  1. He would be 67 in the year 1980 so he wouldn't be TOO old to have a role in the plot.
  2. I'm really hoping for the time travel idea. I think it'd be interesting to maybe see places we've been before or see events take place that we had only heard about. Like imagine a map where wwe witness firsthand the Tunguska Event? Or maybe a cutscene that shows us a detailed chronology of the Der Riese outbreak? Maybe seeing what happens to the Five or COTD crew. These are all unlikely map ideas but you get my point. The Nostalgia would be cool, something like that mission in MW3 where we see the events of MW and MW2 from Yuri's eyes.
  3. I wanna start off by saying that the reason people say its New Brunswick, New Jersey is because we get a screenshot of a diner in the map that is based on a diner in New Jersey. Now just because we know where the ACTUAL Diner is, doesn't mean the map is set there. It could have just been used for inspiration. Though I wouldn't rule out the idea of New Jersey.
  4. Not if its in the 80's! :)
  5. Can i get a link to this?
  6. Just finished reading both your stories. Their both great takes on the lives of Dempsey and Nikolai, good work! You should give my "Nazi Zombies Chap. 1" thread a read. Its in the "Zombie Stories" section of the forums; I think you'd enjoy it Looking forward to hearing Takeo's story!
  7. Were Lima and Whiskey Callsigns in Black Ops? I forget. If yes, then you may be right.
  8. I doubt it. Section is David Mason's callsign I think the message at the beginning is just telling you that when people yell "Section" then their talking to you.
  9. I'm curious to know if any of you think we'll see an appearance of the ACTUAL Reznov. Not just another one of Mason's hallucinations but a literal physical Reznov. Since we know from the Maverick code that he is indeed alive, it would make sense that he would be involved in the Black Ops 2 storyline no? Since the story takes place partially in the 80's maybe Reznov will have some involvement in the Soviet Invasion of Afghanistan? Just a thought. I just REFUSE to believe this is the last we will see of the real Viktor Reznov!
  10. Hahahaha wow. This gave me chills This sounds like it could be made into a song...Good job!
  11. Well done good sir! I admire your commitment! And I have to agree. YES, the Catacombs are a tourist hotspot for Paris, but what people tend to forgot is the sheer size of the Catacombs! A very small amount of the Catacombs is actually open to the public, and the majority of them are actuaally completely unexplored! As I said in my thread, the possibilities are endless... Although if you want any more info, you'll have to go to the thread -Jolteon Thank you kind sir!! I mean Ive never heard of them outside of this website in america. Really the catacombs viewed in MW3 are very small. It's a lot of basement and sewage with only one section of dead bodies. But its still the catacombs. It's probably outside of tourist sites as Volk kept his super secret hideout there. But really the catacombs are the best thing we have right now as a clue to zombies. It's worth exploring espically on WII. Also has anyone else seen this picture? [ Image ] Theres a referance to Lev Kravchenko, Dragovitches (eh spelling) right hand man SUPPOSEDLY killed. thanks to ERich935 who showed me this. Is that from MW3? If so where?
  12. Thanks for the feedback! If i get a few more comments I'll post Takeo's chapter ;)

  14. Maybe since Maxis was so close to the MPD when he died Sam was able to have some influence as to where his soul went? Sam could have re directed Maxis soul into the computers at Griffin Station so now his soul is integrated into the systems? This would explain Maxis' control over the rockets

  16. That's true about Sam seeing Maxis for the first time in a while, it could be just an emotional reunion. I'm not really arguing that it IS Aether so much as I'm arguing that it COULD be Aether. Ah well maybe this is something we may never know :|

  18. I don't believe she HAD to have known he was there in Aether with her. We really don't know much about the Aether as far as what it looks like. Its not necessarily one space or one room/compartment etc. It can be a vast dimension. This picture of Aether makes it totally possible that Sam didn't know Maxis was with her. As for this "Aether sixth sense", you mentioned how she was aware that Gersch had left the Aether but isn't it possible that this was only because she had learned how to be in control of her "Aether sixth sense" by now? When she opened the MPD to talk to Maxis she seems VERY distraught. She is crying from all that has happened to her and seems to be in no condition to be aware of her surroundings in our world, let alone in Aether. Perhaps when she first entered the MPD she wasn't familiar enough to sense that her father was there too, and she later over time developed a familiarity with the Aether where she could sense that Gersch had left?

  20. I think that that is very possible, he does say that he will take care of the little brat and he knows just what to do with Maxis. However, since he says "end up there" it makes me believe he tried to teleport them somewhere else, but when they arrived in Moon, he was baffled. Remember Test Subject 5 in the Der Riese radios, the test subject had disappeared from the test chamber and did not appear in the mainframe. Perhaps Richtofen tried to do the same with them? Either that or he tried to send them to Aether. Also, you can combine this theory and Alpha's. Richtofen had intended to kill them both but when he realized that Sam hadn't died, he figured that Maxis hadn't either. From there is a small jump in saying that Maxis went to Tunnel 6 or 11. Well honestly Alphas theory doesn't sit well with me given what OstonedShooter said a few posts up. The use of the MPD suggests that the target (Maxis) was too far away for them to retrieve by hand. I believe he was in Aether personally, since no one has given evidence against that yet.
