  1. When zombies are hit by the DG-2 you can see lightning coasting through them. However this appears to be MADE of electricity. look at the arm. No way a solid zombie arm was ever in there. This thing Isn't charged with power, nor is it being damaged by it. Zees EES ze powah. Zees..... EES ZE POWAAH!!!!
  2. You have been reported to the cyberpolice, AND THE STATE POLICE! Just joking. But I don't know if this has been addressed, but I assumed that this would be like no mans land. No waves, just limitless zombies. It will probably be "survive the longest" and "most kills" and what not. Also I doubt there are whole new maps off of the path. It seemed to me like the biggest attraction of going into the mist is to find scrap parts more frequently. I bet it will come with a slew of Easter eggs and side quests.
  3. Yeah every Time I flip on a lightbulb in my house a massive electrical monster bursts out and Attacks me. It looks like a zombie IMO so I will stand by that idea for now. And Coah, I said this in another thread. The A implies gas, which combusts. So I think we will see a fire zombie. The sound files point to electricity, so I think it will be another new enemy. I'm betting on at least 2 new bosses. Treyarch themselves said there would be new enemy types. The sound Power sounds like a giant EMP to me. Attack is self explanatory. We saw this entity explode in the trailer so death is probably the full soundbof it dying. Waltz is random music interrupted by what sounds like electronic feedback. They all point to... A. An enemy and B. electricity. Then we see electricity taking on a humanoid shape. Frankly how can anyone NOT think this is a new enemy? I read an article today and in it treyarch said there would be multiple new enemy types. Seems like a sound theory to me!
  4. Ran through the trailer frame by frame, and I feel sure this is some electrical boss. In the .5 seconds it is shown its "head" explodes, showering down sparks. It is located in the same room as the power generator and presumably the power switch. That makes sense. It clearly has an arm type thing as shown in the image above. The only thing this could be is an enemy of some type IMO. All this is supported by the sound files we got. Maybe "burp" will help it too.
  5. The sign originally says: NORTH HIGHWAY DINER But some letters are burnt out so it says: N O_ _ _ _ _ _ _W_ _ D I _ E _
  6. I doubt this means anything too special but I still figured i'd bring it to your attention. About 57 seconds into the trailer you can see a neon sign in the background. It originally said "the *something* diner" but I can't make out the middle word. However the lights are burnt out in such a way that they spell out NOW DIE. I bet that is just a joke from treyarch but the fact that it was a diner confirms some minor stuff related to the diner. just thought I'd point it out for you guys :D
  7. I posted that in the beginning of August. Sound familiar? PUMPED :D
  8. I really can't stop smiling when I think about the glimpse of the weapon at the end because it is A LOT like an Idea I posted here a while ago thick, cylindrical, sci-fi looking, and firing it triggers a "spin-up" which makes an electronic whine get louder and louder for about 2 seconds until -- BOOM! Massive laser beam. check out page 4 of the wunderful thread and see for yourself. New characters, eh? Pretty sure I saw the chick from the poster too! You know those so called prestige emblems a whole ago? I bet they were the land marks on the map. At the end the birds eye view. Wow. Until now i didn't fully comprehend what double the zombies meant. Holy crap. As for the map itself, WOW. It looks HUGE. One thought: if there is a campaign I would expect this to be it. Travel from town to town purging them of the zombie menace. If it isn't a campaign it seems to me that you will travel from town to town in a circular route, defending from the bus in between towns. SICK. no info on bosses or the bus driver or any of that scavenger crap. Honestly it left more questions than answers. But I love it this way! Peek at the bottom of your screen. There are probably fifty users browsing this thread. :D
  9. ... They exited out the front door. They had no idea what they were in for. Now they're staring at six men with guns drawn. It was a fucking ambush. This was a fucking bomb dropping on Beaver Cleaverville. For a few seconds, this place was Armageddon! Aah, THERE WAS A FIREFIGHT!
  10. Y'Know what we remind me of right now? The final scene in V for Vendetta. We are all standing behind our masks (usernames) and waiting for the "explosion". and believe me, it will be one hell of an explosion. Remember, Remember, the twenty sixth of September...
  11. ^^^ Miami I has east coast time like me so at 1 o clock.
  12. Eh, it's possible. But you've forgotten one thing... ONE DOES NOT SIMPLY WALK INTO NUKETOWN
  13. Here's my theory on this whole unreleased burp thing. They did plan on releasing it yesterday but they may have cancelled when it got "leaked". OR, they will do what they did in the past. Every trailer ends with a bang. In SNN the dogs were sneak peeked, in kino the thundergun, in call of the dead George, in shangri-la the monkey, etc. I think they will do what they did in SNN... Tank: "uh-oh! That doesn't sound like a freak sack...." *quick flashes of new boss attacking* *screaming* *gunshots* *screen goes black* BURP.
  14. Following the idea of "you place it and respawn there" maybe the perk itself has nothing to do with the stone. Maybe someone just dropped it next to the machine do they could buy it upon respawning? Or maybe there are tombstones scattered across the map and for a certain (presumably high) price you activate it and respawn there, and there just happens to be one next to the machine. Maybe they are at every machine? I don't know.
  15. I think the "RIP" is just part of the design (y'know, because it's a TOMBSTONE) and it is called tombstone cola or Tombstone sabra. I posted that second idea elsewhere. Sabra is an orange and chocolate flavored liqueur and you add it to coffee. The whole cola thing is kinda played out. (root beer, coca cola, doctor pepper, 7-up) plus I don't even think we know what the hell mule kick is supposed to be (or is it tequila?) MK and deadshot daiquiri are alcoholic beverages, so why end the streak?
