Having played this game for years, I have traveled a long way from my Olympia days. With that said, I still have a glaring achilles that tend to bother me. I know exactly what it is and how to neutralize it, but I just can't seem to shake it. My biggest enemy? Myself, and the thought of "I can do it. In the back of my mind, I knew I shouldn't have, yet too greedy to not knife one last time. In the back of my mind, I knew I shouldn't have, yet too greedy to pass up Bowie for jug. In the back of my mind, I knew I shouldn't have, yet too greedy to expose myself during fire sale. In the back of my mind, I knew I shouldn't have, yet too greedy to not get that double point. I have long learned to play it safe and play it smart, yet we all cross that line of safety once we get comfortable with our game. When I first started doing the telepad strategy on NML weeks ago, I pretty much PAP and get jug almost everytime with a decent start. Now I try to squeeze in one more quick knife here and there. Yesterday I spend an hour on NML but didn't PAP once. I started pulling crap thinking "I can do this." Who is your biggest enemy?

I would like to see a non staff committee designed to do this. I also like the UOTM involvement. Perhaps along the lines of Mega, Undad, Boom, and Slade, plus UOTM and one staff. Imagine the ass kissing that will come with staff related decisions. BTW, I would like to say that all staff members are doing an excellent job. All you guys are cool and hip. Nah, Jay is your typical boring old guy. Perfecto, let's get it on. Should have my Xbox Bluetooth today. Don't listen to way, he's just jealous I can be home playing on a Friday afternoon. I'll wake up around 8:30, get some coffee, jog with my dog, and zombies here I come.

Friday sounds good. I'll clear my schedule for 10-2, which is 2-6 London time. Looks like we are a go. Will have my Bluetooth by then. Although, with my luck, my boss will call me Friday morning to schedule a lunch meet. I miss the school days where I can blow things off. I'm on both. I added you this morning. Although I'm on a mostly BO1 map kick. I'm usually on after 11:30 until about 1ish. No worries my friend, we'll sort this out.

Perhaps next time he would get some female participants. I know a guy who knows a guy that knows a guy that knows a guy who knows Shooter, and say he has been suffering from ED. Men are pigs, we can't help ourselves, we are naturally attracted to glamour and beauty without resistance. We are often so caught up with appearance that we forget about their flaws. We forget that the more attractive the woman, the more demanding she is likely to be. We supply and supply, until we either reach a boiling point, or we no longer capable of catching up. Once we get back on the market, we fall for a similar attractive girl with high demands, and the vicious circle we lap and lap. Much similarlies in the world of co-op zombies, that us men only focus on the first glance, without any considerations for their flaws. We look for guys with good pedigree but then disappointed with their antics. We often forget that the most important aspect of your team isn't their strengths, but their lack of weaknesses. I consider myself a decent player and a great teammate. I don't have Chopper's sexy moves or am I equipped with way's knowledge of maps. But I don't have any major flaws that would drive you insane either. (Obviously not implying Choppy and way are divas or that they are demanding. I am blessed to have been in games with them). I rarely get in your way and contribute quietly on a need basis. I would gladly take on a less glamorous role just to fit in. I'm like that cute red head with a great smile and a likeable personality. I may not be a man of many words or have many wild stories, but on occasion I will wow you with some childish humour, and impress you with my American Idol capable voice. Join me, on Xbox live. Not to see my many strengths, but to enjoy my lack of weaknesses. P.S. working from home tomorrow, which means zombies marathon. Euro guys this is your chance to score a date with the 12yr old Jayna. Are you auditioning for a job with Treyarch? This is very well thoughtout, but I only like some of them. Very very good.

Certain things are not scientific yet as consistent as gravity. Call it superstitions, but somethings parallel Newton's Laws in zombies. Let us call them "Jay's Zombie Laws" If you need a certain gun from the box you will never get it regardless how much money you have. Yet if you casually spend the box during Fire Sale chances are you will get Ray Gun or Thunder Gun even if you don't need it. Whatever round you are trying to achieve, will always jinx you. You will have many great games leading up to it, but always fail as you get very close. Sometimes you lose power, you lose connection, or wife stands in front of you "by accident." On NML, you will always do something stupid and die whenever you have an excellent start or as soon as you think to yourself "this might do it." In random lobbies, when you are looking for good teammates and actually find them, they will either play really bad cohesively or you will have one of your worst games. Or if you are looking for scrubs and found them, they will somehow outplay you. In coop, if you are having a great game, or close to you goal, someone will always lag, causing you to go down uncontrollably. After spending hours looking for decent partners and now have to go, your preferred team of friends will log on just before you log off. If you are planning to play a 2 player high round your other friends will always invite you to games you have no interest in. Yet when you just want to casually play with friends they are always committed to high round games. When you finally get Xbox and can't wait to share it with other members CODZ will go down for maintenance causing you to lose contact with them. Your connectivity is always stable and secure yet whenever you need it the most you will find yourself lagging. Sometimes you have 3 tablets running YouTube or Netflix and no problem. But during a challenge with friends you find yourself seeing doubles. When you do a certain move over and over and never any issues, yet that same move fails during most critical times. Your dog/cat/pet/acquaintances are always well behaved. Yet when you are committed to an important game they always act up and need undivided attention. Your controller is always in need of charging in the middle of a round, never during down time. Or your mike will malfunction whenever you need it the most. Whenever you get lucky with your weapon of choice or after you get Bowie knife and all your perks, you will some how go down and bleed out, causing you to lose everything. Whenever you make a case of what not to do or how well you play during a certain situations, you will fail and jinx yourself. "I'll run the middle because I think I'm more efficient....." will be followed by three downs. Whenever you get set up for a certain situation, your friends will always change the plan and make you do something else. After you spend your 100s of thousands on Ray Gun, HK21, and M72, they decide you are better suited for window guarding. For months you plead for a competent team with no luck. When you finally able to schedule a time, your boss/spouse/children will always somehow have something planned without telling you. And just when you are engaging in your planned event they tell you something really important you have to take care of. On BO1, the host is always the one who has to go during high rounds. You always mistakenly trade in your pistol thinking it was CZ75, or the Mustang and Sally thinkingn it was the dual CZ75. Whenever you are out of ammo and are forced to trade in one of your weapons, you will get max ammo within minutes. What other laws have I forgotten? Thanks for reading, have a good weekend.

