  1. Honestly I love what I'm seeing so far. My only problem is that it isn't "RiZe." come on!
  2. I finished my Boondock Saints Emblem today! It took like half an hour with no tutorials. I will post it soon.
  3. I am pretty positive the word "rise" does not exist on the German language, as the word for the verb "to rise" has an entirely different translation. So it is most certainly a reference to "high rise". Probably not the map itself, but just the idea of high rises in a map. I calling it-- it's L.A. 2025. Remember the surpris trailer? It showed zombie's there. NOTHING has no meaning when it comes to treyarch. Also a member here showed that there was a gun chalk outline on a wall in one shot of the trailer. Then the game came out and nothing about LA was included in zombies. Now we have a hint that a map will feature high-rises, and it includes a shot of a destroyed city. That paired with the aforementioned info makes me really think it's going to be LA. One other thing to point out... Verrückt and ascendion are our two triple-crown maps. Their location is featured in their respective games' campaign, multiplayer, and zombies (wittenau and baikonir). They also happen to be the first DLC zombies map for each game. Maybe the first DLC of this game will then be yet another triple-crown map? With everything I said before in mind, I have no doubt that it will be LA.
  4. You must consider that (between us champs) there are less fortunate souls who couldn't dream of passing round 50. It is just beyond their capabilities. In this case, for MOST players it would be the best. Even beyond round 50 I prefer playing it safe and taking my jolly old time than risking entering "the pants-down zone" as I sometimes call it. I'd rather have unlimited ammo of a decent gun than severely inconsistently present ammo in a great gun. In every game? My favorite class would be SCAVENGER WAVE GUN MUSTANG AND SALLY GERSCH FRAGS SPIKEMORES ALL PERKS (Easter eggs or special bosses FTW)
  5. I actually got the perfect ending my first time through. I sat for about 30 seconds debating whether or not to shoot Harper at the moment of truth, but then I figured "there's no way I would be able to kill my own teammate without some major importance behind it." so many times have I been haunted by the phrase "friendly fire will not be tolerated." so I took aim and blew his head off. So yeah, Harper died, karma survived, and everybody lived happily ever after. Except Salazar. and menendez. And DeFalco. And Harper.
  6. http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=0_I4QU0PFs0 It's good to see a legitimate, general, over-all guide for once. It's usually so specific that we need to scour the site to find all we need. I'm sure myself and others thank you. PFCSNAFU will always be remembered. Semper Fi; Do or die. Gung ho!
  7. Like I said before, the Skullcrusher might be good for running a train in the tunnel, but I personally don't consider running in a circle for 40 hours the time of my life. No, I would abandon my Skullcrusher and my train for some good old LSAT Bruce Willis style runnin' and gunnin' if the monotony started gnawing at my sanity. So my point (as I said before) is that while using a Skullcrusher might be the BEST class, my FAVORITE is one with an LSAT.
  8. Thanks for the input guys! Upon further review, it has long range but not unlimited. It is relative to the size of the subject of your hackingliness. This explains why you are still able to hack planes and choppers. Also the person in Ex's video failed to demonstrate how one of its best uses is taking down care package crates, as it grants 125 score and if done quickly denies them access to a potentially devastating reward. Also bonus points if they rage quit when their swarm falls out of the map. Of only they had a hacker...
  9. [quote="InfestLithium" Yeah, I'm more of the team medic whenever I play zombies. Strange, because I'm usually the last one to go down in the later rounds, yet I'll go down around Round 2.
  10. Primary: RSIRT (upgraded LSAT (nuketown only)) Attachment: The Reflex with the pony reticle Secondary: Mustang and Sally No attachments Lethal: I prefer frags Tactical: Monkeys Equipment: Claymores Knife: Bowie (galvaknuckles are soooo mainstream (JK)) Perk 1: Quick revive Perk 2: The nog of champions Perk 3: Double-tap 2 (my favorite perk btw) Perk 4: stamin-up
  11. Alright people, after using it excessively, I have come to the conclusion that the black hat single-use hacking device special grenade is the best thing ever. Here's why. This is an AMAZING contributor to achieving scorestreak rewards. It has unlimited range and can even hack stuff through walls. I use it in conjunction with Engineer, so I can see every little bit of equipment in the world. For example I was in the area beneath flag B in domination on hijacked (the tunnel-y place) and some fool kept placing turrets and guardians on the flag. I could hack them THROUGH THE CEILING earning over 100 score per hack. Back on the topic of it helping your score, hacking any small equipment like claymores off shock charges turns it into your own, effectively turning it against your opponent, and also this awards 50 score. Hacking Guardians and sentries award either 125 or 150 score (can't remember lol). Using it on a mounted sentry or guardian will simply destroy it though and not re-wire it. If you use it on aircraft it counts As a single homing missile. Using it on a uav awards 75 and 100 on a counter uav, destroying each. If you use it on a stealth chopper or other aircraft it takes multiple attempts, as the first will simply get rid of a flare. If you get a care package caught on a roof or out of the map you can simply use a hacker to capture it with unlimited range, even through some obstacles. Also if you hack an enemy care package it captures it and awards 100+ score (can't remember exact value here either) One other thing to note about care packages is that if you see an enemy care package carrier approaching on the horizon, hack it! If you do it quickly enough you can blow it up and prevent them from getting the crate, also earning 125 score. Plus even if it is obvious that the hacking process will not prevent the player from getting the crate in time, you can continue to hack it as it flies away, still earning your 125 points. So yeah, this thing is really great. On average you can hack a piece of equipment in almost every life, essentially earning the same amount of score you'd earn from a kill, saving you from the need to go out on a risky mission. So if you haven't given this a shot yet, try this out! I am 87% sure you won't regret it.
