  2. I don't have Nuketown yet so I'm not sure where it shows up when selecting a game but I don't think it's on the world map in relation to the 3 locations you can select. Does anyone have any ideas or theories as to what the town looking place is at the bottom of the map half covered in fog that can't be selected? Future DLC perhaps? Or maybe another map that is unlocked by progressing through the story line? Any ideas? If there is a current discussion about this please point me in the right direction, I didn't see it anywhere. Thanks!
  3. I've heard the revive thing is activated by hitting a point of revives in your stats. Maybe the other perks are the same. For example for jug to work when its off maybe you have to be "hit" by zombies so many times. Or for Staminup to work without power you have to run so many miles in game. etc... It will be interesting to see as people start getting higher in the rounds and stats.
  4. I am also very interested in the mechanics of the portal such as: If you open two will you teleport between them? (I did try opening multiple ones and leave them open but the denizen just jumped off and ran away, not sure if more than one can be open at the same time) What happens if you throw an emp into the portal? Is there any pattern to where they teleport you? Does anything happen if you use all the teleporters in one game? Are there any random street lamps that we haven't found (possibly completely off needing a turbine to power them) out in the fog somewhere? Do te portals act different when certain things are activated, like the power, Easter eggs, lightening storm? Can the denizens be used in other ways not related to the lamp posts? I'll be looking into these questions with my group tonight.
  5. Yea the Avagrado hitched a ride to town with us the other night. He stayed in the back window and behaved himself for the most part. That bus didn't suddenly stop or anything. He just shocked the shot out of us while we fought off zombies and then we sent him packing when we got to town. It definitly got our adrenaline pumping lol. I was watching some videos and the point was made that apparently there are definitly routes that the bus can take to cut it's route short of the full circuit. This makes me think that he doesn't take the full circuit everytime when there's noone on the bus. Gonna have to study his habits in theater mode tonight. I'm wondering if he acts different when circumstances are varied. Like if the power is on or off. Or if the EE has been done. Or if anything changes when reaching higher rounds. Has anyone punched him with the knuckles yet? Shot him with pack a punched wonder gun?
  6. Another member also posted a tip that you can put your turbine next to the AK and it will reach through the ground to the door. This way you can just hop back on the bus and go instead of having to drop down and go around.
  7. I've definitely had him lock the doors on us and skip a stop. I really think there's going to be something to this though. Some way of controlling him wether it be to call him to a stop quicker and/or direct him to a specific stop. I believe eventually we will be able to control him how we want, or have some sort of control as to his routes and what not. Something going on with the blue eyes turning red.. there has to be a reason for this. I feel theres something more to the bus than what we currently know though thats for sure. The question does have to be asked though... if this map is in todays time or before, why is there a mechanical bus driver??? Was he sent back from the future? Bus driver has a story to tell... robots up to something :)
  8. So there apparently seems to be some next level shit goin on as we are leveling. There's a vid on here of people with the blue skull eyes being able to see the next steps of the Easter egg and stuff. Curious. Also I have the blue eyes and don't have the QR ability sooo dunno
  9. That made me laugh. You were so butt hurt that I was spreading some positivity over this negative emo thread here you actually took the time to pick apart every other line of my post to what? Prove that a game sucks? The only thing you proved buds was that you were one of the ones I was talking about to begin with. EJ's post just logically picked that weak shit apart like I would have, so I didn't have to waste my time. That's a good admin. Anyway, glad someone understood what I was saying. Is this game the best game ever made? No.. and who thought it would be? Nobody. Over all is the new Zombie experience worth the purchase of the game? For me it is. For you? Possibly, if you give it a chance. Have a good one everyone!
  10. Fair enough. I'd still want someone who is a well rounded player in stats than the guy who got to a high round once. Or some kid playing on his brothers account who you have to carry through the game. Knowing the possible one time high round they made it to pales in comparison to the detailed stats that are now available. Inflated stats would be recognizable by comparing their kill/death ratio which can't be easily inflated but anyway. Tranzit can be played for just rounds rather than finding all the items. It's actually quite fun. The smaller maps require some skill to get past round 30. Skill in which you developed in BO1 and can now utilize in BO2. Regardless, to each his own. This is a great game and fun as hell to play with a solid team.
  11. EJ I always enjoy reading your posts. Good job! I agree with the guy above me I tried to p-a-p my galil twice and was unable to. It'd be nice to know the mechanics. Like what guns can be, what scenarios, modes, etc.. P-a-p Warhammer is beast and IMO is up there with the wonder guns. Has anyone tried p-a-p the wondergun yet?
  12. You have your opinion now I'll state mine. This thread is horrible, uninformed, lacking of patience and skill, and gives no credit to those who worked hard to bring you a next level experience. You barely gave it a chance before trashing it. This forum is flooding with more info about Tranzit-1 map that has more in it than over half of the last game. Don't be lazy and don't spread your hatred when you can't do your homework. A few tips that make this game beautiful. -Everything wasn't just laying there out in the open for every noob to complete the day the game came out. -Accumulating game play. To get far in Tranzit you will need to accumulate points in the bank, hide guns, learn to properly use the wonder weapon, and learn how to control the bus instead of crying when it leaves you because you haven't figured out the tricks and mechanics of it. -Touching on the retro- maps that limit perks and guns to force you to innovate your survival without having everything handed to you. -straying from the original format while still holding true to the original gameplay. They did this quite well actually, they could have changed a lot more and completely flopped the game, but they kept things subtle. -Set the groundwork for DLC. I agree with the poster who said he shouldn't have to buy an incomplete game and then purchase a bunch of DLC to complete the game. But thats NOT what's going on here. They created the base game and with Tranzit there is more to this game than the original 2 maps of Kino and Five you got with BO1. Think about it and appreciate for what it really is instead of judging by your limited scope of understanding its entirety. This sets an amazing cornerstone in which the future DLC's will expand on. I would be willing to put money on the fact that we will see some amazing new maps, features, guns, etc.. in the DLC's moving forward. -Wonderweapon was tricky. Everyone thought it sucked but once you realize it has infinite ammo and will not break into pieces if used correctly they're starting to get it. Another underrated badass gun you get from the box is the war hammer. It sucks? Grenades take forever to blow up? Pack a punch it. Have fun. Sorry for the rant but I love this game and felt the need to defend it a bit to the uninformed comments I read within. There's still so much more we have yet to discover...
  13. I believe the ranked search feature is built in and matches you to like skilled players first and then moves down the line if it doesn't get any hits. You can find lobby players stats just by simply clicking on their names. And to play a 2 player game simply create a custom game. Don't be discouraged by the word "custom" as this counts towards stats, and saves EE parts and points and stuff just like normal mode. In fact you can start a solo custom match and your buddies can join up at any time.. Not to be rude but pretty much every point you made was just due to not taking the time to figure out the new mechanics of the menus and game modes. I hope this helped you appreciate this awesome game a little more! The real fun will be in the future DLC's and expansions BTW, but the base gameplay, modes, and maps are actually a great starting point for where this game is heading. IMHO
  14. From what he says it looks the same as normal, just the effect of having QR is there when he hasn't actually purchased it. He was starting to notice some limitations though as it didn't work in grief but it did work in survival and it definitely works in Tranzit. I'll tell him to keep a closer eye on it and see what details we can dig up. He's had this pretty much since the beginning. I'm curious if it's a feature of buying the Hardened edition or something higher than the basic disc that I bought. Not sure, as they say only time will tell.
  15. I'm sorry I don't have evidence either but I can vouch for OP that this is true. My buddy has had it for awhile now but we can't figure out how he got it. Also I am at the same level as him and I don't have it so I'm not sure what's going on as far as is it a glitch or is it a feature?

