Simultaneous knifing = both players down?
Edward Richtofen replied to NeedaLittleRevive's topic in Grief
In WaW if you got inside a teammate by jumping on them while prone, it put you and your teammate in a barrier glitch where nothing could touch you. Since you could perform this basically anywhere you could do this by any wall gun or even the box. The auto-down feature keeps this barrier glitch from being exploited. So no, it should definitely not be fixed. -
I personally prefer to just run the skullcrusher in the tunnel to bank points. Usually deposit every 50K or so. I will also get set-up on round 1 since it's just easier, gotta spend money to make money .
-
Is there a limit? I assumed it had no upper-bound, just needed the right conditions.
-
....Regardless of how you use it, in a corner or training, the Sliquifier is by far the most overpowered weapon ever created. If you have all the zombies in one ball, they all die with one shot... thus exploitation. Am I going to say I've never done it? No, I have. Am I going to say that its a skillful legit way of playing? No, its not. A traditional player, would never use something like that... it removes the fun from the game. this is exactly how the thundergun, wave gun, and wunderwaffe(WaW) worked.... sliquifier is no more OP than any of those WW's :edit: technically the fractalizer too considering you cna shrink and kick an entire horde Yeah it wouldn't be OP if that was all it did. But we all know it is more than a one shot hoard killer. Frankly, it's a movable barrier glitch.

They grab the parts, then turn on power and ride the elevator up. I think dropping down by the pdw is probably quicker.

It is not a glitch but it's nothing to be proud of either. It is so easy it feels like you are cheating and any skill that this games takes is quickly voided out. Let's see... 1) You don't move. hmm a strategy in which you don't need to move or dodge zombies how interesting. 2)Ammo is never a issue if you have even the slightest common sense, and you can grab powerups dropped in the room, if you are quick. 3) Boss rounds are ridiculously easy and do not push you from your spot. 4) Quickest spawns in the game. You can do 50, including set-up in around 30 minutes, probably even faster. So basically if you want to count this strategy as 'legit' then you're saying to compete for the record you need to use it as the time benefits alone make it the only feasible strategy and soon you'll have round 200's if we don't already. The funny thing is; the problem isn't caused by the spawn system actually. Well it partly is, and the spawn system makes things happen quicker but the problem is the sliquifier. It's too damn powerful and even if the knuckles get patched there are other places to abuse it. So Treyarch made a jet gun that was too weak and a sliquifier that was too strong. Next map should be just right .

I actually found the Galva-knuckle zone in my first game, as I was trying to get enough money for them and thought "Wow zombies are spawning from one window!". I messed around with it for a bit, and it is so easy that it feels like you are cheating. In my opinion, camping strategies are usually a lot of fun and get very challenging as the rounds progress. However, with the sliquifer any spot where you can funnel the zombies through one area is just too easy.

How To Get Permanent Juggernog on Die Rise!
Edward Richtofen replied to jakerad95's topic in Die Rise
You can just do it in one game of tranzit by buying QR repeatedly and getting downed 3 times. Then back out and start up Die Rise. -
Good job guys! So no obvious reward for Richtofen then?
-
So Richtofen's abilities don't extend too far but he can put Rus's head back on his shoulders and make him alive again? The whole crew alive again? They are teleported back to the hise rise roof top. We know from lots of evidence that teleportation in this game connects to time travel. So we must ask ourselves, what's more plausible? That Richtofen teleported them through time to try anew? Or that Richtofen brought them back to life to try again? Deja vu would apply to both circumstances. Also the fridge and the bank should not be considered canon. There is plenty of evidence to suggest the exact opposite. Oh I made the turbine but the next game it's not made, the zombie shield, the jet gun. I shot a can off a table and the next game it's back on the table. Once you go down that road, everything must be canon and you will run into certain paradox. They keep their weapons, but to me that doesn't mean much to the story. They could have showed up with those weapons? I wouldn't expect them to leave Green Run with M1911's in hand after what they accomplished; would you? If anyone has read the dark tower series it could be something similar to that. Whether that is time travel or parallel universes, or something completely different is anyone's guess. All I know is those books are awesome :D

Should I get Revolution for Xbox?
Edward Richtofen replied to Spongebob's topic in General Zombies Discussion
It's still early to see how well the map will "age" so to speak. But I think it's a terrific map. Think a huge Verruckt with a one shot hoard killer, better places to train, and lots of places to just fall off the map. Needless to say it's awesome. The rape train spots are harder than TranZit though. -
Like objects emmiting energy?

STOPP PLZ!!!! We need those knuckles....
Edward Richtofen replied to SuPeRmAn8860's topic in TranZit
I have felt your pain before. Simple solution buy Bowie. As long as you don't let the denizens land on your head there's no difference. If they do land on your head, it's only one extra knife. It's more annoying to deal with him with the bowie; this is really the only substantial difference. That and you can't give money in the bank of course. -
This. I think they don't want us to hear exactly what Richtofen is saying to Samuel in the cutscene, as it pertains directly to the EE, rather they want us speculate on the clues given and piece it together.

I lost super-Jugg yesterday when I hit round 15. I heard the sound and even got a Richtofen laugh out of the deal . I had went down once prior in this game, so I think that Super-Jugg is only meant to be an early round upgrade. I know MMX mentioned him and a friend lost it at round 15 as well...Anyone else?
-
After watching the cutscene a few times, I believe that the beginning of the cut scene is actually the end of Die Rise. The crew has been there for a while after Richtofen teleported them there and Richtofen is urging Samuel to "mend the rift". Rus is killed in this scenario and shortly after the rest of the crew meets the same fate. Richtofen displeased in this failure, winds back time to give Samuel another chance to complete his commands. Hence, "have we been here before?" Sorry if someone else already said this.

Yeah it's the best And the whole lobby can get it at the same time...oh my god.
-
Four one shot per hoard weapons in the same game? That's never happened before. People are going to have 100's on solo in no time on this map, I went to 23 in my first game.

Just made a video over it for everyone. Thank you so much for the info Thanks for the video, seems like a good way of seeing if flopper is actually obtainable.

Making the Avogadro stronger (veteran members please read)
Edward Richtofen replied to Tha Super Devil's topic in TranZit
What do you mean "more durable"? He has always died in 2 knuckle hits for me. I killed him on round 51 a few weeks ago and he wasn't any different. -
Radaustin posted this video, it's there but that doorway is non-accessible, at least he couldn't get into it in theater mode. See for yourself: QNNFhqSN7j4

Thats crazy! Sounds a little overpowered to be honest. You keep your perks? Wow, just wow.
-
So jelly, it's going to be a long, long day at work today
-
Killing it by round 2, is not a statement about it's strength as an enemy in black ops 2, as it might of been in black ops. We have the bank now, your team can be completely set up by round 1.
