90 second cooldown, not countdown. You can use it for an infinite amount of time after getting it, it just takes 90 seconds to cool down after use. You can also add that putting down turbines near the user of the gun will (slightly) speed up cooldown time. Do you know how many seconds the cooldown reduction is when using the turbine?

What kind of question is that? They're small side skills that you will unlock at some point if you prove proficient at what the skills help you with.
