Are the free perks really rewarded for 100% accuracy?

I just back into any corner, take 2 steps forward and drop my Trample steam, step back and wait till the end of the round. Works every time. -

My legitimate gripe is that I cannot create a solo lobby, or create a public lobby with 4 people in my party, or have an option to play a leaderboard game with 2 or 3 of my friends. Why put those leaderboards there if you have to jimmy it up to even get into a game with only 3 of your friends. I should not have to set solo on creating a lobby and then sign out of PSN and then log back in to get a simple one player game to count on the leaderboards. Nothing against you, I'm just saying there are some seriously legitimate complaints about this game that they should be fixing before trying to make more money from little things like camo's and stuff. Treyarch please fix the matchmaking, lobby creation, player dropping, system freezing crap ASAP! And if you really want to be nice to us, then add a feature to create a private lobby with 1-4 of our friends that counts on the leaderboards. Oh and label our friends who show as "in a party" to reflect whether they are in a multiplayer or zombie lobby. But the connection shit first please.. it seems to be getting worse. Then and ONLY then will I shell out more money than I already have (game+season pass) for any additional add-ons you're selling. Thank you -
In the power room I check to see that an elevator is below. Then I run the zombie in front of the power switch until the red down arrow changes to up and then I run straight for it. The elevator will be moving fast enough that you can jump on and the zombie doesn't. I've got the timing down on this pretty consistently. I never wait for the elevator on the roof by the box location. If it's not up then I drop down and hit it there. Open the 2 doors and jump onto one of the other 2 elevators to go back to roof. If you are at the area by the big hole in the floor, you can put a trampoline down at the edge and jump over to the other building and then run past mp5 up to the roof to save someone who is down. (Zombies won't follow you on this jump because the gap is too big) The only tip I haven't seen here yet is when a perk is on the same floor as you (when you can buy it) and you use a key it actually just drops it on the floor in front of the elevator. I leave keys laying so that anyone who needs it quickly can pick it up and use it. (not recommended with randoms) General strat among my group is at start one guy grabs a part and we all drop down in the big elevator. 3 of us grab a key and hop on the elevator again. Buddy with the part sends us up, grabs his part again, turns power on and catches the first elevator to the roof. He meets the rest of us at the trampoline table. Build it and have the PDW and Claymores by the 1st Jumping Jack round. Kill the Jacks with the Trampolines for a free perk and move on to whatever desired strategy we are trying at that time.

We do the same thing except the guy in the room stays in the room and the guy hording just brings them around behind the ramp those guys ran up. The two of us mow down the horde together and start hording again. 2 Trample-steams and 2 players at the first mystery box location is pretty fun and super easy. You can put the TS on the windows or even where they climb up. The roof strategy is pretty straight forward too. TS on the window, one guy hangs back by the window and the other hordes out by the stairs.

Don't let someone revive your original self in who's who
CrazyTrain0917 replied to Nasdaq401's topic in Die Rise
I've been playing around with it on Ps3 and I've never gotten this glitch. -
Or when you get one on your head and your game lags and you end up knifing it like 30 times and it still doesn't die. "fucking bullshit"
-
I make my way to town and finish the round there leaving one zombie. Deposit and when you hear him coming leave the bank and take him over to where the box spawns behind the fence. Run back towards the bank and you can deposit over ten grand before he gets to you, rinse and repeat.
-
Although its not a complete magnet they do still attack it. Set it down and run a horde by it you'll see.

Ps3 I don't see the glitch where you jump up through the hatch to get knuckles and if someone is standing there it downs you both. I don't know what causes it but there is also a glitch where you can build the PaP machine with only 2 parts. IT's happened twice to me now where I was left with the battery. Glitch in the power room where the floor textures disappeared and the game started playing in slow motion until it finally locked up my ps3 so bad I had to unplug it from the wall. (prolly internet related) 2 barrier glitches in power lava room still work. Denizen glitch in cornfield still work?
-
Did you really pull all your money out of the bank that many times to check?

