Very nice find!

I for one came in pretty late and don't even watch gameplay vids to avoid spoilers. Nice list, definitely some things on there that I didn't know about yet. Thanks!

I don't think they will simply because there's no need for the Wunderfizz in the other maps. In Origins, there are more Perk-A-Colas than there are Perk Machines, this means you can only get certain perks like PHD Flopper for instance, via the Wunderfizz. In all the other maps, the number of available Colas = the number of available Perk Machines. So there's no reason to introduce the Wunderfizz as you can already buy whichever perk you want in those maps.

Hahahaha. Made me laugh.

Maxis now reminds me more of this guy (poor doctor Stockman. Great show tho)
-
To my knowledge, no. Whether you follow Maxis/Richtofen do/do not push the button, it won't effect anything in Origins. That said, your choice might just effect the future. We'll have to wait and see. ;)

Origins EE "Little Lost Girl" Written Steps + Staffs
Slade replied to Ehjookayted's topic in Origins
Nice ! As someone who joined in pretty late with the easter egg hunt party this certainly helps getting me up to speed. -
MS/Activision got a monthly exclusive deal going on, so the DLC coming out anywhere before that time expires is out of the question. My best guess is that it'll release the 27/28th of September.

I agree that accent and nationality don't have to correspond with eachother, it is a bit weird though as the person who raised her as a child did have a German accent (assumingly so did the people who were around her at that time) so you would think she also would have one. Then again, she shouldn't even be able to understand English, let alone speak it. Just something that you'll have to accept in games.

Only the Pro and Elite versions of the 360 came with a mic. You have immature kids/trolls on all consoles.

Whatever was spreading could be just generic bacterial diseases that were commonly found in trenches, like trench Influenza/foot etc. It could be that 115 just accelerated the lethal infection process and/or made the bodies of whoever had longterm exposure to the Element extra vulnerable to such diseases by possibly weaking or disabling their immune systems, making them succumb to such diseases much more easier and quicker.

To get through the mud, just keep jumping backwards. It looks ridiculously stupid and actually works pretty well.

This is a problem I've encountered countless times. As you all know, in order to power Generator 1 through 6, you need to stay on the platform and fend off a horde of Templar Zombies for a short period of time. Once you've done just that, the Generator should be powered up and you can move on to the next one. However, from time to time Templars may randomly spawn at the start of a round to wreak havoc on one of the six generators, the game will give an indication that said generator is currently under attack giving you a set time limit to reach it and kill the Templars. If you fail to do so in time, the generator will deactivate and the Templars will simply run to the next generator. This causes one of the templars to have a symbol above his head which you can see through walls, giving players insight on as to where they are. My problem is that on solo, the time you're giving to reach a generator that is under attack is in my opinion far too little. I know it's supposed to be a challenge and you're supposed to rush to that generator, but even if you do so, you will rarely get there in time. Unless the generator is right next to you, you will always arrive too late, even when you start rushing the second they start attacking. This has caused me to simply go straight for the next generator the Templars will attack after having disabled the one they initially spawned at. (They attack each Generator in a chronological order, so when they spawn at Gen. 1 I move to Gen. 2) I know they adjusted the pricing to the amount of players in the game, so why not also give solo-players more time to actually make it to the generators?

There's a specific quote your character will always say as a harbinger of the Panzer Soldat's arrival. Takeo for instance always talks about sirens. That's how I know he is coming and can quickly prepare.

Me and my girl found a pretty good way of dealing with him after some trial and error. When he spawns, immediately shoot his left arm (one w/ the flamethrower). Once he gets close with that flamethrower you're done. Then, go for his right arm. Once he grabs onto you just keep shooting the red dot in his arm (not his claw) and you'll be released in no time. (if he's too far or too close he won't use his claw anyway) Then it's just a matter of shooting him in the back/or the head, he should go down without a problem. Distance is key, letting this guy get too close to you almost always ends in him completely destroying your team. Also keep in mind that when he does go down, the explosion that follows will hurt any players caught in the blast.

In general I would say no. The thing is, you just have to make sure you're playing with adults/people who are serious/whoever you want to play with before starting the game. Me and my girl have no problems getting adults/serious people in our games. We usually look for two randoms, once they join and have mics, we ask them if they want to play a serious lenghty game. If they're kids/trolls and/or not serious, we simply back out. Otherwise if one is an adult and the other a kid/someone with no mic, we just back out and invite the adult. You'll be surprised as to how fast and efficient this method is.

Played a few matches with my girlfriend and some randoms. Really loving it so far. To us the best thing is definitely the side-objectives of the map. Love how they require you to stay in a tight spot and work together with your team. Then get rewarded for succes, punished for failure. Keeps the map from becoming repetitive. Writing is as sharp as ever. EE-song rocks.

Around 1:40 when the Tank comes up. Is that the Scar I see in Nikolai's hands?

To get you all pumped up for Origins, I thought it would be a good idea to release a few HD cinematic-style screenshots of the previous zombiemap - Buried. These are all uncompressed screenshots taken straight from the PC version of CoD: Black Ops 2 running on an HD 1920x1080 monitor. All settings maxed out. Perfect for people looking to make screensavers/wallpapers/signatures/gifs. Four previews to get you an idea of what you're getting: (click the images for an enlarged version) Uncompressed Version Buried.rar (242.8 MB) https://mega.co.nz/#!QBBCwLKC!ZcmTskUjv ... 0E92XGx7So There are a total of 115 images. 38 of which are taken from the intro cutscene.

I'll thank Snyder for creating Zombies. The team at Treyarch for shaping the mode to what it is today. Once Origins comes out, you can put your thoughts together on Season 2 of Zombies, praising or cursing Treyarch all you like.

I don't like her new voice. Didn't think the original was a placeholder, they would surely have removed it before rendering, unless they really don't check their videos for errors before they release them. Also she never had a german accent during Moon. In fact, Treyach never did pay much attention to accents anyway, since Maxis also completely dropped his accent mumerous times whenever he felt like it.

The Zombies Saga: The Rise and Fall of Edward Richtofen Here ya go. Written by Shooter, A Zombie Trilogy by MurderMachineX

Well we know Samantha wasn't born even yet in 1918 so that means she's not really in this map, she's narrating the Story to someone after the events of the map. My best guess is that Maxis told her about the events of Origins.

Is the seasons pass worth it?
Slade replied to Your Dearest Sailor's topic in General Zombies Discussion
Depends on the which/how many maps you really want to play. Speaking from experience of having bought them twice. I would just get MoTD and Origins. Die Rise feels like a filler map and isn't worth your time or money. Buried's alright, not great not bad either. You run the risk of not playing it much or at all with MOTD/Origins coming out though. Origins looks badass and NZ well, that's fun for one or two playthroughs. So in general I would say no. With the majority of the maps being average or slighty above average at best, you're better off just buying the maps you like individually. Saves you 20-15 bucks.
