You know what's ironic? One reason people think we might not get a trailer is because of the replacer. They think that was the trailer, and feel cheated. However if / when a trailer actually launches (hopefully quite soon) they'll realize that they got more than ever before and they just seriously underestimated 3arc. A teaser, dev commentary, bits of gameplay, followed by a full-on trailer. If one actually comes, that is. It remains to be seen. But still. probably.

Why would it? It's basically the same layout as bus depot. A cramped building and an outside area with debris scattered around. There really seems no point in that. Of course then it could be argued that bus depot could have simply hosted turned, but whatever. I don't know.

They are rumored to have their own round. I'm so glad they brought back bosses! We haven't had boss rounds since ascension! What has teleporter in the past?? Doggies Phasing zombies Denziens Thief I think it will either be along the lines of phasers or dogs, or something completely new.

My excitement certainly went somewhere. And I know exactly where: Through the freakin' roof! I haven't given up hope yet, and I never will. Plus as Liam said trailers always launch on Saturdays, so don't give up hope yet either. If we don't get a trailer that stinks, but I'm not going to boycott BOII or anything! I still love treyarch and the epicness that is zombies. Just have faith...

Honestly it wouldn't be a bad idea on their part to release a trailer the day before launch or even the day before that. It gives us one day of crazy fanboy mayhem for realizing what we have in store, but grants enough time to ensure that everyone actually sees the trailer. Remember how after all those days with the green run trailer we knew exactly what to look for as far as the jet gun, "him," perks, and other map locations went? Maybe this is a clever tactic used to keep us from knowing everything upon entering the map. If so, I love you treyarch! You're geniuses! If not... There WILL be consequences. but not really. No matter what I'm still pumped for die rise. And good point Liam. That would also fit in with my idea. Fingers crossed!

Moon missiles question and the future of zombies
Electric Jesus replied to TFG Dubz's topic in Die Rise
We don't know yet the exact city it takes place on, I think it'll appear on the loading screen FAR EAST. The loading screen for Green Run shows NORTHERN HEMISPHERE It has been confirmed to take place in china, right? But I mean it would have to be on the western edge of china to match up with the explosions. Maxis's triangle is scalene, not isoscelese. In this map it appears isoscelese... While the actual explosions show the one labeled as "B" further to the west. So, what places of significance are located on the western edge of china? Major cities? I don't know. My point is just that detonation point B has to be further west than we thought. Plus the impact point isn't necessarily the exact location of die rise, so for all we know detonation point B could be anywhere from the middle east to western china. And that is just assuming that the other missile hit paris / Breslau. So as of now, we only officially know where one missile hit. However We can assume one hit Europe. And to follow the pattern of the explosions as seen from space, explosion B MUST be in the middle east, west Asia, or east Europe. It is also further south than impact point C, so yeah. That's all. I'll leave it up to you pro theorists to take it from there. it's sad that this is my first proper theory (however feeble) since BOII. Edit: I just got a great idea that will help to pinpoint a potential area for the impact of point B. I think I've got something here people! -
Moon missiles question and the future of zombies
Electric Jesus replied to TFG Dubz's topic in Die Rise
Do we have confirmation of exactly what city is the setting for Die Rise? Because the explosion for point B looks a lot further west than it is labeled in that map... That might just be my eyes tricking me... -
This. I don't dislike any map. Green run got a little boring for solo play but with friends it's as fun as ever. Like I said, I don't dislike green run, but I have high hopes that die rise will be a major improvement. I suspect (atmosphere aside) the layout and structure will make it like a mix between five and ascension.

LAW OF SYLLOGISM 4 players per game of zombies This is a game of zombies in the footage Therefore there are 4 players. It's a transitive thought. ^^^POSTULATED. Let's try some more! It takes one player to no-clip and gather footage. 4 players per game minus 1 no-clipper = 3 visible players in the game. Footage was gathered. Therefore 3 players would be visible. ^^^THEOREM. Now the converse theorem! 3 players are visible. With 4 players, one must not be visible. Conclusion: at least one player will always be absent from a clip. Jeez people! I thought I wouldn't have to spell this out for you! NOBODY IS MISSING!!

