It's at the very end of the video. He lets it play through, and right as the puff of white/electrical smoke appears and he gets the new inventory item, Richtofen starts laughing - video ends with train cars squealing. He could have just inserted the box moving sound into the video... but as I said, I think this is just a barrier glitch.

Or we get a new characters again. Yeah I'm kind of thinking we will get new characters. The Green Run crew are pretty stuck IMO (mostly in part due to an unfinished EE... I'm looking at you, Nav Card!). I think the zombies eye color is significant. Until we see a true high def image, I'm a little confused.

What would it LOOK like if zombies really came?
GRILL replied to GeorgeVerne's topic in General Zombies Discussion
Welcome to the forum, George! you'd probably get a lot more responses if you put this topic in the member lounge, or off topic area. This specific section is related to general gameplay and info regarding BO2 zombies. -
I think he just was hit out of a barrier or something. Notice how Richtofen laughs/train cars screeching just like when you throw a monkey out of the map. I don't think he spliced film together. Too many factors.

I'm really surprised the bus driver doesn't mention Lake Vostok. It's got ties to: the German u-boat carrying Hitler's remains (often attributed to CotD... even though it was seemingly Russian), lost city of Atlantis, UFO coverup/Area 51-esque facility, and the hollow crust theory/Agartha. PINNAZ you've inspired me to make a topic on Lake Vostok! thank you! UPDATE: and here is that topic - viewtopic.php?f=103&t=27081

Yeah until I see the press release, it's unofficial.

Nuketown Zombies Loading Screen => Atlanteans
GRILL replied to BlindBusDrivr's topic in General Zombies Discussion
Awesome post, as usual. I believe it bares mentioning that in the nuketown trailer, they play "she'll be coming round the mountain when she comes". This song can be associated with the end of the world, and it has been represented as the end of the world in the Illuminatus! Trilogy - which heavily focuses on Atlantis. -
Nuketown Zombies trailer / Portals / Illuminati / Atlantis
GRILL replied to GRILL's topic in General Zombies Discussion
I wonder if the song is a nod towards today, 12/21 -
"It is a cosmic dawn, we will recover the ability to communicate telepathically and levitate objects ... like our ancestors did." "The galactic bridge has been established, at this moment, spirals of light are entering the center of your head ... generating powerful vortexes that cover the planet."

it looks more explosive to me than regular. but, now that you all mention it - might just be the contrast.

I have not seen this. AWESOME post! I'm very intrigued now...

I was playing a game of grief last night - and we were throwing the meat stink into the lava pit in front of PaP. Many zombies gathered, and we'd get 1-3 drops almost every time (using the meat stink). I need to find it in theater mode - and once I do I'll post it here. Has anyone had a similar experience?

nooooooooooo i thought it was furthering, not a missed first step. damn you cheevo loops holes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In the Nuketown Zombies trailer ( ), Treyarch have continued with the nursery rhymes theme by having "She'll be coming 'round the mountain when she comes" (in the TranZit trailer, they used "Wheels on the Bus"). Like most things related to zombies, this could be nothing or it could be something... I'm treating it as something... First off, "She'll be coming 'round the mountain" is believed to be based off an older song from the 1800's titled "When the Chariot comes" - which basically refers to the Second Coming of Christ / Rapture. I'm just going to go ahead and re-type that last line for those who don't click the spoiler, "She will take us to the portals, When she comes . . . ." "When the Chariot Comes" is also a reference to the end of the world, and has been used in "The Illuminatus! Trilogy" (of which the "lost continents" of Atlantis are heavily involved). So we've got "she" (being either a person or vehicle), portals, end of the world, Illumati ties, and through that Atlantis. There is a theory here - I know it... I just have to sit on it for a little while here. If anyone can come up with supporting facts, theories, anything - it would be much appreciated. Also - here is Activision's official "background story" for Nuketown Zombies, if anyone is interested.

Thanks MMX. Question though - Denizens explode after killing them, leaving behind no corpse, or skull - right? i suppose canonically its the only skull that makes sense, but gameplay says otherwise IMO.

I've been in constant contact with you guys' moderator, I'm sure he will vouch for me when he returns. The problem is this: what have you found that would support the next step of the Egg? If it's nothing, then maybe you should keep an open mind instead of trying to attack people that are here to help. If you think I'm just going to GIVE you the next step you're extremely naive and lazy. Why would you want everyone else to figure this out, rather than you? I see no fun in following another person's steps, be innovative! Try things! You may think they're crazy, but haven't you said the same for every Egg up until this point? There is, however, one thing I can guarantee you: when someone proposes the correct idea, I leave this place for good. No more questions, no more "Birddog Dan" (which is a pseudonym for something that will be achieved in the future), and I really hope that no one is left in the dark at that point. Illumination is my only objective. -Sedan I agree things should be kept civil, but you have to understand, when some person just leaps into the community and starts making bold claims with literally nothing to back it up other than more cryptic bold claims - it makes people angry. when someone proposes the correct idea, it won't matter if you would have left or stayed. you are that person now, don't you understand? you are the person who can propose the correct idea, but instead you just act like your some sort of puppet master. ziplines? train stations? i'll believe it when I see it.

I'd like to do a thread on some aspects of zombies in the first Black Ops, and was wondering where it should go? I'm looking for a section similar to "general zombie discussion" for Black ops 2 - but for Black ops 1. Thanks!

I'll say it straight up, I WANT IT TO BE RUSSMAN!

hey all, I was looking for a thread with photos of inside the cabin and all I could find was: viewtopic.php?f=136&t=26190 so I took it upon myself to make a thread with photos. If you read the thread above, they have pretty much discussed that the skulls in the cabin are similar to primates and probably are Denizen skulls. I totally agree with this, and wanted to expand on the topic while discussing some other details about the cabin: There must be over 30 skulls in this cabin. Whoever was living in the cabin had been living there well after the incident that caused the outbreak. It looks as if they were living off of the Denizens, which begs the question - does Denizen taste like chicken? As you can see, the denizen head versus the denizen bare skull looks to be a pretty decent match. UPDATE: the top jaw line in proportion to the nose looks quite long on the skull, in contrast to the actual Denizen face. I'm actually kind of curious now... (thanks also to Living Dead for the pics) As discussed in the thread included above, these skulls could simply just be re-used textures from BO. However, this may be due to the engine overhaul, I find the TranZit skulls much smoother looking. This fire place is stoked! ... literally! Unless there is a lava pit conveniently located directly under the fire place - someone has been using Denizen skulls for warmth, recently enough that the fire is still going. We're not talking coals here people, this fire is going. I wonder why he stopped using wood? The hatchet is, after all, right out front wedged in a tree stump. Who do you think was living here? Are they still around? Why would they live so close to the power plant?

did you have the power on? he said he did.

GRILL replied to Tac's topic in General Zombies Discussion
this is a fantastic theory. it's these types of threads that flesh out the story and make it all the more intriguing. thanks Tac! -
yes, show some respect. people pay money out of their own pockets to keep this site running. if you don't like it, head on over to TTG - you can swear your hearts content out over there. also, if your familiar with forums, a little "2 post sally" like yourself shouldn't be disrespectful to members/mods/admins such as Way (or anyone for that matter).