  16. SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY 3ARC! In all seriousness though, I hope the campaign is real. Ha, I can't post pictures from my phone. Thanks! But on topic, the point you brought up in another thread is what I was thinking. We will have THE MAP AKA tranzit, nuketown zombies with hardened, and a campaign after we beat the normal campaign.
  17. Oh, and while I'm here... Mx7 J3R1CHO This looks a lot like a grim reaper. It is bulky and rectangular. You hold it over your shoulder and aim through folding sights. You point it at the ground, ceiling, walls, obstacles, and -- oh yeah, ZOMBIES. It leaves a yellow laser marker behind like when you call in an air strike in the campaign. If you target zombies the pulsating light isn't a beacon but comes from the targeted zombie itself, and it glows red. You load the gun with a single giant missile inserted into the front like an RPG on steroids. Believe me, this sucker has one helluva Roid rage. Firing once sets the marker. Firing again makes it fire. The missile flies straight upwards. At the peak of its flight it literally shatters into 50 seperate smaller missiles, which zoom straight towards the marker. Upon impact they explode with devastating force, decimating the horde of undead. The reload time is painfully slow. The amount of time it takes from when you fire to when the target is hit is massive. Believe me, this bad boy has its limitations. But imagine standing in the back of your trusty steed (funky old bus) and letting this loose on the horde running behind you. Un-be-lievable. "I am doctor flopper and I recommend taking caution when operating this machine" - Doctor V. Flopper, Ph.D. Upgraded it becomes the Mx7 N4G4-54K1. It reloads slightly more quickly. The missiles spread out more before hitting your target but deal more damage to make up for it. It takes less time from when you fire it to when it hits. It now has a total of 24 missiles, retaining its single shot capacity. YYYYEEEEEEAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!
  18. Honestly I would probably scream myself hoarse until my throat bled if I opened the mystery box and my beam cannon (or any of the other dozen or so ideas I have) emerged. I wouldn't even care that they took the idea(s). I posted them here for a reason: so people would see them. Simply the honor of having treyarch use an idea of mine, even if it was just the alteration of a single pixel, would be out of this world for me. Fanboy much? YOU BET!
  19. Yes!!! I can see it now: You start off in a plane, until something happens (the pilot turns into a zombie/plane gets hit by a meteorite of 115) and you crash into NDU. The meteor turns the dead Nazis around the bunker into zombies and they start to swarm you. That's all I got so far but that would be terrific. SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY 3ARC!
  20. I am pretty positive it takes place in the 80s TBH. Remember this quote? It's only like the billionth time i've posted it! "though multiplayer is progressing into the future, do not fear. We will still be slaying zombies with ye olde 1980s weapons. What does that mean for us? Well only time will tell." In WaW they started with one map and released them one map at a time. With black ops they were going to start with ascension and five, but when kino got cancelled for WaW they changed it to kino and five. You may ask "Well electric, why didn't they choose to release kino and ascension upon the release of black ops?" elementary my dear! You see, the timeline gets majorly fudged up if two canonical maps are released simultaneously. So, I doubt they would do that in BO2, or ever for that matter. So, I highly doubt the heroes will be on nuketown. It may have minor significance to the story like five, but not Easter-egg wise. By the way dun, woo hoo electro boss! I think you are right about the robot too. TL;DR: nuketown will not be directly linked to story; heroes won't be there. Black ops 2 zombies map tranzit will take place in 80s probably. I love you dun.
  21. @XxExpertCoahxX I don't think it's a perk either. *wink* Buuuuut, if it WAS, (as many people think it is) maybe it could do THIS! I posted it a while back, as an idea for what quick revive pro could do. Since tombstones imply death this fits in rather nicely. Also, as every perk a cola has a name that is a spin off of a normal real life drink, can anyone find a beverage whose name ends in RA? ACTUALLY, a few google searches tell me there is a beverage called SABRA. It is a liqueur added to coffee and it is orange and chocolate flavored. So if it is a perk machine (and I'm not saying it is) maybe it is Tombstone Sabra? Kinda has a nice ring to it. Maybe? Maybe not? Not that it matters, but the beverage is a very dark color (pretty much black). I don't know whether that supports or refutes the possibility but I thought I'd throw it out there.
  22. In the preview the bus is simple. No spikey crap in the front, no visible ladder, sleeker frame, et cetera. So maybe you can buy new busses, or upgrade it? Like making it big and bulky improves power / durability, the thing on the front might act like a "cow catcher" or whatever it's called on trains and kills zombies in front of you? Furthermore you might be able to buy the hatch to get up on the roof if you have a decent sniper or other marksman's gun. I can see how riding around in a city on the roof of a bus where zombies undoubtedly jump from roofs can be a problem. Imagine cruisin' 'round town, raygun in hand, decimating the zombies staggering after your fully armed and operational war machine. LIKE A BOSS. Mechanics-wise, I would imagine that if this were so, you could simply buy the wheels for example. They would get hit by a zap of lightning like when you clear debris and WHAMMO! Your bus is now faster. Simple, yet effective.
  23. I bet when players die/bleed out they drop a marker with their revives kills headshots downs etc at the time of their death. And their name of course. It always sort of pissed me off how treyarch didn't implement anything into death animation for zombies. I mean there literally was no death animation; you just vanish! I hope this Idea is correct, because it would be really cool. Maybe if there IS a level system you can get different sizes shapes fonts and cplots for it? Or if there are seperate zombie player cards (which I hope there are) your tombstone displays it? If not maybe just the MP one?