  12. I Really like the core idea (a gun that absorbs souls to gain power) but I agree that it definitely needs some work for the reasons Triple mentioned. You should take his advice and make some changes. My only real problem with it is the overplayed recycled function of keeping zombies away from you (gersch, monkeys, Vril) and the way it is presented in a way that has already been seen (black hole.) but as I said, it is a good idea that has the potential to be even better.
  13. but if shoot them they act as if they'ed been hit by a stun granade The point he was trying to make is... what good will it do you to slow them down if there are no zombies nearby? The point is to trip them up and get them killed by the nearby zombies. However by shooting them you also shoot and either damage or kill the very zombies you sought to utilize against the recipient of your fire, making it even easier for them to escape from their situation. Utilizing this mechanic can be a good strategy in some cases, but for the most part it is self-defeating.
  14. 90% of Americans The other 30% are S.M.R.T. Smart! How do I math? But seriously, don't trust the wiki. Check this out. viewtopic.php?f=93&t=26596
  15. The first is a legitimately cool idea. However we all know this is just another (unusually creative) troll. Props to whoever did this, but still. The wiki is filled with enough nonsense. We don't need anymore. Why don't you just join codz and post it here? tee hee hee
  16. This is common in 3d games like with a 3d tv or 3ds. I've experienced it a bunch. But if this is on a normal tv and it is just the dynamic 3-d illusion created on a 2d screen causing these feelings it could be a number of things, ranging from simply advanced motion sickness toa form of epilepsy. In any of these cases I am afraid I don't know how to help you. Of course your friendly neighborhood Ph.D Electric Jesus isn't exactly the best doctor around, so take what I'm saying with a grain of salt.
  17. I thought it meant "Day, Cross, *blank* over two, me. Day cross over to me. Now saying that quickly it sounds like THEY cross over to me! This probably has to do with the aether since its a message from richtofen (like now die) but I'm not sure of its exact meaning.
  18. Vector K10 Reflex Long barrel Grip Kap 40 Scavenger Engineer Extreme conditioning Semtex Primary gunfighter This was my best class for a while but I have been changing my SMG class since I'm going for diamond SMG. Now all the perks and wildcards and equipment are the same. The only difference is the primary. Chicom CQB select fire Reflex Long barrel
  19. ^ thanks. Stay on topic people. Well, let's think. It would take a considerable amount of time for a human to succumb to death by flames when their clothes were simply on fire. It takes approximately 9 seconds for your nerves to be destroyed, removing your brain's ability to sense via your sense of feel that you are on fire. However zombie's either don't feel or react to pain so this doesn't matter. Another thing to poibt out is that apart from damage to the organs in your body by direct contact with flame (unlikely; it would take a while to burn all the way through your body into your insides) the most likely cause of death would be immense damage to the brain. The liquid in and around your brain would boil resulting in death. However we know they can function without their heads. One final thing to mention is that the zombies' flames go out after about ten to fifteen seconds. This isn't nearly enough time to fatally damage internal organs. However repeatedly running through the fire keeping them burning for minutes at a time is also not fatal. But my explanation for that is simply... If there were loads of permanent fire traps everywhere, you wouldn't have to fire a single bullet to make it to round 9001. Isn't it obvious that they just wanted to add / modify a burdensome mechanic but not have it help you like it did in the past? Cone on people. You should know that gameplay prevails over realism. That goes for you off-topic posters as well!
  20. This mode is AWESOME! And for WINNERS! You are a joke! And this is a joke![/size My most fun BOII experience so far was in grief. Can't complain at all. Well, when you lag out it counts as a loss, so I gave like 20 losses but only like 5 real losses, but whatever. I don't care about my "rank." just play with me and oh, we'll just see.
  21. Gersch. Emp are fun as hell for grief trolling, but nothing beats the badassery that is the black hole bomb. It is the most practical, carrying out the same function as monkeys but with 100% guaranteed kills, and a totally bad ass delivery if this function.
  22. Like I said I'm working on diamond SMGs, and now I'm on the CCQB. However I have fallen in love with the AN-94. It's definitely worth a permanent unlock token, since it's great AND the last to be unlocked.
  23. See, death machine and war machine are neat, but there is always myself as a factor. That's why I use stuff that basically kills for you rather than helping you to kill. For example you can still get decimated even if you have a uav or a death machine, whereas with an auto-killing streak (swarm, sentry, lightning, dogs, hellstorm, etc.) but that's just me. The setup I use most often now is Care package (with engineer of course) HELLSTORM Dragonfire or stealth chopper (depends on map)
  24. And...? Naw but seriously, I think this is truly going to be something. Not necessarily huge but something substantial.
  25. Not much else I can say; the title says it all. What look sensitivity do you use in multiplayer? I personally use eleven. I can't even function at all on ten or twelve. By the way in case you didn't know, it goes up to 14 in black ops 2.