Reviewing the super helpful 4.3 seconds of "the replacement"
Electric Jesus replied to Stop Mocking Me0's topic in Die Rise
Vr-11 is supposed to look like Vril. This is a type of element controlled by the Vril-ya, and is basically the spiritual opposite of 115. Naming it anything else would make no sense. Also it and the scavenger are very underrated. Ok, in topic! What you should consider is that moon put speed cola and juggernog in a very difficult to reach location. So If the elevator does only apply to speed cola and the nog, that makes sense. I doubt they're all in elevators. It would take too damn long to find them all if they were constantly moving. I'm still hoping for a wonka-vator. -

Hey, you know the first 2025 mission, where you capture the celerium device? That guy you capture calls it a quantum entanglement device.

Ok people, let's turn this argument into something positive! AND ON TOPIC. *cough* *cough* The trailer will probably show whether or not it is a tranzit map. Now stay on topic.

I personally agree that ndu was im germany. However its not conclusive it was germany in the official sense as there has not been confirmed location. So no my statement still stands Trust me. It's in Germany. The 4 marines were going to Verrückt when they crashed and held off at Nacht, but left and went to Verrückt on foot. It's in Germany. Well technically it could be in Poland but it sure as hell isn't in Hanford Washington state. The actual Nacht der untoten is NOT in green run. It is simply a generic fort modeled after it as a sort of nod towards the map that started it all. Likewise if Verrückt was in die rise it wouldn't be the actual wittenau sanitarium that just got up and flew to china, but a random generic building that is made to resemble it. Plus we didn't even get access to the full Nacht, just one room, so I suspect just one floor of a building or one room will be modeled after just one floor or room from Verrückt.

Black Hat PDA: The Greatest Thing Ever
Electric Jesus replied to Electric Jesus's topic in Multiplayer
Trophy system is a camper's best friend, but they are usually put on objectives too. Any grenade or equipment thrown near it is disabled, making a whole area with a radius of several meters immune to anything but bullets and melee. They aren't too hard to get rid of though. I once saw a sniper camping with 2 trophy systems and 2 bouncing Betties around him. What a pro! I had engineer though so I shot them through the floor below him. Hehe... -
Like, if treyarch implemented one of my Ideas *cough* *cough* wonderweapon *cough* without mention I would be ecstatic. But no, these are just random jerks, not only using your ideas without mention, but taking credit for it! That's just so uncool! We should make a notice thread demanding mention from youtubers who use our ideas!

CCCP? Hmm. Maybe it has to do with Consolidating coach corporation? I don't know. That's kinda a long shot.

Of course I did, what does the trailer have to do with my theory? ...Are you serious? Your theory? You picked up something that a troll made up a week before the trailer got released. Re-read everything in that article and then go back to the trailer. Do you get the picture yet? These guys call themselve journalists but they're using a source of 3 weeks old that was obviously made up. The achievements are a bunch of lies, too. I'm not going against your idea of old maps returning as a gimmick in the new TranZit mode, like Nacht der Untoten did. But I seriously doubt Der Rise will be hidden between a bunch of Skyscrapers. +1. If die rise has an homage appearance of a map like Nacht it would most likely be Verrückt since that comes next. Perhaps it will just be one room or one floor of a building which is modeled after Verrückt though, as it would be hard to cram the whole map into die rise.

Die Rise/Nuketown/Green Run Timeline Theory
Electric Jesus replied to PatrolinMexican's topic in Die Rise
Like I said, since he is the same age in nuketown and green run (you can tell by the voice) he went to green run immediately after nuketown. Now this doesn't necessarily mean timeline-wise, but it literally took him a short amount of time to go from nuketown to green run. Now we know maxis searched for many decades, so he very well may have teleported into the relative future (anywhere from 80s to 2025), which is a suspected timeframe for green run. This way Marlton still made the transition quickly but also leaped a great deal of time. Now where did he get a teleporter? Perhaps Hanford? And so if nuketown is 60s and green run is 80s, maybe die rise will be after the 4 have teleported into the future, making it take place in 2025, or near the present like call of the dead? -

Fun fact: when I hack a piece of equipment I always say "Boop" out loud, even though 95% of the time I'm alone.