How did people pay more for NTZ? I preordered Bo2 and got NTZ for free. I didn't pay anything extra? As far as patching glitches I think they're obligated to patch them wether the community likes it or not. For example: In design the Jet gun is piss poor all around but exploiting the charging effect to fire it in bursts the way we were is a glitch regardless if it's useful or not. I'm not agreeing it should've been patched but I see the obligation for them to patch it. I haven't played Die rise yet so I can't comment to those but if there is a barrier glitch no matter how useful/useless it is they should fix it. I used the shield glitch to go for breaks during a long match without having to waste ppl's time babysitting a zombie for me. (not to sit in and shoot) It was extremely useful and I was sad to see it go but I still see the obligation to fix it. I think they need to think a little deeper on the design part of the wonder weapons and also create a way to have a break once in awhile. (wether thats a 5 minute break vote or a spot you can jump in for a period of time where you're protected. Like 3 timeouts to use up or something) -
Not only does it not carry over but it also over writes your profile. Example: I had persistent Quick Revive for like a month, logged in to my brothers ps3 and I didn't have it. Went back and logged into my ps3 and it was still gone. I'm thinking it may do the same thing to your bank.

I've had a couple races on foot around Green Run with a few buddies of mine. It was kinda fun but it would need a few game mode specific perks to make it more interesting. Not to derail this great idea but I also was thinking of game modes awhile back and I came up with Shotput Zombies. Basically you're at the end of a field and on the other end are launchers that are launching zombies at you. Your objective is to have some sort of gun game cycle of weapons and perks to assist you in shooting all the incoming zombies out of the sky lol

Anyone Else Notice this on the Loading Screen?
CrazyTrain0917 replied to OPLRazor's topic in Die Rise
I'm pretty sure it says something when you click it but it's very vague and doesn't reveal anything about who it was supposed to be. I was under the inclination that it was Peter who I thought was originally part of the group before Richtofen became the 4th. -
Interesting. Come to think of it, I didn't play any local but I did log in with my account on my brother in laws playstation. I lost my perma quick revive but I didn't even think about it relating to the bank some how. It is also very possible that someone lagged out of the game I was talking about 2 weeks ago seeing as it's pretty rare to get a full game from beginning to end without someone lagging out these days for some reason.
-
I have actually noticed money come up missing. I filled my bank 2 weeks ago, didn't play for a week or so. When I played on saturday I withdrew 30,000. Made 80,000 and was able to deposit the whole thing. I'm not sure what caused this but I know for a fact my bank was full when we went down in the game 2 weeks ago because I gave over 100,000 to teammates when my bank wouldn't take anymore.

The lightening does move from place to place. I'm not sure if it's tied to the church or not but it definitely moves. The way to make "Him" appear is to have the lightening above your area and kill the last zombie. He will then be in your area.

You guys are thorough! I don't believe there is any significance. The map Green Run was hastily thrown together, because they were approaching the game's launch date and they were unfinished with development. Zombies and Multi player shipped with many bugs. The days after launch many of the multi player servers were down trying to correct bugs. Zombies mode was very glitchy. Green Run was not intended to have fog originally. The fog was added because the hardware wasn't capable of processing the amount of information correctly on such a large map. If you do the "no fog glitch" you can see that even though the level is very detailed, the distant objects and textures fail to load in a big way, and this is an obvious flaw that would break the whole experience. This is most likely true for the EE also, it feels thrown together. Do you have any sources for these 'statements? I don't doubt there were issues but they didn't put this map together hastily." Also the "hardware" could handle ten green runs. If you have played a battlefield map you would see what I mean. Your post has a lot of assumptions and accusations that I personally don't believe to be true unless you provide a source to back it up. They didn't rush this map or it's EE. Although there are glitches, show me a game that didn't release with some glitches. They have their issues but I highly doubt they rushed and hastily put it together.

I agree the Skull crusher is an excellent weapon as you'll constantly have ammo. I prefer to switch it up now and then just to try all the different guns. It's so easy to run in the tunnel it doesn't really mater what you use unless you try the warmachine and rocket launcher at the same time lol. I've been beasting head shots out of the PaP five seven lately. So fun.

