I got to 46 co-op (2 people) using jug alley. LOADOUT: Actualized Neutralizer / Shadowy Veil Petrifier Ray Gun MK 2 (PaP'ed) BUILDABLES: Subsurface Resonator next to jugg machine Trample steam halfway down the alley (so you don't accidently use it) Turbine on hand in inventory METHOD: + trample steam is built on the buildable table above jugs + an94/svu (whichever you prefer) drawn on question mark at top of stairs closest to buildable table EXECUTION: When a round starts, use all of your an94 or svu ammo. By the time you run out in that gun, your trample steam will be destroyed. Put down turbine so subsurface resonator starts going off. Use petrifier to float up to hole in wall above jugs. Buy ammo, grab new trample steam. Lay trample steam down. Pick up turbine. Repeat until round is over.

Well, I can't speak for others - but I'd just like to say I'm not disappointed at all. Quite the opposite. But that doesn't mean that I can't compare. I don't think it's "sad" to simply state the reasons why you think a map isn't "the best map so far". Your comparison list is awesome BTW. When you stack em together like you did, it really makes a case.

Right, that's what I meant. So - are you saying that you can only enter the Aether through the "mental" realm? As in, the MPD is simply a device, or means, to get to the Aether? I think these fine gentlemen above me have answered quite fittingly, but I will weigh in as well. 1. lol. Yes, kind of an odd mental picture. I can only wonder if she ages, or if she's just frozen in time? 2. It seems as if Richtofen was having some trouble manipulating Samuel's physical actions. As Nathan said, it may be due to his alleged consumption of zombie flesh, also including element 115. The short answer is that Richtofen may simply be out of practice being in the physical realm. He's been in the Aether for close to 100 years. The long answer is yet to be seen IMO.

Yeah I'm kinda sad that nothing ever came about from the "1221" on her hat. Really thought it'd be an important date, or something. Also - while Samantha's soul did enter Richtofen's body - Samantha's body is still in the Aether, either lost forever or presumably waiting for it to be connected to its rightful soul. Richtofen turned into an omnipotent being (no body required). He wanted to get back into Samuel so he could feel, touch, smell (well maybe that last one wasent the best idea).

It's a very fun map indeed, but I wouldn't call it the "best map so far". It's a little too "one note" for me, meaning that - basically - once you've gotten set up (all perks, all PaP'ed weapons) - it just stops becoming fun and becomes more of a grind. MotD had dynamic changing weather, a plethora of hidden obtainables, DIFFERENT AREAS that had DIFFERENT STYLES of play, dynamic music. If Buried had half of these things it would be a better map, but unfortunately - it's really just a copy/paste of the same buildable experience we've had since TranZit (which, don't get me wrong, is an AWESOME experience - but far from the "best" experience so far). To me, it comes off of as a highly gimmicky map. The big guy, the ghosts, it being underground, the Paralyzer, 7 perks, "promising answers", so many persistent upgrades, OP buildables. To me, this all deters from the primal experience of simply killing zombies to survive.

I've changed the title from "perma-perks" to "persistent upgrades". If it's going to be official, then it HAS to have the official 3arc-given name. Anything else would be false advertising on CoD:Z's end. Ahem... back to topic, AlphaOmega - thank you for compiling these together! We needed a resource that has them all in one, and this suits it quite nice. I assume you'll be planning on updating it with any DLC 4 PU's as well?

why not just call the map "Agarthay"... and then it will work? seriously though, I'm quite excited for this map to come out and HOPEFULLY put an end to this "FEAR TEDDY" nonsense. I really think it's just being blown of proportion, I honestly believe an anagram to be the most simple puzzle in the world - and therefore, I'd figure that 3arc would steer clear of such predictable "hidden" messages.

well you can do that too, but clearing your cache works like that across the board.

You said you cleared your cache, right? Whenever you clear your cache, you have to download the most recent updates for all games regardless.
