    I LOVE BRITISH PEOPLE!!!! Ok, creepiness over... I still think it's the HK45c. Nah, the HK is way too small, the gun in the picture seems to be the size of a Desert Eagle. To small for a DE, looks about the size of a .45, like the HK45c...

    Interesting wrist bracer/armor? Can anybody make anything out of the patch on his arm? I see a US flag patch and that's it. Looks like a Colt but I'm probably wrong. It's an HK45. The HK45 started development in 2001, which gives us a more accurate date.

    Just to get thing back towards the main topic a bit more, what do you think of my perks? Do they seem reasonable to you? And what do you think about a forth tier?

    i dont know if it was you but some one mentioned that before and some one mentioned the other parts looking like the front of a ship(before the hover craft comment) and maybe its a ship carrying a rail gun? Or a hovercraft with a rail gun.

    A mount would explain it though, like possibly the mount on a UGV.

    Now, the one I'm talking about was stopped mid development because of it's inability to aim left or right without turning the entire vehicle.

    Definitely not a UGV You know there's more than one type of UGV, right? I'm talking about one with side mounted guns that pivot up and down.

    As soon as you said vehicle, it hit me. It's a UGV, like the Assault Drone in MW3. It makes perfect sense!