Nice job, I don't like the starting over thing though. Over all it's a very slow approach. When you get to 20+ rounds it is BIG points due to how many zombies. Running in an open area such as Tunnel or Farm you will make 20-30g's every 3-4 rounds no problem. My strategy is: -Leave depot after round 2 (gives you enough money to get a gun and open power door on next step) -Teleport from depot (9/10 times if you jump straight into the warp facing the pole it will teleport you to the light closest to the power) -Buy AK, turn power on, run to town -open bank and take out 25g's -buy Staminup and Jug -check for Galvaknuckle hatch -Teleport out (plan changes according to where you teleport but the jist of it is as follows) -Diner: Open doors, Knuckles, build shield (don't equip it yet), buy speed cola -Run to farm (with jug, staminup you can easily cross the lava) -Buy Doubletap, Check last spot for Knuckles hatch if you don't have it already. Buy claymores, swap AK out for PaP gun -Run back to diner, grab shield, buy knuckles, hit box for Monkeys and a 2nd gun -Go to tunnel and knuckle it up until round 13-15 (round 14+ takes one bullet and one knuckle) -By this time you should have your 25g's back -Run to Depot, get Turbine -Teleport to power again -Drop Turbine for PaP and run to town -PaP your 2nd gun and deposit the rest of the money in bank -Teleport back to diner or depot and head back to the tunnel -Every 30-40g's jump on the bus when it comes through and run to town via the shortcut past the lava -For a change of scenery and an easier run to the bank run trains out front of the Farm. The key to getting around this map with ease is knowing where you are when you teleport. -Bus Depot is obvious -Diner is obvious -Cornfield is obvious -Town should be obvious due to it's the only one that has a lava pool right next to it -Dark fog on a hill is closest to power, run down hill toward a fire in the distance to get to power -Somewhat bluish fog is after the bridge. You can see the bridge to your right after you warp -Lighter but dense fog look for a rock wall to your right. This is after the lava pool from diner. Run across the road and see a red and white truck for shortcut to town. (this is the easiest teleporter without a lava pool to cross to run to Farm) -Sun lit fog on road is across from the Bowie knife shack. Run towards the sun to get to town. Once you know exactly where you are when you teleport you should have no problem setting up or navigating the map without the need of a crawler or anything until the later rounds. I don't get on the bus at any point unless its just hitching a ride from tunnel to diner. Other than that I use it to lead a horde into and let them be run down in the tunnel. Note: hording in the tunnel is easy anywhere you want to run. The easiest place by far though is next to the fog on the diner side of the tunnel. You can horde them up and then run them in a straight line into the fog by the slanted wall. You are so far away from the 2 Denizen spawns that even though you're in the fog you can mow down your horde and get back into the light before any Denizens get to you. If they do get to you it's a simple knuckle to the face to get rid of them.

What Defines Boosting in Zombies?
CrazyTrain0917 replied to perfectlemonade's topic in General Zombies Discussion
In what way do you have to manipulate the game mechanics in any of the EE's to complete them? Just because it is ok to leave a crawler doesn't mean that I should accept that you sit in the glitch at power and draw all the zombies to you and then lag the entire game when you mow down 20 zombies at once, then refuse to get out of your glitch to come revive me if I go down. I see what you're trying to say but the way I see it is that your logic in this case doesn't make sense. Glitch exploitation should be put to a democratic vote during the game before any of them are manipulated at the very least. But that doesn't happen usually happen so meh.. -
If I recall, that was originally found in the game files. It's concept art for how Grief was originally gonna work. A big barricade in the middle dividing the two teams to sides and you throw the stink bait over the wall to draw the zombies to them. Eventually it became what it is today. I doubt the Town will ever look like that.

Yea I tried to repeat it as well but it hasn't happened since. It was so random and I didn't realize what was happening when it happened so I'm not sure of exactly what I did or what caused it. I also had a massive glitch the other night where I dropped down through the outhouse to hit the box at power and everything was glitched. I could see right through the floor as if it was made of glass. A lot of railings and random stuff was missing and there were black boxes sticking out of the computer monitors and stuff. My buddy came there to see if he could see it and suddenly the game started goin nuts and everything was in slow motion. We played two full rounds with it in slow mo before it finally froze my ps3 so bad I couldn't even turn it off by holding the power button. I had to eventually pull the power wire out of the back to reset my ps3. Glitchy Glitcherson

I've been doing this for awhile now. I do this alot in survival when I revive someone I'll throw a claymore down then walk up and revive them. Not only does it give you an extra second or two but it also gives the revived player a chance to get away before being runover by the horde that was following you. Adapting the same idea in the fog just sort of came naturally, I didn't even think about posting it so I'm sure many will be thankful for the tip! Good job!
