weapon back, and that's the magic in this. However, you could just not get caught. -
I really hope no one actually thought there was going to be a Brony Medal. Anyway, maybe the Grammar Nazi Medal could be staff-awarded only? I really want that thing!

DUBSTEP HAS WORDS? Anyway, we need some actual metal in these songs. It's been core this entire time and it's time for some thrash or death. Hell, black would work pretty well.
