I know what piece of paper you're talking about! I picked it up on Die Rise!
So, I'm trying to figure out all this dragon nonsense when I see "Hold X to pick up Navcard." I hit X. I pick up the Navcard from Green Run. But I still see "Hold X to pick up Navcard." I hit X again. This time, I pick up a white, seemingly upside-down Navcard.
"Hold X to pick up Navcard" stays there, it just alternates between the two.
My money's on you having to get that Navcard on Die Rise, go back to Green Run, and put it in the Navcard Reader. I can give anyone directions to find it if they want them.
Edit: I just watched the Telixion video and that's it! That's the Navcard!
Edit 2: Proof that I have it: http://i.imgur.com/LEPEFOb.jpg Sorry, my phone's camera didn't pick it up that well, but you can tell the color and shape are the same.
Edit 3: Started a Green Run game to see if I had it and I still have it!
Edit 4: Going to see if I can put it in the Navcard reader. Wish me luck!
Edit 5: Incorrect Navcard
Edit 6: I noticed in Telixion's video, the bus made a different sound at the beginning. The honking sounded weird.

Alright, so I checked the Die Rise Xbox leaderboards today. There's nothing that I can see on the 2 and 3 player leaderboards. On the solo leaderboards, there are two people, and both their player channels have one game of Die Rise on it (roughly 3 minutes.) I tried to watch it, but I don't have the DLC.
What's much more fascinating to me is on the 4-player leaderboards. First off, there are only 3 people on it. Secondly, when you look at their player channels, there are a handful of games of TranZit. On Nuketown. The map preview shows the checkerboard thing everyone is familiar with, which leads me to believe it's hackers, but you can watch them play TranZit on Nuketown and they just kinda goof off for a couple minutes. And all of these TranZit on Nuketown games occurred after the patch was released. I'm currently in the process of watching all the Nuketown games and looking for things.
The gamertags are: FuRz Thomi34, and it looked like the two others were in a clan. It looks like they all got taken off the leaderboards now... I'll update if I find anything new. I originally posted it in the TranZit discussion, but I feel like it may pertain to Die Rise as well, so I posted it here.

Co-Op Load Screen Hints Next Map?

Also, there was the talk of 3 sections, a village, a jail, and a nuclear plant(?). Either way, the jail was what stuck out to me. When you die on Great Leap Forward/Die Rise, the sound at the end is almost undoubtedly a jail cell, with shutting and locking and such. What is seen in the bottom right corner of the loading screen appears rusty, possibly supporting my "jail" theory.
Not very well-developed, just some food for thought.
