  1. Oh sorry, most definitely says mysteries. Thanks! We've got another snap: "I am deeply optimistic about this project's potential.Of course, the human conciousness is fundamentally unpredictable." A lot of interesting images in this, and also there's a man breathing heavily at the end.
  2. Okay then, here is the new Dr. Salim snap! Sorry for the quality and low sound, I recently removed my Jailbreak, and that made it much harder to save snaps.. "The human mind holds many mysteries"
  3. The first look gave me nothing, but I'll zoom in and look more closely. I'll let you know if I find anything.
  4. And also, this; Knowing Treyarch, this can actually mean that they are testing us. On the surface, this looks like they are experimenting with Instagram, but I am certain there's something more to it.
  5. Holy shit. World at War 2 after all? "This is only a test..." - this might mean that they are testing and experimenting with Instagram posts, although knowing treyarch, this seems unlikely. Personally I read this as that they are testing us. Was the entire Black Ops 3 reveal only a test? "carry on." The song from the ending of Black Ops II, Carry On - Avenged Sevenfold. Relevant?
  6. Wow, that was disappointingly easy. Does 514 mean anything to us? just noticed I was supposed to say 5 10 4 my bad Well, in fact it is the number 54. That's how their numeric system works. And if you wondered what that Chinese number 54 in the Black Ops 3 Teaser trailer could mean : No death ? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Numbers_in_Chinese_culture#Five_2 Interesting theory, but aren't the numbers Japanese not Chinese...? I googled and compared the two systems, and they seem pretty much identical to my eyes. I'm far from any expert though. My guess is that they are chinese, in that case "no death" would be pretty interesting actually. Referring to the undead, zombies?
  7. Hahhaahah, being Treyarch, this wouldn't surprise me at all.
  8. Are we missing the obvious? #backinblack One word: AC/DC. Personally, I think that this is a discreet and subtle confirmation that the game will indeed be set in the 70's-80's. The album was released in 1980. "It's just a coincidence.." some might say. Well, maybe. But if there is one thing I am certain of about Treyarch, it is that the word "coincidence" is not in their vocabulary. This is too obvious. Black Ops II: The Future is Black Black Ops III: Back in Black It also says we're "back". Back as in "we have come back to make another Black Ops game", yes. But also, "back in time"? There might be more to this phrase than we think. This would also add up to the Operation Charybdis-theory, and it would actually make a lot of sense. To me, this is the only logical place to start the BO3 storyline. The only thing that's confusing me and making me doubt my theory is the human augmentation-stuff that's been mentioned, and the obvious armour of the soldier in the teaser.. I still think this is a clue, and I know this might seem far fetched, but we should not rule out the possibility.
  9. @Teknique70 That is a valid point, I really hope someone is checking Black Ops 1 every now and then for updates.
  10. I do realize that this snap is already included in the #backinblack teaser trailer, although to keep it organized I feel an urge to still upload the snap in the thread.
  11. I actually think the phrase "The numbers, Mason. What do they mean?" has a bigger meaning in this trailer than just a "flashback" to the first Black Ops. Obviously the numbers in the trailer has some sort of importance.
  12. Wow, that was disappointingly easy. Does 514 mean anything to us?
  13. To extend on this, here are some other symbols that probably are from another language: Looks like they look approximately like this:
  14. "This should help you remember everything" "The numbers, Mason. What do they mean?" "Everything you know is wrong" "Your life will be consumed by absolute loss" "He doesn’t need his own weapons. He’s got ours" "There’ll always be men like us" "Our greatest barrier is our own fear. Our own doubts" "The only thing holding us back is how far we are willing to go" Mostly seems to be quotes from the two previous games, doesn't it? The last two lines are definitely Dr. Salim though.
  15. Judging by the way he lowers his voice in the end it sounds like he ends the sentence though..
  16. "Our greatest barrier is our own fear. Our own doubts."
  17. New snap indeed, quite different from the others actually. Here it is!
  18. Here is the most recent snapchat: http://tinypic.com/r/29dv41e/8 EDIT: Tried embedding it, couldn't make it work..
  19. 1978, that would be 10 years after the Black Ops storyline. It also would match the whole "wait, the Black Hawk did not exist in the second world war"-thing, as the storyline of Black Ops 3 probably would extend into 1979 (the year the UH-60 was put in to service). Good thought!
  20. Actually, The Temptations has nothing to do with this song. It's by The Penguins.. Just felt like pointing that out! :)
  21. Yeah, I guess that just stands for Zombies or something though. Like, you have "DayZ", "The War Z", etc. Although it may just as well mean something else, who knows.
  22. Yeah, this song reminded me very much of the song at the ball, Earth Angel..