Yes I agree. I was going to just leave it at that but I was told to give a more thoughtful and detailed reply. So.... At a time where ideas are flying around for the next game, I agree with passion and soul that we need to better support our favorite game. Each idea, large or small, detailed or vague, could potentially make or break the next game. Rissole is right, let us show our creativity and push our ideas forward.

Hi, I'm Jay. After reading Rissole's pledge to supply ideas for the next game, I have decided to support my friend and spend sometime on what I'm hoping for in the next game. Cinematic effects: If you have been a fan of the Resident Evil series or the Metal Gear series you know exactly what I'm referring to. Certain actions will trigger cinematic effects that give us better perspective of the story or the background. Now imagine JFK getting a ray gun triggering a short clip of him slaughtering zombies with it. Also give us better stories behind each character. Let us explore their secrets and histories through the cinematics. And make one of the main characters Jay. Weapon versatility: It has been universally agreed that snipers and shot guns are shit. They generate little points and do not do enough damage quick enough to be useful. Here are some ideas: Shot guns-The iconic weapon of choice for killing zombies deserve better. The shot guns we are accustomed to fire pellets. In real life shot guns also fire slugs which are more damaging and accurate. Made shot guns capable of both modes and a push off effect upon shot. Snipers:-Make snipers one hit kill head shots until round 50 and semi automatic when PAPed. Bet you more people will jump for joy when they get snipers. Melee weapons-Which zombie movie did you see featuring bowie knife and galva knuckles? I can't recall a single movie where the main character slaughtered zombies using the golden spork. Keep the same idea but maybe chain saw or butcher's knife. More tactical weapons-Weapons like the Awful Lawton or VR-11 that specialize in situations. Weapons that shocks and slows zombies, weapons that make you move faster and stronger or invincible for a given time, weapons that builds blockades....etc. More co-op friendly: A major reason why BO1 was so successful was the fact that it was co-op frienly. Private matches, rounds counted, and encouraging team work are all contributing factors to why many still prefer it over BO2. BO2 created a lot of good ideas, but also failed to make it co-op friendly. One could almost argue BO2 was designed to make you play more solo. More search options: Give us the ability to seek only certain qualifications or filter certain aspects. Only 3 bars or up, only skulls, only cross bones.....etc. I often do not care about map, but just want certain types of players, give us the ability to search not only by map, but other aspects as well. Random Ratings: Besides the ability to report glitchers, give us the options to rate guys 1 star to 5 stars based on their abilities to cooperate with others. I had similar issues not long ago. On one account, I accumulated 30,000 kills on 32 downs and 300+ revives. No shot guns. Ironically after two games in which we purposely suicide on round one, and another game I quit after round 11, got the shot guns. Two more games on MOTD I quit on round 1 for the key locations, went back down to Knife. This concludes that rounds are an important factor into rankings.

I quit like a bitch if I dont see what I like. You often get into a game feeling good about the randoms, but after a few rounds you find out about them and their intentions. It's almost like dating, we start with the prettiest girls but then surprised they are demanding and high maintenance. I have a solution, play with me.

Was playing NML today, and endured perhaps the worst gut wrenching defeat in my zombies experience. Was on a roll today, using the pad strategy on my way to 250+ kills as I had predicted I would. At 233 kills with 6 shots left, I accidentally teleported to the Moon. There were at least 6-7 crawlers left. After I teleported to the moon, I still could have taken a photo or suicide to guarantee the stat. I was so sure it would register that I quit the game to preserve the kills, a la BO2. Nothing happened. I have nothing to show for, that game became a mirage. ................................... FFFFFFFFFFF UUUUUUUUU CCCCCCCCCC KKKKKKKKKK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Words can't describe how upset my stomach feels. My previous high was 171. Can you share your biggest fails to help ease mine? Thanks.