That thread was pretty funny I'm not sure why they would lock it but their actions wreak of conspiracy. Maybe in retaliation for losing their comrades to an awful Lawton fire from above? I fear the worst my brother! Your very life could be in danger! Might I suggest pitching camp next to a wall gun and hoarding max ammos until they run out of bullets? I will send a fire sale asap as according to your research they will not be able to resist in which affording you time to escape!

  18. I honestly thought "This comment has been removed because it was inappropriate" was much more effective than the original comment in the grand scheme of things. That made me laugh and I thought he typed that on purpose until I got to the admin post lol The only thing that really concerns me about people getting the game early are the "firsts" if any of those guys are those people who put video's up or hardcore record holders/breakers, it's not fair to their competition that they get a head start. But in the interest of competition it only raises the bar for them and makes it all that more challenging so meh. Other than that, I'm gonna enjoy life for another 5 days 23 hours and 2 minutes then its time to get started on my divorce. :shock: :lol:

  21. I don't have any means to record but it's not that hard to pay attention next time you're playing Shangrila. They don't drop out of your butt they spawn on the ground right behind the player hence why they come at the perk from different directions not from the temple. You don't have to believe me I don't really care, but if you're playing and you notice it as well please come back, drop a comment, and have a little laugh with me cuz it's true and I seem to be the only one to share in Treyarcs little joke. Anyway, have a great day all! Note: I have noticed that this doesn't apply on the bridge for some reason as the monkeys come from the mudroom area even if the doors closed but anywhere else on the map pay attention and you'll see it.
  22. We're still on the Dempseys daughter theory not the Richtofens sexual orientation theory right? lol I think this would be great. I do feel some serious time warping coming on in the next storyline as to tie everything together with the new characters. I could also see them being totally unrelated and running into the fab four at some point and learning some back story and survival tactics from them. With Richtofen at the helm and Samantha running around with Richtofens body I would think there is some serious explaining to do and that Samantha would need to play a big part in the next part of the story to extract her revenge on Richtofen. This means that there will be more than one female zombie killer in Bops2. When she reveals herself noone knows but I can't wait!!!!
  23. Is there anything that points to it not being invented by Maxis and/or Richtofen? It's first appearance is on Der Reise where the Wonderwaffe, Monkeys, and Teleporter was invented... I know it doesn't outright say they didn't invent it but why wouldn't it be implied due to the other inventions and the facility? I might have missed something so I apologize but it just makes sense to me it'd be invented by the same people who made the wonder weapons.
